We had lunch at Amole on August 6th and had a wonderful time. My husband and I were looking for authentic Chinese cuisine and were truly won over by the typical Sichuan dishes: everything was exquisite, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. Special praise also goes to the service: the waiters were extremely kind, fast, and attentive. They were able to recommend the dishes best suited to our tastes, making the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is very charming and original, with a welcoming atmosphere. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to. Absolutely top marks!

My partner and I chose this place to acclimate our palates to the spicy Sichuan cuisine before our trip to China, and we were very pleased. The atmosphere is elegant, in traditional Chinese style. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is tasty and carefully prepared. We weren't crazy about the drinks, but that's a matter of taste: the drinks were original, always aiming to blend Eastern and Western styles. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended! We'll be back!

A wonderful experience at Amole, unfortunately we were a little pressed for time, otherwise we would have ordered more! In any case, the food was excellent, with a lovely Sichuan spiciness, delicious vegetables, and excellent drinks too! Super friendly staff.

Introduced by a friend, we decided to try this restaurant last night. Having experienced so many disappointments with restaurants in Italy, we didn't have high hopes. However, this was the most authentic Sichuan flavor we'd had in Europe. Only high-quality ingredients can create such delicious dishes, and the chef's dedication was evident. The portions were quite generous. The three adults and one child ate a plate of cured pork, a plate of roast duck (highly recommend the roast duck, it's incredibly fragrant), a plate of fried chicken (another highly recommended dish), a plate of Mapo Tofu, two plates of dumplings, three roujiamo (a must-try, absolutely delicious, a world apart from the gua bao in Western restaurants), five bottles of Tsingtao beer, and a large bottle of mineral water—all for only €75! They even included five small glasses of ginseng wine! 😊😊😊 We were very satisfied with our meal… The only downside was the long wait time. I suggest opening the outdoor seating area as well. The service was warm, the food excellent, the ingredients high-quality, and the environment comfortable! The menu has been updated and remains incredibly delicious! The service is also very attentive! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Sichuan cuisine here! The only issue is that it's extremely difficult to book a table for dinner; it's easier to get a table at lunchtime when it's less crowded! Come and experience a taste of Sichuan while in Bologna!
