It's too easy to sing the praises of host Matteo, who with unparalleled skill displays dishes transformed into delights for the most discerning palates by the expert hands of chef Maurizio. Not to mention the extensive wine list, which stands out for its excellent quality/price ratio. I did, however, want to compliment the excellent sparkling water: truly sparkling! Microfiltered water often struggles to achieve acceptable levels of carbonation. This is certainly not the case at Antica Trattoria Monte Adone, which, in this respect too, proves unsurpassed. Congratulations, guys, keep up the good work!

A spectacular and refreshing dinner after the first stop on the Gia degli Dei. Everything was excellent! Recommended by my daughter, who often comes here with Rachid.

Via degli Dei took me to dinner at this trattoria, the only one in Brento. We had potato tortelli with porcini mushrooms and ricotta and spinach ravioli with cheese fondue and truffle shavings. Both were excellent, congratulations. Followed by mixed vegetables and a salad. The vegetables were tender and well-cooked. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Excellent trattoria where you can enjoy traditional cuisine. The meat is exquisitely cooked, and the desserts are delicious!

We've been there several times, as a couple or with friends, and it's always been a wonderful experience! The food is excellent and plentiful, with a consistently great selection of dishes, from appetizers to first and second courses, and to finish, delicious desserts! And last but not least, a wonderful view from their terrace. Highly recommended, especially in the summer, when the temperatures are scorching down in the valley; it's wonderful! The only downside: there's no written menu (which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). The prices, however, are absolutely affordable.

04/03/2026: In the Navile area, just off exit 5 of the Tangenziale, we tried this restaurant for lunch, which seems to belong to another world. The owner is fantastic, both in his insight and his friendliness, the waitresses are smart and knowledgeable, and the dishes are incredibly delicious. Egg with truffle and eggplant meatballs as appetizers, saffron risotto and rabbit as first courses, and the inevitable vanilla ice cream drizzled with balsamic vinegar. With a mezzana of Sangiovese and two coffees, we spent €106 for two. More than fair: Highly recommended!
28/02/2026: A high-end restaurant serving top-quality dishes. Excellent selection of dishes, quite extensive without being overbearing, with original and traditional options. Service by friendly staff and a charming manager, delicious bread and breadsticks! Fantastic venison tortelloni and truly delicious Angus steak, tender and flavorful meat, baked potatoes just like grandma's. Simple but perfect choices. Even the more unusual dishes ordered by friends at our table were truly excellent. The pure Merlot was perfect. The Passito and desserts were good, especially the crème caramel. The price was high, but that was expected regardless. Recommended for an elegant, high-quality dinner.

31/07/2026: Exceptional, I went with my partner by chance since we were staying in Zaragoza and we ate divinely. Tagliatelle with ragù, just the right amount of greasy and not heavy, tortelli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with ham and a little cream were exceptional. But the best part came with the second courses, also very generous: a fillet with porcini mushrooms and a strip of arugula and Grana Padano, cooked as requested, no more and no less, with exceptional sautéed potatoes on the side. Truly the best Bolognese I've had in 40 years! I'll be back as soon as I'm back in Bologna and I can tell you that despite the 40-degree heat today, everything tasted great and was super digestible despite the "heaviness" of the dishes chosen, super digestible!!! To finish, a zuppa inglese, which alone was enough for two of us. Definitely go there.
31/07/2026: I can't believe I discovered a place like this... ONLY NOW! I come to Bologna almost every week and finally took the opportunity to come here, after so many good reviews from Bolognese friends... Honestly, I was blown away by the first courses, tagliatelle and tortelloni with cream and ham... but the fillet with porcini mushrooms I had... butter... delicious, delicious potatoes, and wonderful zuppa inglese! This place is a rare gem, a super BOLOGNESE restaurant! Absolutely unmissable (very fair prices, even too much so).
