19/05/2025: You absolutely have to try "Al Km 0 Piadina e Pasta Fresca e cucina"! I had the pleasure of tasting both their piadina and cassoni, and I have to say that they were both truly delicious. The fantasy of fillings is something special, with original and tasty combinations. I haven't had the chance to try their fresh pasta yet, but it will definitely be my next stop! The only small flaw is the limited availability of tables inside, which could make it a little difficult to eat there during peak hours. Despite this, I highly recommend it: the quality of the products is definitely worth a visit!

24/05/2025: Restaurant promoted with full marks! We started with an excellent friggione (the best we tried in Bologna), delicious cold cuts, TOP mortadella! As a first course a dish of Balanzoni in parmesan cream... really good. As a second course a rabbit roll... tasty and perfectly cooked. Friendly and professional service. EXCELLENT!

22/05/2025: Efficient service, very friendly and easy-going staff, excellent quality and delicious products. In particular the fried foods, chicken and hamburgers/pulled pork (in other words: the whole menu). Prices consistent with the product offered. I highly recommend trying it!

Exceptional cold cuts and fried dumplings, tasty and abundant first courses, tasty and well-prepared meats. Fast, kind and friendly service, the perfect place to relax with friends and spend a nice day away from everyday stress in the name of good food and joy. Highly recommended.

26/05/2025: I accompanied a group of lively conscripts — more than 40 people — and everyone went home enthusiastic! The menu, agreed in advance, was excellent: abundant, tasty dishes and served with great care. Even the requests for variations, for intolerances (one to lactose) or simple preferences (no tomato), were handled perfectly and always with a smile. The girls who took care of our tables were impeccable: attentive, friendly, always ready to refill water and wine without ever being called. The service was excellent, and they were able to deal with the many requests for "encores" and small variations with availability and cheerfulness. A note of merit also goes to the contagious vivacity of Mrs. Gelsomina, who contributed to making the atmosphere even more festive. Despite the 150 km that separate us, the group has already asked me to organize another trip to the Parma area as soon as possible ... with the perfect excuse to return to Trattoria Fopla da Genny!

04/05/2025: I give one star because it is not possible for the pizzeria to open at 6.30pm and after multiple phone calls, to which I received no response, despite the phone ringing, at 7.10pm they tell me that they are no longer taking orders because everything has run out. The pizzas are excellent but the service is poor and to say the least rude and disorganised.

02/06/2025: I always try to eat here when I stay in Parma as I have found it is the best for seafood and it a nice alternative to the gnocchi fritto and crudo ham you find everywhere!! The quality of the food is excellent and the dishes inventive and varied. The service is very good and the restaurant is located in a quiet square in the town center with a nice outside seating area. Advisable to book. Highly recommended.

12/06/2025: Every aspect of our short stay was pleasant, starting with the warm and attentive welcome. The staff was extremely helpful and professional: it is clear how much they care about making guests feel at home. The cuisine is another strong point. We had a divine dinner on the hotel terrace. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with the essentials for a stay. Finally, the location is ideal for exploring the village and getting around on foot.
