11/03/2025: Primi nella norma. Gnocco e tigelle buoni affettati buoni ma scarsi. Verdure insapore e costo 16 euro quindi eccessivo . Personale davvero gentile. Prezzi vino giusto. Il rapporto tra il prezzo e la quantità/qualità non mi ha soddisfatto non ci tornerei. Locali rustico carino.

10/03/2025: The Borgo restaurant is always a pleasant reconfirmation. Special mention for the tosone with bacon. The crescentine and cold cuts are excellent. The first courses were good, the duck was also very popular, all the desserts were excellent.

26/03/2025: Locale piccolo, abbastanza informale ma molto curato. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo e molto preparato anche su allergie e intolleranze alimentari. La cucina è da chef di primissimo ordine sapori e accostamenti innovativi e azzeccatissimi la carta dei vini è di ottimo livello.

25/03/2025: Cozy and nice atmosphere, really impeccable and attentive service. Very interesting menu and good selection of wines. Nothing to say about the dishes chosen, traditional cappelletti with ragù and guinea fowl roll on Jerusalem artichoke puree and black olive pesto, all delicious. I happened to be there for dinner on a business trip, perhaps in this context it seemed a bit expensive, but for a romantic evening it would be top. I would go back

31/03/2025: Di passaggio a Rimini abbiamo trovato su trip questo locale, ovviamente era già al completo sia in prima che in seconda serata. Il titolare molto gentilmente ci ha trovato un posto ed è stata una esperienza ottima! Personale cortese e accogliente, menu’ assolutamente da provare, bella clientela giovane. Tutto assolutamente piacevole. Memorabili i tagliolini!!! 🔝

24/03/2025: We went last night and the experience was truly impeccable: - the quality of the food is very high - the portions are right - the service is precise, attentive, fast - clean room. I would add that the lady who served us was very good and helpful and the gentleman who took our orders and managed the bill: a true professional, friendly and competent. Despite a small unexpected event - the bacon was out of stock - the staff managed to handle the situation with great correctness, applying a discount without us even asking. A gesture of attention to the customer that we greatly appreciated.

21/03/2025: The place is located in the town center. Ample parking nearby. Nice, cozy place. It also offers space for tables in a comfortable outdoor veranda. Service is not intrusive and very courteous. The meat is really good. Waiting times are very short. A place that is highly recommended.

23/03/2025: Con un gruppo di amici decidiamo di andare a fare una degustazione in una Cantina del Piacentino e poi a pranzo tutti insieme! Non conosciamo la zona per cui il criterio di scelta del ristorante è la vicinanza con la cantina. Prenotiamo, concordiamo i menu e arriva il giorno! Da fuori sembra un vecchio bar di paese di altri tempi: entri e difatti la prima cosa che vedi è il bancone del bar!!! Ma poi arrivano loro, i proprietari, ed è subito accoglienza, simpatia (nel senso greco del termine), voglia di metterti a tuo agio. Siamo in tanti e nonostante ciò il servizio è attento, premuroso, puntuale. Il menu scelto è semplice, fatto di piatti tradizionali: ma le cose semplici sono le più difficile da fare bene ed è tutto ottimo con una menzione speciale ai tortelli tanto che ho fatto il bis, il tris ed il quadris!!!! E non solo io! E poi materie prime davvero eccellenti ed un plauso ad Antonio che le cerca e le trova con passione e dedizione. Anche se è fuori dalle nostre "rotte" abituali, ci siamo di ripromessi di tornarci e lo faremo! Complimenti!

02/04/2025: In attesa del treno, cercavo una gelateria nei pressi della stazione, ma i locali che incontravo non erano molto convincenti. Proprio a ridosso della stazione, sotto a un portico, il mio sguardo si sofferma su questa semplice gelateria:: Crema di Latte ed entro. Ho capito da subito, non so perche’,che si trattava di gelati di alta qualita’ e infatti le mie sensazioni non erano errate. Ho preso un cono da due gusti:cioccolato fondente e zuppa inglese. Mi sono complimenta con il proprietario che mi ha fatto assaggiare un gusto semifreddo che rispetta la tradizione antica bolognese: lo zabaione. Consiglio vivamente questa gelateria!

02/04/2025: While waiting for the train, I was looking for an ice cream shop near the station, but the places I came across were not very convincing. Right next to the station, under a portico, my gaze stopped on this simple ice cream shop: Crema di Latte and I went in. I immediately understood, I don't know why, that they were high quality ice creams and in fact my feelings were not wrong. I took a cone with two flavors: dark chocolate and zuppa inglese. I complimented the owner who made me taste a semifreddo flavor that respects tradition

04/03/2025: First of all it was nice that we had no trouble finding a table even though we didn't have a reservation. The food was good. The salad was not so good as was the grilled vegetables. The truffle mushrooms were really excellent as was the cheese and minced meat lasagne. Very tasty. I didn't like the meatballs in a pea sauce as well as the cutlet. The space is very clean and well-kept and the staff is impeccable. There was no sweet treat at the end. In general, a good restaurant in Bologna and the cost is proportional to the quality.

28/02/2025: A valid alternative to the usual Bolognese trattoria. Excellent prepared dishes, made with excellent quality ingredients.

13/04/2025: I'm not there yet but I have to go, I'm from Livigno and I love these areas of Parma, I did my civil service in San Polo Torrile and I know that the food is a medal, many people have recommended this place to me, all of them from Parma and I want to go there, I don't know if the boiled meats are always there. I'm coming

09/04/2025: Excellent Experience!! Restaurant where tradition can be breathed and savored. Wide menu of proposals full of now rare excellences....cart of boiled meats told....from 10!!! Perfect, professional and prepared service. Excellent value for money I can't wait to return!!
