19/03/2024: Given that we went to the Hostaria del pig on the recommendation of an acquaintance of ours. Quite varied menu, terrible service managed by very young waiters (interns), disoriented and unprofessional. We had to ask for bread several times, the cold cuts platter was good but served without the slightest explanation, the quality of the other dishes chosen was very poor. It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

25/02/2024: Arrivati a questo ristorante sull’argine del fiume, ambiente caloroso e personale disponibile. Buoni i salumi ( culatello 24 mesi un po’ fresco), buoni i primi, eccellente la tagliata tenerissima. Ottimi i dolci. Se devo proprio fare una critica, manca il menù al tavolo, ma viene declamato.

06/04/2024: Very good price/quality ratio, very suggestive environment inside the castle of Formigine. Very good food with traditional local menu and much more. It is also a wine shop, so wines galore. Very attentive staff who are constantly monitoring so that you don't miss anything, even too much 😅. The deor is directly adjacent to the park inside the castle, which is decidedly pleasant.

27/03/2024: Oscar-worthy tortelloni, ricotta that tasted like mascarpone! Tagliatelle with meat sauce good but not special. Tigelle so-so, good gnocco. Excellent cured meats. Varied wine cellar that I didn't expect. 30 euros with an encore of first courses, Tigelle gnocco and a taste of cod fritters, also good. Overall: definitely worth coming back!

20/02/2024: If you want to fully enjoy the flavor of "the lowlands". Culatello appetizer, cooked shoulder and obligatory fried pie. Then any dish has an exceptional workmanship. Homemade mustard and Mariola the winning combination. House Lambrusco to accompany everything. Quiet place for an evening in good company. Watch out for the prices, you pay for quality.

31/03/2024: Very good, refined and fresh food, fast service in line with the context Quiet and pleasant atmosphere until 10pm, when they let loose with loud music by Clementino followed by disco, completely changing the atmosphere of the place. Not liking that type of transformed environment, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths of a somewhat ruined evening

30/03/2024: Simple and genuine food, owner available and flexible in managing customer needs, nice choice of wines and honest bill. The landline indicated by Google is almost always off the hook so to book it is best to use the app.

31/03/2024: Wonderful place. A villa surrounded by greenery despite being in a town. Well-kept environment. Impeccable service and staff always smiling and ready to respond courteously and quickly to every request. Dishes with attention to the smallest details where tradition and innovation marry perfectly. I really appreciated the choice to make the most of local products and the choice of wines that puts our wines first, which are usually a little snubbed in many other wine lists. The dessert portions are a little generous. My sorbet was spectacular. I liked everything.

06/04/2024: As a vegetarian I greatly appreciated the possibility of not having to limit myself to just one first course, as there were options suitable for me even in the starters and second courses. All very tasty! Impeccable and quick service, the staff certainly does not neglect the customer. Well done!!

31/03/2024: Special Christmas lunch, based on traditional cuisine. Superb tortellini and always boiled to perfection, all seasoned by the professionalism of chef Rina and the kindness of Luca. A mention to the really well-stocked wine list. After a few years I would like to add something new, some photos and the most suitable noun to describe the cuisine of Rina and her guys: "guarantee" Nunziadeina is just that, a guarantee of good cuisine
