Trattoria like it used to be, simple but very good food. Very good prices, and the guy who served us—if I remember correctly, his name is Manu—was excellent.

It's a no-frills place for those who want to eat well and at a fair price. I recommend the tagliatelle, which are always plentiful and excellent. They have a very affordable fixed-price menu for both lunch and dinner.

In Bologna for work, I stopped at Trattoria La Sosta, one of those no-frills yet authentic trattorias, exactly what I expected. Let's start with the food: Really well-made fried artichokes and zucchini flowers, crispy and not at all heavy. Crostone with porchetta and onion 🔥 plenty, flavorful and rich. Tagliatelle with ragù, made just right, without reinventing the wheel. 👉 Food rating: 5 All this at a truly excellent value, which is not so obvious these days. The atmosphere is rustic, simple, but warm and welcoming, while the staff is super friendly, the kind that makes you feel immediately at ease. 📌 In short: A straightforward, sincere place where you eat well and have a good time. If you're looking for a "posh" experience, this isn't the place... but if you want to eat properly, you're in the right place.

The best trattoria ever... and I've tried so many! The minestrone and roast beef are excellent, as are the many other items on the daily menu! The photos speak for themselves. There's something for everyone. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and team-oriented. You can feel the passion and talent in the restaurant. The à la carte selections are those of a top-tier restaurant. Open Monday through Friday. First course, second course, side dish, water, 1/4 wine, coffee: €14 Subtracting the first course or second course: €11. Even in the evening. Compliments to the staff and management! Looking for a place to eat well without spending a fortune, Gemini recommended this trattoria... I immediately knew it was the right place because it was packed with workers for a business lunch. The tagliatelle with ragù were excellent and generous, but the rest was no exception: a complete, high-quality lunch for €14, and the service was quick and courteous... truly satisfied!!
