I found the service excellent: very knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant staff. The food is good and well-presented. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The menu is carefully curated. For my personal taste, the ravioli was a bit thick, so I didn't give it a full score. I didn't try the pasta dishes, so I'll definitely be back.

A truly enjoyable evening at Amole. Typical Sichuan food with a truly authentic flavor. Attentive service (special mention to the young woman who explained the customs and cultures of their cuisine to us).

A truly pleasant experience. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and of high quality, the service excellent and attentive, and the venue very beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained. A place I'd love to return to and absolutely recommend.

19/03/2026: Great experience, delicious food, friendly staff, really nice place!
17/03/2026: Excellent ramen, excellent quality toppings, the only flaw is the miso broth, which is a bit too salty. The marinated egg is amazing, and the other dishes on the menu (shumai and shrimp and potato rolls) are really good! I'll be back to try other ramen and broth combinations! 👍
