06/04/2024: Accademia Der Cacio e Pepe ..and located in viale della Pace 7 ..in Zola Predosa.My search for different tastes in the Emilian land brought me to this magnificent restaurant...where you can find true Roman cuisine, with homemade pasta presented in a room with sober furnishings located in a country farmhouse with a veranda and a large garden, where there are also outdoor tables and here there is also a children's menu. Among the dishes to choose from here you will find... crostini, amatriciana, tonnarelli, lamb, porchetta, artichokes alla giudia, chicory, coda alla vaccinara, and romanesco, and tripe. All accompanied...from the Roman tongs to the shovel...with good wines and excellent desserts at the end...the atmosphere is the jovial one of Roman trattorias and the right place for a different and cheerful weekend...come and try me.

03/04/2024: We went one evening for a birthday, fixed menu lunch for the whole table. Very good food: very good first courses, exceptional artichoke appetizers, very hard and cold saltimbocca. Too bad there were menus with the price on the table...a unique rudeness. The waiter who showed us the menu... zero courtesy. While the guys who served were exceptional.

23/03/2024: I must say the food was excellent, everything was delicious and of high quality. Not convinced by the bill of 84 euros. 3 glasses of wine 1 water 1 fried artichoke 1 Roman artichoke 2 fried mozzarella 2 fried courgette flowers 2 first courses (pasta) When asked for an invoice, the waitress replied in an annoyed and impolite way that she doesn't know how to do it and that we had to wait for the owner. Noticing my skepticism, he says that he will go and look for the owner, but having become annoyed by the unkind response, I refused and settled for the receipt. Very casual but nice place. Staff education to be reviewed.

31/03/2024: Delicious Penne Arrabiata with a spicy sauce rich in olive oil, Bigoli Cacio & Pepe very aromatic and rich. The red wine was wonderful. Service friendly. Ambience unique.
