16/02/2025: Local mainly with fish dishes, excellent quality and excellent service. Quiet and classy location. I recommend the troccoli del faraglione and the octopus on potato cream. I'll be back.

29/03/2025: Very nice restaurant that has ambitions. The food was really good and was beautiful on the plates. Classic Italian food with a modern touch. The only small negativte was that the service was not perfect, if they fix that the restaurant will get a Michelin star.
28/03/2025: Excellent and enjoyable meal. All the dishes were top notch.
I must stress that our waitress exceeded all expectations. She noticed that we don’t eat pork, although we never mentioned it. The menu didn’t mention that our first orders contained pork! She immediately suggested alternative dishes that doesn’t contain pork. This is really something that I highly value!
The downside of this lovely restaurant is that our order took an extremely long
time. We ended up spending almost an hour and a half in there.
Second downside is that our table had plastic chairs! This completely ruins the high-end elite ambiance!
Anyhow, I highly recommend it, but make sure that you book your table in advance! I booked directly through the restaurant’s website via email.

24/03/2025: We had dinner this evening in this beautiful place, warm and welcoming environment, an alpine "refuge" in all respects.
Excellent and well-stuffed crostini with particular combinations, fast service and welcoming staff, highly recommended!

22/03/2025: I had the best porcini mushroom of my life. The chef was able to cook some original family recipes, all with porcini and truffles! I have never eaten anything like it! Very good service too, fast and polite!
19/03/2025: Very good food and friendly staff! We happened to stop there on our way home for a lunch break and were absolutely thrilled!
The porcini mushroom soup is a must!

Now we come to the beauty: excellent quality of the raw materials, dishes with a mix of aromas, flavors and textures that amaze you with every bite. Non-trivial dishes with combinations that touch various continents while maintaining the essence of the raw material. Raw tops. Never eaten such good fried food. Very varied wine list for all budgets. Price appropriate to the offer. Well done, keep it up!

31/03/2025: The food is excellent and the staff are kind too! :) We waited a little longer than necessary for the takeaway and they offered us dessert.
It is a place that I frequent with a certain consistency and I hope for them that it will continue to grow because they have everything they need both in terms of quality and variety of the menu offered.
Highly recommended :)
28/03/2025: I stopped in today for lunch and I was immediately captivated by the window display: a succession of delicacies that you can't choose from, in fact you'd eat them all! Then I tasted a bruschetta with cheese, salmon and caramelized onion (see photo), delicious! Finished the meal with a cheesecake with homemade space jam! Super recommended, I will be back

16/03/2025: I was in this restaurant for the first time last night and I was very satisfied. The place is very welcoming and the staff very kind and knowledgeable. Everything we ate, croutons, first courses with truffles and slices with potatoes were truly exceptional, I will definitely be back.....highly recommended!!!!!

I recommend it for anyone who finds themselves in the heart of Parma and wants to taste Parma cuisine.
30/03/2025: Top the Top Fabrizio and his lady are fantastic, he in the dining room and she in the kitchen, the dishes and the Lambrusco were excellent, there were 5 of us and all the guests gave an excellent rating and the value for money was superb. The dishes include mixed cured meats and fried cake, an encore of herb and orange ravioli and tortelli filled with ham and culatello with squacquerone au gratin, tagliatelle with mushrooms and hamburgers. Thank you Fabrizio and Signora for making us eat a 5-star lunch
