04/05/2026: One of our favorite meals ever. The pastas were incredible, as was the leak dish. So special. The sesame bread sticks? Delicious. Every entre was its own memorable experience. The only thing I didn’t care for was the (take on the) panna cotta — the texture was a bit rubbery and it lacked flavor.

A very respectful modernization of the bolognese kitchen - with thoughtful wine pairings, mostly with a regional touch. Luxurious athmosphere in the dining room, informal but correct service, where the waiters seem to genuinely take pride in their work.
I went for the lunch tasting menu + the wine pairings and enjoyed every minute. Expect to pay over 200 Euros for the meal, and expect to feel that it was worth it.

quality ingredients. A great place to grab a quick sandwich
in the city center. My only complaint is that it's overstuffed...for example, too much mortadella or ham!!
The bread, their flagship, is truly top-notch, light and crunchy.

We had an amazing dining experience here.
Everything was perfect - from the outstanding service and elegant atmosphere with white tablecloths to the precise execution.
We ordered the lamb chop with artichoke and the venison dish; both were superb.
Even the complimentary bread arrived fresh and warm straight from the oven, which was a delightful start.
To accompany the meal, we had a fantastic dry Lambrusco and loved it so much that we bought a bottle to take home (a local specialty!).
Although we were too full for dessert, our waiter kindly brought us fresh strawberries so we could end on a sweet note.
A truly wonderful restaurant - highly recommended!

10/05/2026: Terrible experience, two stars only for the location, and I'm good. We finished at 1 PM until 4 PM, with an hour-long wait for each course. Very few dishes to choose from: for starters, poor-quality bread and cured meats, nettle crostini that tasted like fish (there was no mention of the anchovies inside), for starters only tagliatelle with meat sauce and asparagus tortelli (more onion-based than asparagus-based), and for main courses only a dry roast beef (without any sauce) and wild boar sausage. This is the menu. Last but not least, bitters with insects inside and a tray of pieces of tart and chocolate cake (COLD). All for €41 per person. Not to be missed.
03/05/2026: As always we had a good time, the salami could be improved, it would be more seasoned but that's just my personal opinion.

12/05/2026: I had dinner with my family to celebrate a birthday. I hadn't eaten so well in a long time. I had the gnocchi with two truffles and the braised veal cheek. The gnocchi melted in my mouth, and the truffle flavor was lingering but not overpowering, while the cheek was incredibly tender and delicious. They were kind enough to accommodate my request, even though they weren't available. Exceptional service, spectacular cuisine! We'll definitely be back.

The service was courteous and very friendly.
The food was very good.
They brought you bread and salami as a welcome appetizer, and they offered us a sample of mascarpone for dessert.
Highly recommended.
