The choice is nothing short of crazy among the products "created" by this family now in its third generation. My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting Salumeria Ugolotti on a Saturday afternoon during aperitif time, eager to savor the best that Langhirano has to offer. We can safely say that we found what we were looking for in this fascinating place! We were welcomed with the warmth and charm typical of Italian delicatessens: a counter full of specialties, a beautiful wall decorated with hanging hams and white wooden tables for enjoying in peace in a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. We soon discovered that it is not a place steeped in history, that it has just celebrated its 150th anniversary! Usually when traveling we get a lot of advice, as we don't have any particular intolerances or problems, we just give one indication: typical dishes. And Mr. Ugo, the owner, knew exactly what to make us taste to satisfy our hunger for authentic local delicacies! The "Langhirano" dish (as the name suggests) is the summary of authentic Langhirano flavors of the highest quality, as well as a perfect choice for an aperitif! With finely cut Parma ham and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano, accompanied by an excellent glass of Lambrusco, we experienced an authentic journey into local specialties. While enjoying a truly extraordinary Prosciutto, we found ourselves immersed in Ugo's captivating stories. With great competence and love for his craft, he shared with us some of the background to the production of Parma Ham, native to Langhirano, which truly bewitched us! His infectious passion and deep knowledge of the industry could have kept us glued to listen to him for hours. Personally I believe that Salumeria Ugolotti is much more than just a place or shop! We wholeheartedly recommend this delicatessen to anyone looking for an authentic culinary experience, with exclusively local flavors and fascinating stories. I can't wait to come back here next time for lunch and delve deeper into tasting other dishes!

Una salumeria che fa anche cucina. Atmosfera molto accogliente. Appena entrati ti avvolge un profumo di salumi e formaggi da leccarsi i baffi. E poi i due fratelli al banco emanano passione da tutti i pori: uno esperto di salumi e l’altro di parmigiano. Li scelgono in azienda, li vanno a prendere in montagna, conoscono i segreti del fare e ti consigliano. Ne parlano con gli occhi che luccicano. Te li fanno assaggiare. E tutto è buonissimo. Insomma, se passi da qui non puoi non fermarti. Eccezionale!

Oggi ho riscoperto un ambiente d'altri tempi dove la tradizione continua a farsi strada in mezzo a tanti STD tutti uguali.Capitato per caso in questa prosciutteria dove si degusta dai taglieri,ai primi ,secondi e dolci deliziosi,tutti prodotti ricercati e di piccole produzioni limitate.Solo eccellenze del territorio! Un titolare ci ha raccontato la lunga storia del locale proveniente da piu di 100 anni.......ESPERIENZA MA SOPRATTUTTO PASSIONE E ANCORA PASSIONE per dei piatti veramente deliziosi a dir poco.....Grazie veramente per averci fatto assaggiare prelibatezze selezionate e di grande qualita'. È un posto d'altri tempi, dove è ancora importante mettere al primo posto il cliente. Si sente e si vede l'amore x la propria attività che mostrano i titolari. Cibo ottimo di prima qualità, e sorrisi in regalo. Andateci se passate da Langhirano ne vale la pena.

volevamo assaggiare il meglio di Langhirano ,ed abbiamo trovato il meglio I proprietari della salumeria , sono gentili e molto disponibili a spiegazioni ed a farti assaggiare il meglio. Hanno prodotti di nicchia ,che vanno a procurarsi nei caseifici migliori,un parmiggiano 80 mesi che penso trovi solo qui ,di una bonta' . Sono informati sui prodotti piu' particolari e sanno consigliarti il meglio ,abbiamo degustato una bolla di sauvignon naturale veramente particolare Posso solo ringraziare, per questa stupenda degustazione Non vedo l'ora di tornare
