Castello di Albereto In Montescudo

The quality is decidedly high. Anyone who ventures into Castello di Albereto should know that a first-rate culinary experience awaits them. Despite its refined setting, there were no problems showing up in hiking gear and quite sweaty. The staff was very professional, with attention to detail worthy of the restaurant's high level. The food, however, is, of course, the true heart of the experience. Refined dishes with flavors ranging from exquisite to sublime. There were no problems even bringing our dog; in fact, a bowl of water was brought for him. What can I say... Highly recommended to anyone looking for a higher-level (and more expensive) experience.

Finely crafted food, a fabulous view, impeccable service. It's a magical place that will make you fall in love with the glasses of fine wine on offer.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't what we expected. We had high expectations because several friends recommended it. Unfortunately, the reservation process is quite complicated, and the aperitif offered on the menu was VERY disappointing (you can't serve pre-mixed gin and tonic without showing the gin dose and the type of gin being served). Then, they served us the wine while we were still drinking the gin. Unfortunately, that first impression may have derailed everything else. The dishes served afterwards were interesting because they were elaborately prepared and cooked using the most advanced methods, but unfortunately, we weren't able to appreciate them. What we did like, however, was the staff: very young, well-trained, and competent. The price isn't worth the experience; you need to scale back a bit, gain experience, and I think it's a great place to start. I wouldn't recommend it right now, but over time, I think we'll give it another chance to see if any improvements or adjustments can be made.

Lunch with friends Four of us went to your restaurant for lunch and chose the tasting menu. The dishes were delicious, the wait time was reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. The menu was interesting and varied. The location is fantastic; a truly pleasant place to eat. We were very satisfied and can't wait to return!

Excellent location, excellent food, great service

This is a very popular local restaurant, and rightly so. The rooms are very welcoming and tastefully decorated. The view is stunning. The service was excellent; all the staff who served us made us feel welcome. They managed to serve us in an elegant and refined manner, while still maintaining a touch of that typical Romagna hospitality! The food was all very good and beautifully presented. I was pleasantly surprised by their skill in creating dishes with foreign influences, which I'll want to try again next time I visit!
