19/02/2026: Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

18/02/2026: If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

04/05/2026: I visited this excellent restaurant for the first time after a Bike Day Ride at the Imola racetrack. It was an absolutely positive experience. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, the artisanal bread, and everything is truly delicious. The atmosphere, both inside and out, is excellent, and the restrooms are well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

23/04/2026: Everything is good, excellent service, but unfortunately it's too noisy and it's hard to talk, there's a lot of resonance from the noise.

19/04/2026: Quick lunch while waiting for a cultural visit to the Palazzo Ducale, small tortellini made with fine, thin pastry, tasty and flavourful filling, young and capable staff, everything to try again with more time and calm

24/03/2026: Had a confirmed reservation for a larger group. Walked in and were first ignored for some time, then we learned that they have messed up our reservation. We got no sorry and then we were ignored again for some time and we finally walked out. Bad experience.

07/01/2026: Excellent cuisine for the New Year eve. Quite expensive taking into account wine + dinner but excellent. Each plate was a discovery with delicate flavors and creativity. We liked it. The restaurant's room though is not at the level of the cuisine.

30/05/2026: We've always ordered and always had a good experience, but today we ordered two portions of mozzarella sticks and we received 3 fewer.... considering the high price they have, it's unacceptable... we need to be more careful!

17/04/2026: The sandwiches are objectively delicious. It's a shame the management is so inconsistent: one day they smile at you, the next they kick you out, closing half an hour early (their own time) without so much as an "excuse me" or anything.

15/05/2026: For the first time, I had a main course instead of the usual sandwich, and I can only say it was delicious... the chicken and meat were super tender, they completely melted in your mouth. The sauces and spices were perfect!

17/02/2026: Cambusa was an experience. It was a place I'd been eyeing for a while, and I finally managed to go in and spend an evening there. Amazing, beautiful place, wonderful people, delicious food. Perfect for meeting people, listening to jazz, and drinking a good Guinness. The owner is very kind and full of stories from the place's past. A peaceful haven in Ferrara.

10/05/2026: A wonderful discovery, a spectacular burger cooked to perfection. I also recommend the pork shank, it melts in your mouth, a delight for the palate. Another super positive aspect is the selection and quality of beers. I'll definitely be back. I'm adding a photo of my husband's face, it explains it all.
