Spectacular dinner in an enchanting location! The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and at sunset it's truly magical. Unlike many restaurants, you can appreciate the care taken in preparing the dishes and the refinement of lesser-known ingredients. It was a truly interesting culinary journey. Seasonal and local ingredients. We fell in love with this place. Perfect value! Their risotto was mouth-watering, as were the spaghetti! For our main course, we had the Bruna Romagnola, which melted in our mouths. Desserts... I still dream about them! We'll be back very soon!

It's hard to find a flaw! This isn't just a restaurant; it's a place that exudes magic, emotion, and well-being. Nothing is left to chance; the attention to detail is meticulous, from the presentation of the dishes to the decor and comfort. The staff is always present, pleasant and discreet, extremely elegant and competent. For dinner, we chose a four-course seafood tasting menu: the dishes were a feast for the eyes and expertly prepared with captivating and unusual flavor combinations. A truly unique and unforgettable experience.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with dinner at this fantastic place, and we couldn't have chosen better. A spectacular location, a refined and welcoming atmosphere. We chose the 9-course "Incognito" tasting menu: a surprising culinary journey, where each dish was excellent, sophisticated, original, and delicious, showcasing simple ingredients with great creativity and technique. Kudos to all the staff for the professionalism, courtesy, and passion with which they guided us throughout the evening, expertly explaining each dish. Special thanks to Linda, exceptional, highly knowledgeable, and capable of making us feel truly welcomed. Congratulations, of course, also to the chefs, who created a memorable gastronomic experience, expertly blending flavors of land and sea in perfect balance. A splendid evening, one we will cherish for a long time. Applause! 👏👏👏

The quality is decidedly high. Anyone who ventures into Castello di Albereto should know that a first-rate culinary experience awaits them. Despite its refined setting, there were no problems showing up in hiking gear and quite sweaty. The staff was very professional, with attention to detail worthy of the restaurant's high level. The food, however, is, of course, the true heart of the experience. Refined dishes with flavors ranging from exquisite to sublime. There were no problems even bringing our dog; in fact, a bowl of water was brought for him. What can I say... Highly recommended to anyone looking for a higher-level (and more expensive) experience.

Finely crafted food, a fabulous view, impeccable service. It's a magical place that will make you fall in love with the glasses of fine wine on offer.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't what we expected. We had high expectations because several friends recommended it. Unfortunately, the reservation process is quite complicated, and the aperitif offered on the menu was VERY disappointing (you can't serve pre-mixed gin and tonic without showing the gin dose and the type of gin being served). Then, they served us the wine while we were still drinking the gin. Unfortunately, that first impression may have derailed everything else. The dishes served afterwards were interesting because they were elaborately prepared and cooked using the most advanced methods, but unfortunately, we weren't able to appreciate them. What we did like, however, was the staff: very young, well-trained, and competent. The price isn't worth the experience; you need to scale back a bit, gain experience, and I think it's a great place to start. I wouldn't recommend it right now, but over time, I think we'll give it another chance to see if any improvements or adjustments can be made.
