17/07/2026: Dinner for two for my birthday. Excellent food, very competent and efficient staff. Typical features for a Michelin 2 ⭐️ restaurant. Their signature dish, egg yolk ravioli, is exquisite. Unique in Italy. The prices are high, but that's normal for restaurants of this caliber. Highly recommended, at least for special events. It's worth trying once or twice a year, depending on the diners' budget.

02/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place while on vacation in the area.
What can I say... we immediately received a wonderful welcome and a presentation of their various offerings—fantastic guys!
Initially, we ordered two simple ice cream cones, and we couldn't help but return the next day to try the Moke (highly recommended).
The ice cream is probably the best I've ever had. They also have more unusual flavors, like my favorite, Black Hawaii, but each one is truly better than the last.
I'll take advantage of any new vacation opportunities in the area to return! (Of course, hoping they'll open new locations closer to home 😂)

02/06/2026: I went there today, June 2nd. It was my first time dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and I have to say I was delighted with the service from the waiter and waitresses, who were truly kind and unobtrusive. Thanks also to Andrea, who gave my boyfriend an extraordinary experience with the wines, featuring wines you can't find anywhere else but his.
We chose the seasonal tasting menu, and what can I say? It was truly excellent. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
31/05/2026: My partner and I treated ourselves to this gift to celebrate our anniversary... a perfect choice.
The location is very elegant and modern, allowing for just the right amount of intimacy at the table.
The service is impeccable, with friendly, knowledgeable staff who, time permitting, engage in pleasant conversation between courses.
The atmosphere inside is very refined and professional, yet also leaves room for a lighthearted and relaxed atmosphere that makes guests feel very welcome and at ease.
We chose a contemporary tasting menu, with strong, savory flavors alternating with very delicate, sweet touches. Everything was perfectly managed, with recommended sequences that allow you to fully and distinctly savor all the flavors without overpowering them. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and some dishes, in my opinion, are very innovative, with flavors that also strongly recall tradition.
Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended; we will definitely be back.

10/07/2026: Our first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, a very relaxed place where you're welcomed and served with all the necessary amenities.
We tried the €80 meat menu and left with full stomachs, but with a lightness and flavor that's truly hard to find elsewhere.
The wine was also good, with a selection from various regions, countries, and price ranges.
05/07/2026: Creative and refined cuisine that fully conveys the passion with which Chef Mariano prepares his dishes. The venue is elegant without being ostentatious, with good music at the right volume. The service is impeccable and attentive to every detail. The staff, despite being very young, demonstrates admirable professionalism, exceeding all expectations.
Overall, the quality is such that it more than justifies the price paid.
Truly excellent.

Dinner in the garden with a Hadria 37 fish menu. The dishes offered are truly special; Chef Mariano never ceases to amaze and improve, offering complex, unusual, and bold flavors. I dine here at least twice a year, and each time, besides feeling at home, I leave the table feeling admired and satisfied.

04/05/2026: Sardineria never disappoints. I took my eighty-year-old father after 15 years of not eating good fried food, and they also had an excellent skewer. Super happy. We go often and the quality is exceptional, given that I'm also very intolerant, but fortunately I can digest fried food too. Excellent value for money and service 💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏

04/05/2026: I went for a quick aperitivo. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, along with a glass of local red wine. It's definitely worth returning for more time.
Returning for a Sunday lunch, I can confirm the excellent charcuterie accompanied by dips, jams, bread, and cheeses. The atmosphere was casual, the prices were excellent. The dessert was delicious, too!

24/06/2026: I have experienced the most amazing lunch in a breathtaking atmosphere, immersed in a beautiful lawn surrounded by secular trees. The chef proposed an array of plates like they were pictures and that was fine dining at its best. We had a quiet calm ambience, with no city noise, yet we were in the city centre. Very exclusive indeed. I loved the scalops accompanied with twirls of coconut milk puree and a lime dressing. Simply divine. I also appreciated the space we were given to enjoy ourselves with the waiter at a discreet distance and never annoyingly stuck to us. I would go back in a heartbeat. Compliments to the chef!
