I visited Amole multiple times during my stay in Bologna, and that really says it all. The food is just That good. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and I kept finding myself craving it again the next day. The staff is also incredibly warm and genuinely friendly, If you’re in Bologna, do yourself a favour and stop by.

Highly recommended restaurant! The food was truly delicious, unlike your average Asian restaurant; you could taste the quality and passion. The staff was also very friendly, and we'll definitely be back to try their other dishes. Well done!

I was at Amole last night and, unfortunately, had a worrying experience. I had just finished dinner: the food was good, and the wait staff was also friendly.
Sitting in front of the open kitchen, I saw a staff member wipe his nose several times with gloves and then continue handling the food without changing them.
This behavior was unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

Everything was absolutely delicious, unmatched by the quality of the all-you-can-eat menu. They also use some very distinctive Chinese ingredients, such as Sichuan pepper. I'd never tasted this "wild" pepper before. It was wonderful to find the staff friendly and helpful, but above all, knowledgeable about explaining the ingredients in the various dishes.
