12/07/2025: Sono andato con un gruppo di amici che aveva scelto questo posto basandosi sui commenti letti online, e in effetti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo staff è molto gentile e propone una degustazione di prodotti tipici, accompagnata da un assaggio di vino. Dopo, si può scegliere tra panini e taglieri, tutti preparati con ingredienti di ottima qualità.

12/08/2025: The food was really excellent; I tried the chicken gyoza with soy sauce. The place was very cute and the service was friendly, perfect for a family dinner. The price was very fair. In short, this restaurant is truly beautiful.

10/06/2025: Restaurant/pizzeria that I have been frequenting for years and that I strictly recommend to anyone who asks me for advice on a restaurant where you can eat well and with friendly staff. The restaurant is family run and the owner is an excellent person from all points of view, friendly, polite, discreet... a polite person like few others today. Together with him, his sister and brother, unfortunately their beloved father is no longer with them... he was exceptional... I highly recommend it because it is a harmonious place and you can eat very well. TOP OF THE TOP.

17/05/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo un po' di tempo, come sempre una garanzia,pesce sempre fresco,antipasto di mare con parte fredda e sautè caldo di cozze e vongole squisito, tagliatelle all' astice e frittura di mare! Torniamo sempre con piacere 😊

29/04/2025: Buonasera, sono stato il 25 aprile con mia moglie e mia figlia entrambi disabili. La faccio breve: abbiamo scelto all you can eat e non ci hanno portato un 4/5 piatti di secondi per me e mia figlia. MAI PIÙ.

25/04/2025: Terrible sushi, soft seaweed that turns to rubber in the mouth, sashimi served on a plate instead of on ice. Terrible service: to get wasabi we asked 5 people before having it and they even sent us the wrong rolls... For 19 euros for lunch (menu only) it is terrible, I expect much more.

06/07/2025: A really sweet place. Very sweet staff. The juices - pure grape / pompelmo was one and the arancini and pineapple another. Very refreshing and just as you hope for.. I enjoyed that I could have a BIG cappucino☺️

17/06/2025: The lady is unfriendly. Besides the exaggerated prices, €3 for a measly one-scoop ice cream? When in Assisi, they cost from €1 to €2. She asks for €3 and puts on a sour face when serving, as if I were doing her a favor. She maliciously charged me for my credit card. I felt scammed and mistreated. We ordered a cookie ice cream. I asked for one of the cookies she has displayed on the ice cream. She almost yelled at me and argued for a while why she couldn't give it to me... the cookie wasn't even for me, but for a 3-year-old girl who fell in love with the ice cream when she saw it. In the end, her bitterness showed when she gave me a wafer... I lost my desire to be there. You really have to be mean and unhappy. A whole bag of dozens of cookies costs 2-4 euros. If you can't put a cookie in the customer's cup, display it on top of the ice cream, and argue why you don't, you're automatically deceiving people. Because of your thoughtful response to this review, I'm giving you 1 star now because I can't give you a zero. Don't think you're more hypocritical than the Pope, or that customers are stupid. Decency and respect are one thing, but what you're implying in this response is quite another. Basically, it was the customer (me) who ordered something that wasn't applicable, and that's unacceptable. Further down the road, there's artisanal ice cream for 1 euro. Don't act like you don't know. I'm not worried about the price if I'm served well. Good luck with your business.

18/07/2025: I found this pub through Google. I came with my family, nice pub, we ate really well, the people who served us were very kind, a piece of advice I would give to the owner since the outdoor room is very large to divide the two rooms into smokers and non-smokers, because eating with passive smoking is really unpleasant for those who do not have the vice!!!

29/07/2025: Ottima accoglienza, servizio celere, attento e reattivo ad ogni richiesta, piatti gustosi che hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Tagliere di salumi, formaggi e torta al testo buonissimo; il miele 🍯 in accompagnamento era ottimo, i salumi sembravano caserecci La carne di manzo e di agnello era molto tenera e saporita. Le verdure grigliate, sembravano fatte al momento: il radicchio arrostito così buono non l"ho mai mangiato. Forse nel tiramisù c'era troppo caffè, ma forse è un aspetto soggettivo.

21/07/2025: An experience to forget. The sign "Typical Dishes" was just misleading advertising for those of us who stopped for lunch at 1:30 PM on a road trip. In fact, one of us didn't even eat...they forgot to tell us the dish wasn't on the menu. Better to just stop at the bar.

24/07/2025: Chi dice di avere mangiato bene o aveva molta fame oppure non sa nemmeno lontanamente cosa vuol dire mangiare bene. Primi piatti: penne alla norcina ( condite con 2 pezzettini di salsiccia e un po' di panna con zafferano, sembrava uno di quei primi già pronti che trovi in busta al discount) Strangozzi alla spoletina: semplici spaghetti al sugo con aggiunta di un poco di aglio Secondi piatti: brasato al sagrantino (niente altro che qualche fetta di carne tipo roast beef troppo cotto farcito con una salsina al sagrantino) Pollo alla cacciatora: come sapore non è male ma è affogato nell' unto Contorni: insalata verde servita già condita a piacere loro e patate arrosto: buone e cotte il giusto. Dolce: mi sfugge il nome ma non era altro che un budino all'amaretto con un poco di caramello sopra però non male come gusto. Morale della favola: un mangiare normalissimo che puoi prepararti anche te stesso a casa e senza avere una gran esperienza culinaria e soprattutto senza spendere 55 euro....PS:la birra alla spina non esiste, o ti bevi la Peroni in bottiglia da 33cl o ti bevi la Peroni in bottiglia da 66cl

24/07/2025: After reading the good reviews, we went here for dinner yesterday. It was an uninviting trattoria, and the food was just as uninviting. There was little flavor or experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn't choose this restaurant again.

16/06/2025: The bar offers different types of vegan croissants, each one better than the last! Practically a mirage in a region where finding a vegan alternative is really difficult. Very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

30/07/2025: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Minerva in Assisi. The hotel is charming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. Its location is ideal—just steps away from the cathedral and within walking distance of most of Assisi’s historical sites. While the hilly terrain can be a bit challenging, the stunning views and timeless beauty of the city more than make up for it. A memorable experience in a magical place.

22/06/2025: Stayed last week on a 2 day trip to Assisi. While the location is prime, and the room was very comfortable- there was a woman at the front desk who was just beyond rude. We had an experience with her in the restaurant where she was also our waitress. She brought us out extremely dry and hard bread. We politely asked her if perhaps we could have a little bit of olive oil (or perhaps even our drinks brought out so we didn’t choke.) and her response was “no. Olive oil is for salad only.” Meanwhile, the table behind us with a local family of clearly Italian folks, had oil for their bread (that’s how we had the idea to ask!!) The next day, we went to a restaurant in Gubbio, and our waiter brought oil to the table without us asking, we asked him and our guide for the day if that was just for the salad. They both looked at us very confused. When we told them that this woman from the hotel and hotel restaurant denied us such a silly request- they had the same response “so sorry. That’s not true and we’ve never heard of that. She probably didn’t want to serve you.” Perhaps this seems ridiculous to some to complain about this, but the fact is that no one else wants to feel as though someone is being discriminatory and not fulfilling a request because of that kind of attitude. Not only this, she was at the front desk (glasses, brown hair, late 40s maybe 50s) and just couldn’t be bothered. God forbid we had a question. Like I said, great location, comfortable room but we won’t be back. Every hotel in Assisi is technically a great location and all very competitive for pricing.
