30/07/2025: Pranzo squisito. Ho gustato un bollito misto abbondante e cucinato con tutti i crismi. Avrei gradito un pezzettino di cappone o di gallina, ma questa è una minuzia che non scalfisce la perfezione di questa portata. Onore allo chef che fa il bollito anche in estate! Ottimi anche il puré e la salsa verde freschissima. Il fiordilatte a seguire è il vero fiordilatte bolognese, un sapore che mi ha rimandato a ricordi d'infanzia. Anche il caffè è stato molto apprezzato: come dice il titolo, un pranzo perfetto fin nei minimi dettagli. Gentilissimi e super competenti sia la cameriera sia lo chef, che è stato così carino da uscire un attimo dalla cucina per fare due chiacchiere con me.

24/08/2025: An old-fashioned tavern, like they don't make anymore. A magical place in the lowlands that's hard to find anywhere else. The food is excellent at very reasonable prices. A special shout-out to the legendary Vanni and his chef. A superb place.

Service was a bit curt, but attentive and precise. Good value for money. Her companion praised the atmosphere of the beautiful dining room. She particularly liked the "sausages and fagioli"; however, with the "tomato soup," she would have appreciated a clearer indication that it was, in fact, a rather coarse tomato and bread stew.

29/06/2025: Fantastic sushi restaurant. It offers a huge variety of dishes, all very good and well prepared. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The place is beautiful and the presentation of the dishes is very careful, contributing to creating a truly magnificent atmosphere.

20/07/2025: We didn't actually use the hotel service, but only the restaurant. The welcome and quality of the past are gone, and the staff is very young and not always up to par. The dishes are consistently good, but the gluten-free selection has been significantly reduced and is unreliable. The wine list is good, although imprecise (if you order a vintage and it's not in stock, it's good practice to let them know and adjust the list and prices accordingly). The bill was also poorly managed: no 15% discount on the à la carte menu for guests of the partner B&B, and no breakdown of individual items. A shame. V

20/07/2025: The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for reaching attractions on foot. I found the room to be nice, with a large bathroom and shower. The breakfast was very generous; I would recommend having signs explaining the types of food and drinks available. Kudos to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. I found the rooms very clean. There are a few details that could be improved, but overall I'm satisfied.
