A well-deserved 5 stars! Impeccable service, spectacular food, from the appetizer of Umbrian cured meats and cheeses, where you can see the attention to quality, to the dish of the day, the lasagna with mushrooms and truffles, also sublime, and ending with the spectacular desserts! The entire staff is very kind and friendly! Highly recommended.

Ghiotto has a straightforward menu with local ingredients and great flavour combinations. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was very tasty, albeit one dish could have been slightly hotter. Nice ambiance and well located. Definitely recommend.

I had dinner with six friends on March 1, 2026, at this centrally located restaurant. We ordered ditalini with cavolo nero and gorgonzola, pipe rigate with ragù, spaghetti with butter and anchovies, cardoon parmigiana, and desserts. The dishes were good, but the portions were small, making them unreasonable value for money.

A month ago, I looked for a restaurant near the Basilica of Saint Francis. I made a reservation for lunch yesterday. It was a truly excellent choice. The place is small and cozy, the food delicious, and the staff very friendly.
