05/05/2026: I've known this place for a long time, as it used to be a Roman restaurant. Under the new management, we've never been able to stop by for the flea market because it's always packed, so we decided to go on another Sunday. The place is always welcoming, with a lovely outdoor gazebo overlooking the square, well-decorated and well-maintained. It's also quiet until a group of young people arrived, who were too rowdy to let us enjoy the end of the meal. The service is good, attentive, and helpful (the only flaw is the lack of bottled water, only purified water, which I personally don't like). The only downside is the food, which I can describe in one word as "dish." The mushroom crostini was lacking in body; neither salt nor garlic were noticeable (the staff justified their choice by saying that many customers don't like the excessive presence of this ingredient). The tagliatella with ragù, while decent and cooked to perfection, suffered from excessive tomato for a Bolognese ragù. The tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and wild boar sausage was also cooked to perfection, but I expect this sauce to have strong flavors, which I absolutely didn't find in this dish. Let me start by saying that this is purely a personal opinion: I like strong flavors and well-defined flavors, which, unfortunately, I didn't find here.

15/03/2026: Whenever I want to have a perfect lunch or dinner, I come to Tedeschi in Prague, Valsamoggia, Crespellano. It's a place where you can enjoy truly authentic dishes, both traditional Bolognese and typical Roman dishes. The chef is very talented! The location envelops you, making you feel right at home. The service is impeccable, as are the chef's wife and daughter, who are brilliant at making this moment of relaxation unique, surrounded by aromas from porcini mushrooms to crispy guanciale, whether it's a carbonara or an amatriciana. Not to mention the desserts, which are also homemade. Well done, keep up the good work! I recommend it to everyone! I forgot one very important thing: it's spotless!

03/05/2026: Very nice place, everyone was kind, for the food, the gricia was creamy and tasty, the carbonara I didn't understand if there was egg, it was white, I didn't feel the flavor, I don't know 🤔.. the puntarelle were hard but maybe they are not in season but all in all I liked it..

24/05/2026: Small but cozy place. Very good first courses, as well as bruschetta and supplì. Desserts are better. Service is ok.

09/05/2026: Amazing amatriciana, perfectly crispy bacon. Spectacular sauce, superbly seasoned. Delicious desserts.

06/11/2025: A very positive first experience, even though the carbonara was really peppery, and we're used to eating it with spaghetti (which we'll try next time instead of mezze maniche). The appetizers we had before the pasta were also very good. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes!

05/10/2025: This restaurant is in the center of Fidenza. The staff is friendly, the service a bit slow, and the owner is very courteous. The food is good; I was hoping for a few more appetizers, but it's still a sufficient lunch. The option to take home any uneaten food is a great option. Prices are average for other restaurants.

19/04/2026: A small trattoria with limited seating, suggesting reservations are necessary. My wife and I were guests of a friend who had indeed made reservations. The service was courteous and fairly quick, the place was a bit crowded but welcoming, and the menu was inviting and not overly extensive. There were often some off-menu dishes. We ate well: caponata, fried anchovies, supplì, rigatoni carbonara, pasta with artichokes and pancetta, and crème caramel. Everything was good, with only one flaw for me: the carbonara was a bit stingy with the egg. Overall, I would recommend it.
