Very nice and welcoming place. There are few seats, but the quality of the food is unquestionable, with wines for all tastes and a truly kind, friendly, and welcoming staff. It was a pleasant experience!!!

A hidden gem of Umbrian gastronomy with a caring staff. Excellent food, delicious wines, simply a paradise for the palate. Thank you! 🙂

Excellent restaurant where tranquility reigns supreme. Delicious dishes (tagliolini with duck sauce and pici with ragu). Good portions and well-prepared. The innkeeper was truly friendly and excellent to talk to. The prices were in line with local fare. I will definitely return, as I ate in less than 30 minutes and left feeling satisfied. Thanks to all the staff.

A little gem along a main road. You wouldn't guess its qualities from the location or the exterior. The dining room is peacefully rustic and wonderfully cool. Beautifully set tables spaced neatly apart. The space is decorated with many photos from the black-and-white cinema. The host is a true host. Honest advice and open in his approach to the cuisine and the wines. It is the kind of place where you find old-fashioned coziness while passing through. The plan was a quick lunch, but it ended up being the full three courses followed by coffee. Regarding the dishes: swordfish, smoked Angus beef carpaccio, tuna, turbot fillet, and a plate of pasta. Each a unique experience in itself, and together a wonderful lunch. For dessert, the lemon special, partly on the advice and with the chef's approval. All in all, a lovely spot for an extensive lunch. It could be less, but that implies a missed opportunity. We would love to come back sometime. And to finish off, we took some wine with us from the accompanying enoteca.

We were welcomed by the owner, a very kind gentleman... he recommended an excellent wine, we ate excellent food, typical local dishes and they were exquisite. We absolutely recommend it!!!

We unfortunately discovered this lovely little restaurant too late. The beef fillet was magnificent, as was the fantastic octopus. Highly recommended.

We were 4 guests and ordered 4 different meals. Every meal was delicious! And Domenico the Chief ist very friendly. We highly can recommend this!

FOUND BY CHANCE, A REAL DISCOVERY

We had dinner two nights during a short three-day stay on Lake Trasimeno. The place was super welcoming, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The food...fantastic!!! The portions were just right considering the excellent quality of the cuisine. From fish to meat, from wine to dessert...everything satisfied our taste buds, with a special mention for the stuffed escarole, a Campanian dish that I adore! We'll be returning to Lake Trasimeno, and our regular stop will be Il Pod' di Domenico!
