21/04/2026: Nice atmosphere, but the worst chicken tacos I've ever eaten. A lot of tough chicken, carelessly crammed into a taco shell. No sides whatsoever – no tomato, lettuce, or anything. Visually and in terms of taste, it was a real disappointment. Anyone who's ever had authentic Mexican tacos will be sorely disappointed. The tiny bowl of guacamole that comes with it is simply a joke. Having lived in Mexico for many years, we always look forward to a Mexican restaurant. This one was a huge letdown.

04/05/2026: I went for a quick aperitivo. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, along with a glass of local red wine. It's definitely worth returning for more time. Returning for a Sunday lunch, I can confirm the excellent charcuterie accompanied by dips, jams, bread, and cheeses. The atmosphere was casual, the prices were excellent. The dessert was delicious, too!

03/05/2026: This restaurant is beautiful, interesting, and charming, with beautiful, stunning rooms to sleep in. Excellent, delicious culatello, the most famous Parma food. The staff, both men and women, are excellent, welcoming their kind customers. I highly recommend this restaurant. The ghost of fumera', which in dialect means fog, is here. It's a playful spirit that wanders around at night when the fog falls, swaying the food hanging in the oldest cellars as it passes. 26/04/2026: Dinner for two at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We ordered the tasting menu of various culatelli (€150 per person), and the food was truly excellent. Despite the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters, the service was very slow at various points during the dinner: we arrived at 8:15 PM and got up at 12:10 AM. Regardless, we'd recommend the place.

02/05/2026: Simply spectacular, it's the place where I've had the best pasta of my life. They have a very extensive wine list and the service was excellent; they helped us choose the best wine according to our taste, budget, and the type of food we were eating. I would return to Parma just to eat at this place again. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert (set menu) and it came to less than 100 euros.

Excellent products, from the cured meats (especially Culatello and Parma ham) to the Parmigiano Reggiano. Fair prices, super friendly service, and a cheerful atmosphere reign among the staff. Absolutely not to be missed.

09/05/2026: A wonderful discovery and an excellent experience with delicious traditional local dishes. To start, a platter of cured meats, hams, and parmesan accompanied by fried polenta, herb and ricotta tortelli, and maltagliati with a walnut, onion, and apple sauce—delicious and delicious. I couldn't help but try an excellent second course, a braised rabbit, and to finish, an excellent tiramisu-style semifreddo. The service was impeccable. I hope to return soon.

10/05/2026: Lunch at Osteria di Fornio A place where you immediately sense attention to detail, elegance without excess, and a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. The ambiance is exquisite, impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. They make you feel welcomed naturally, without being forced. The cuisine was truly delightful: the cured meats were simply divine, of the highest quality, served with great care. The selection of dishes was also excellent, and the pairing with the Franciacorta rosé was very interesting. I also greatly appreciated the lightness of the preparations and the overall balance of the food. You can tell when a restaurant has genuine customer care and a genuine passion for the restaurant. A wonderful experience. I will gladly return.

13/05/2026: A truly beautiful and refined restaurant. The outdoor courtyard is stunning, making it feel like you're out of town when in reality you're just steps from the center. Excellent food, with many truly original options, for both risotto lovers and non-risotto lovers like myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms were spotless despite the restaurant being busy, with complimentary toiletries such as deodorant, shoe polish, and hair gel in the men's room—a touch of class and pampering. The quality/price ratio is excellent. A top-notch experience! Congratulations!

12/05/2026: A brilliant risotto restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Very nicely decorated. The staff are really friendly and speak excellent English (even though I tried to place my order in Italian). Risotto lovers will find a fantastic selection. You can tell that risotto is the owner’s favourite dish. Highly recommended!

07/06/2026: Excellent, always has been. I must say that lately, despite a certain "tourist pressure," the restaurant has retained much of its authenticity. I would still recommend it, also for its reasonable quality-price ratio. The cured meats are excessive, the gnocchi excellent, and the parmesan selections are very pleasant and of excellent quality. The pasta is excellent. The location, especially on the lower floors, is almost unique and undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is professional and very polite. Congratulations to everyone. I will definitely be back.

19/04/2026: PERFECT value for money. Traditional menu and location, ideal for those seeking the authenticity of the Parma hills. The dishes are all delicious and tasty. Quality ingredients, starting with the cured meats for the appetizers, moving on to the tortelli fillings, sauces, and meats. Fast, friendly, welcoming, and warm service. A management note I really appreciate: DOGS STAY AT HOME. The restaurant doesn't allow dogs, it's clearly stated, and the decision is absolutely correct—it doesn't even need explaining.
