31/05/2025: They made me feel pampered: 50 minutes late on the order. After apologizing for the delay due to a problem with the order, they sent us the order in a short time. The most appreciated thing, uncommon and never due, was the discount on the bill, again the apologies and also the coffees offered. A good review is the minimum for an exception that should be the rule of kindness and professionalism.

30/07/2025: Almost an hour for a mixed grill and a Norcia sausage. The waitress, after we'd ordered, warned us about the wait for the grilled meat, offering us an appetizer. We didn't want one, so we declined. While we waited, grilled meat and sausages were brought to other tables that had already consumed a first course or appetizer. I'm sorry, but that's not how we work. There aren't first-class tables (those who order multiple courses) and second-class tables (those who order a single course). I decided to write this review primarily because the table next to us, who ordered a few minutes before us, consumed two first courses and the same grilled meat, before ours arrived. I pointed out this inaccuracy to the staff, and a few minutes later our meat arrived, unfortunately a bit overcooked. It's a shame, because the place is very nice.

27/07/2025: After docking in Otranto with our yacht, we dined at Al Tartufo Restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and the staff was extremely professional. The dishes, many of which were enhanced with truffles, were a surprising discovery: balanced flavors and impeccable presentation. A restaurant worth a visit if you want to experience Otranto with a touch of exclusivity.

22/06/2025: Almost everything is fine. Except for the cover charge (without bread). It is not possible to pay 2 €uro per person. On a total of 20 €uro, that is 20%! I pointed this out when I paid the bill, and they replied: "and what can I do about it". 🥺

17/08/2025: We only used the restaurant service because it's very close to the Sanctuary of Santa Rita. The food quality is terrible: reheated ready-made pasta, very hard sausage, watered-down limoncello, terrible fruit salad. It's an 80s-style place, everything stuck in time. The prices are medium/high. Money wasted. Not recommended.

24/07/2025: We went there before closed and took just few dishes with vegetables and fruits,and was pretty good! Fresh salad and juicy grilled vegetables ! And for fans of draft beer,there amazing German lager Engel!

19/07/2025: On a warm and pleasant July evening, we dined at Ristorante Pizzeria Otello, ideally located just steps from Assisi's town square. The atmosphere was simply enchanting: we ate outdoors, immersed in the beauty of the historic center, with the sweet, captivating sound of a street concert coming from the nearby square adding a magical touch to the entire experience. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start, welcoming us with a smile and guiding us through the menu. We opted for pizza—fragrant, well-seasoned, with fresh, quality ingredients—but the traditional Umbrian dishes served at nearby tables also looked very inviting. The relaxed and authentic atmosphere, combined with the delicious food and live music in the background, made our evening special. 27/07/2025: An absolutely top-class hotel. We stayed there for a week and felt completely at home. From the room to the service, the food, and the entire outdoor facilities, everything was top-notch. Perfect value for money. We'll be back, thank you so much for everything!

11/08/2025: This was decent. Great food, friendly service in a local restaurant. Tiramisu isn't tiramisu, and pay attention to the billing information 😉. Next time, we'll keep going.

03/08/2025: I've been there twice already. On Friday night, there was a concert, and it was incredibly busy. Still, the staff remained friendly, and the food was delicious. Not the most refined cuisine, but simply good.

02/02/2025: Excellent dining experience in a welcoming family-run environment. The pizza offered with fresh and refined products is delicious. Many choices with combinations ranging from north to south. Excellent value for money especially for the quality of all the products offered. Definitely a place to try, see you soon.

24/05/2025: Maybe I got the night wrong, but unfortunately I can't give a good review, I was assigned a seat in front of the entrance not even a meter from the door, with a constant coming and going, the table was wedged between two other tables, we sat down and we couldn't move, we booked convinced we were going to a farmhouse, we found ourselves practically in a pizzeria, I mean that from a farmhouse I expect a menu with appetizers, first courses, second courses etc. etc. no pizza and sandwiches, among other things a very annoying noise, to speak I practically had to shout. Maybe I'm getting old?? Anyway if someone has the same culinary tastes as me and is looking for a bit of tranquility I don't recommend it. The pizza. ni. I forgot about the staff, which I found young, kind and fast.
