14/10/2025: This pizzeria in the Pedagna neighborhood of Imola specializes in takeout pizza. The place is tiny, with just a few tables and service so basic and spartan it's almost inadequate, given the often chaotic atmosphere. However, the focus is on quality: the pizzas are, in my opinion, unquestionably the best in the area, with abundant, high-quality ingredients. The price is extremely low and reasonable considering the excellence of the product. The only drawback is that, on weekends, the place is so crowded that even a simple takeout order requires time and patience. To maximize efficiency, I would suggest the restaurant eliminate table service entirely and focus solely on takeout and home delivery, perhaps through delivery platforms, to better manage the flow and increase customer base. Despite the wait during peak hours, the quality of the pizza is well worth the effort.

16/10/2025: Agriturismo Ca’ Guidotti – Authenticity and Warmth in the Marzabotto Hills A family-run agriturismo where you can still feel the love for authentic flavors and locally sourced food. After a challenging hike through the Marzabotto hills, I found Ca’ Guidotti to be the perfect place for a regenerating break. Lunch was delicious, accompanied by the kindness and stories of the waiters, which made the experience even more authentic. Each dish spoke of local tradition, prepared with fresh ingredients… It's truly fortunate to still find family-friendly and authentic environments like this, where simplicity blends with quality.

Quando i piatti arrivano a tavola ci si delizia prima di tutto guardandoli e le aspettative che si creano sono ampiamente soddisfatte ad ogni boccone. Persino i piatti unici sono un trionfo di colori, profumi e sapori! Lo frequento da anni e appena sono in zona mi fermo a mangiare e ne approfitto per scambiare due chiacchiere piacevoli con il Sig.Gianfranco e la Sig.ra Luciana e prima di andarmene non manca mai un saluto al grande Chef Carlo Gozzi. La passione è l'ingrediente principe di questo ristorante! 04/08/2025: Excellent cuisine. Lucanian specialties are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Great care is taken in selecting the ingredients and pairing the flavors. The dishes on the menu change seasonally, which is another plus for the chef. Impeccable service. When you leave the restaurant, you're already thinking about what you might order next time... that doesn't happen often. Congratulations.

28/09/2025: I had an appetizer (mixed Montefeltro pork cold cuts), a first course (ravioli with fossa cheese), a second course (Montefeltro pork sausage), and dessert (tart). The cured meats were good but (as I'll also say about the second course) nothing special. The first course was very good, and the second course was good but nothing special. I found it to be a standard sausage with no particular flavor (I expected a slightly different sausage than the average, being made from a pig raised only in the local area). The dessert was average. Prices were average. Service was courteous and quick. The atmosphere was beautiful, with a small wooden mezzanine (where I ate) accessible by a few more stairs. It felt like a step back in time. I'll definitely be back in the future.

07/10/2025: I've been missing this trattoria for a while, and I noticed they've improved the atmosphere; it's even more welcoming. They welcomed us like old friends, always kind and friendly. We ordered anolini in terza brodo, which were more than delicious. The cappellacci with ricotta and coppa left a wonderful memory. The horse meat tart was incredibly fresh, the roast veal melted in your mouth, and the potatoes. Even the dessert dipped in zabaglione, the tart, and the semifreddo were top-notch. All served with a cup of red wine and a glass of Ortrugo. We always have a great time, and I hope we can book more easily. Because of their deliciousness, they're always fully booked. But they deserve it because every dish is crafted with love. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

19/10/2025: Our restaurant for special occasions: a guarantee. Today, too, to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we had a sublime lunch; fresh and tasty dishes. Furthermore, the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff are second to none. 05/09/2025: We booked a table for 8:30, arrived at 8:25, and were told we didn't understand anything and that we were in the middle, hindering the staff's work. We shouldn't arrive early because otherwise they can't handle the situation. The owner said, "I've never experienced such a lack of welcome. I've worked in the restaurant and food industry for many years, and such an embarrassing situation is unacceptable. Compliments to the owner. I recommend a reception course. I must have been unlucky, and to think I've been going there for years, always subject to the various closures and changes in management. Huge disappointment.
