The incredible thing is that Roberto and Gregorio manage to put an exorbitant number of people at the table every day, guaranteeing always varied and excellent quality meals prepared and served by novices. 10 out of 10 for an initiative that I believe is unique!

This restaurant impresses not only for the quality of the dishes and the hospitality, but also and above all for the formula it uses: the children in the dining room and in the kitchen, assisted by expert adults, learn the art of catering in preparation for entering the world of work. They are very attentive, kind and enthusiastic. I recommend it from all points of view!

The Tower of Bologna is a historic landmark with some great features. The nearby restaurants offer good traditional food, and the prices are budget-friendly. However, be prepared for occasional rudeness from the staff. Additionally, parking options nearby can be quite limited.

30/03/2024: A regular visitor in the early years, I rated it 5 stars, unfortunately in recent times the offering, the quality and above all the service has declined significantly. For years there was a small girl with short hair who was very kind and efficient, unfortunately lately I have seen annoyed staff who are not very smiling and not very empathetic. Let's hope they recover because it was a fabulous place with fantastic pizza.
29/03/2024: Top quality pan pizza, with excellent product quality and excellent dough quality. Absolutely recommend the Bufalina and the smoked as choices, to add the absolute kindness of the staff
