Sfoglia Rina in Casalecchio is a branch of the most famous restaurant in central Bologna. You can buy fresh pasta and other products and eat on-site. The restaurant has a slightly industrial feel. You order by writing down what you want to eat directly on a piece of paper. Everything is homemade, including bread. The original formula includes one dish, cover charge, bread, water, and one side. The fresh pasta dishes are delicious. There were four of us, and we each tried a different dish (tortellini, lasagna, and gramigna). Everything was delicious. The service wasn't the fastest.

Everything was perfect, delicious pasta, very friendly and unobtrusive service. The moka pot coffee was truly wonderful! We also bought some tortellini and tagliatelle, which were truly superb!

Just finished a great Dolce Vita Bella Italia tour with four friends. We were on our way from Bologna to Florence. Thank you so much for the kitchen cooking especially for us. We were running late, wow! We even got to chat with the owner on the phone. That really made our stay perfect.

This is our second time here, and like the first, we had a wonderful time. The food is exceptionally high-quality and fresh, completely different from other places. Furthermore, all the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming and traditional, yet contemporary. Not to mention the wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional cuisine to vegan and vegetarian reinterpretations, or more unique dishes featuring combinations of seasonings and ingredients that are virtually impossible to find in other trattorias. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for simple yet satisfying cuisine that's worth your time.
We can't wait to return for a third time!

A modern restaurant in the center of Casalecchio di Reno, serving all the food homemade and featuring a different approach than regular restaurants: you choose your dish, write it on a post-it note, which is collected, and your order is sent. Your chosen dish also includes bread, a side dish, and water. Delicious food, friendly young staff, a calm atmosphere, and a very beautiful venue. I was expecting tortellini with meat sauce, but that doesn't detract from the well-deserved 5 stars. Recommended for those who want fresh, handmade pasta in a quiet, unique setting.
