We really enjoyed our experience and the 6-course dinner at Inkiostro. The food was excellent, the staff attentive and professional. We had come without any particular expectation and found the whole experience absolutely worth the money. The surprise for desert was unexpected and very enjoyable. Absolutely recommended!

We had dinner for two at the Inkiostro restaurant, choosing the six-course Ikigai menu. I'll start by saying that I won't share any photos of the dishes because I believe that discovery and novelty are part of the experience and the menu. That said:
- food: nothing to complain about. The dishes the chef proposed were a crescendo, with combinations that seemed unlikely in my mind but which blended perfectly on the palate. I'll have a hard time forgetting the sea urchin with hazelnut cream.
- service: the staff were young but knowledgeable, friendly, and (much appreciated) unobtrusive. A real treat.
- just one criticism, which isn't meant to be one: I couldn't appreciate the small pastry at the end, not because it wasn't good—quite the opposite—but because by that point in the dinner I'd reached my limit. Well done.

Beyond all expectations.
The star shines, and the cuisine amazes.
Each dish is an explosion of flavors, leaving you with a wow factor you wouldn't have expected.
I would recommend at least six courses to fully enjoy the experience, and above all, let yourself be transported by the flavors offered and avoid preconceptions.
It's not the ingredients that take you on a journey, but rather their unexpected pairings.

Magnificent place. The decisive shift toward a more pronounced Asian influence has been greatly beneficial, although the dish that blew me away was the Brest chicken with morels. Impeccable service, the pairings perfectly matched the menu. The final treat was the small pastries served in the cellar. An experience to be repeated as soon as possible.

I went with my partner for my birthday dinner, and it was excellent.
The staff are young but very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease, unlike other Michelin-starred restaurants where the service has been too cold.
We chose the six-course Ikigay menu, where Salvatore and his staff took us on a journey into the metaverse.

We visited Inkiostro last week, and the experience lived up to what you’d expect from a Michelin‑starred restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable: a spotless table, a perfectly comfortable room temperature (which is more of a luxury than one might think), and a warm, refined welcome.
We chose the six‑course tasting menu paired with three wines each. Every dish was fresh and beautifully executed, with the raw Ricciola standing out as our favourite—an extraordinary balance of flavours and craftsmanship. The service deserves special praise as well: attentive, genuine, and perfectly calibrated. Luciano, in particular, impressed us with his charismatic, easygoing manner, adding a touch of humour and positive energy to the evening.
The only slight drawback was the pacing. While the first courses arrived with good rhythm, the final two were spaced about 45 minutes apart, which felt a bit long. That said, Luciano graciously compensated with a lovely glass of Passito di Pantelleria, a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated.
Overall, we highly recommend Inkiostro. A team of real professionals delivering a memorable dining experience.
