The food is always excellent in this place. Every time some first course different from the usual and with particular ingredients that always make the visit very pleasant for the palate. The dessert and the delicious coffee made strictly with the mocha are unmissable. For me at least 5 stars!!!

Amazing amazing amazing Food are indeed authentic and excellent. They have one of the best pasta of course, risotto and many other Italian cuisine. No reservation is required, but you really need to wait and expect long line just to sit and have a table, really packed especially dinner time. You will need to check the timings as their kitchen closes early hence need to come there early to make sure you can make it on time for the last order at night. Ambiance is cool, typical Italian restaurant. Staff are friendly and ready to assist especially if they know you are tourists or your first time. Prices are reasonable and even if they jal up the price I would not mind paying as the food and services are worth. Must try if you happen to visit BOLOGNA 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Consigliatissimo: sia per la pasta fresca e l'asporto, sia per il ristorante con cucina a vista. Patria dei primi piatti tipici emiliani e dei dolci.

Lorenzo e sua moglie hanno saputo costruire qualcosa di unico, valorizzando una attività a gestione familiare iniziata almeno una generazione prima. Sfoglia Rina era una apprezzata gastronomia casalecchiese, e in parte lo è ancora, ma da oltre dieci anni è diventata molto di più: un format. Oggi è un posto accogliente, che ti fa sentire a casa, aperto solo a pranzo, in cui puoi scegliere fra i primi piatti della tradizione bolognese (tortellini in crema di parmigiano de-li-zio-si) o una loro reinterpretazione sulla base di prodotti di stagione (il cosiddetto menù stagionale, super consigliato). Il prezzo è per tutte le tasche. Experience sopra la media di ogni attività di ristorazione sul territorio: interior design curatissimo e creativo, coerenza nei dettagli, show cooking, servizio. Menù capolavoro. I piatti di base sono sempre gli stessi, ma sono costantemente reinventati. Quello che migliorerei: non si prenota. Occorre fare la fila e in alcuni giorni è davvero tanta. Il locale pieno è davvero rumoroso. Qui il problema è l'acustica. Qualcosa si è fatto, ma la forma del locale è quella e non aiuta. Se hai poco tempo e non vuoi aspettare per sederti hai due opzioni: 1) menù asporto 2) compri nell'angolo gastronomia e cucini a casa. Puoi portare a casa di tutto, incluso il ragù o la crema di parmigiano. Spettacolari i biscotti decorati per le feste e la torta tenerina. Da marketer quale sono, per me un caso di studio.
