The egg ravioli is metaphysical, the roast risotto excellent.
A cuisine anchored in the past that does not waver. No flights of fancy, but a lot of knowledge and classicism.
Princely service, cellar and sommeliers make the experience a beautiful memory.

Tradition brought towards "haute cuisine" with iconic dishes such as ravioli with truffle and porcini mushrooms. Each course is a journey that starts from Romagna and lands around the world. The rooms are furnished with great taste. Impeccable service

02/04/2024: During a lunch with friends, we had the pleasure of tasting the renowned cuisine of the Del Lago restaurant. We chose the "meat" menu, to which the highly trained Andrea expertly paired multiple wines from all over Europe. The cuisine is excellent, the cellar is refined, cared for and truly appreciable. It was a satisfying and high-level experience, the care taken in the presentation and expert execution of the dishes allow us to appreciate the very high quality of the raw materials even better. Excellent partridge and deer, great-looking cheese trolley. Overall: Excellent.

07/04/2024: I was welcomed into an elegant and refined environment with continuous pampering, from the availability of the bistro attached to the structure, to the use of high-end products, to the particularity of relaxation at the head wash with incredible head massage in addition to the seat transformed into a bed to give further comfort. Personally I found not only an aesthetic result as requested and professional, but also a very relaxing environment! 🔝

We start with appetizers: donut of parmesan cream, appetizer of mortadella and one of pumpkin, finishing with cuttlefish hamburger.
Fried snail appetizer, first course tortellini lies with mussels and second course suspended duck. Finally fried dumpling with dessert and chocolate tastes.

We arrived later than the reservation due to a work emergency, but we were still welcomed wonderfully, we felt pampered.
04/03/2024: Ritorniamo da Massimiliano Poggi a cena dopo un pò di tempo dall'ultima volta e anche stavolta la serata è stata perfetta. Accoglienza e servizio ottimi, atmosfera rilassante, un posto che raccomando a chi vuole trascorrere una bella serata in un posto in cui si sta bene. Ottimo il porro bruciato e sensazionale il profiterole. Degna di nota la ormai celebre Insalata russa, unico appunto è sulle quantità di alcuni piatti che sono davvero minime. Graditissima la sorpresa di un dessert con tanto di candelina per il mio compleanno. Grazie!

09/12/2023: Excellent ice cream shop near the church of San Francesco. The pistachio and hazelnut flavors are truly amazing, but the almond and trifle flavors are unsurpassed! The choice of high quality ingredients combined with the passion and skill of the ice cream master Milena make their ice cream a unique experience for the palate! Keep it up !

Excellent starters, the tartare "from the cellar" is state of the art.
All seasoned with a very refined plating.
