15/09/2025: Delicious pizza, a fantastic caprese as a starter, highly recommended!

09/09/2025: We discovered this pizzeria/restaurant by chance, and now we go there often. The food is very good, the prices are competitive, and the owners are really nice people. Highly recommended! The pizzas are superb!

30/12/2025: We get pizza here about twice a year, but lately the place has been getting worse. In the late afternoon of December 27th, I called to order four pizzas for 8:00 PM and was told there would be no problem with delivery at that time. I showed up at 7:55 PM and asked to pay for my order, as pickup was expected within 5 minutes. I noticed a lot of commotion in the place, with the peels and round pizzas being prepared, with many orders piling up and lots of customers waiting. In the pizzeria, there was the owner with another woman, I think the owner, a very young girl at the cash register, and two others, I presume employees, one working on the peels and the other on the round pizzas. When I asked to pay, the young girl panicked quite a bit, not knowing in the slightest who I was or what I had ordered, and she started searching for my order among a thousand scattered pieces of paper, pointing out that my pizzas hadn't even been prepared. So I grabbed a slice of pizza while waiting for my pizzas to be prepared, and I noticed that the many customers waiting were complaining about the delay. I watched as two pizzas were being prepared, and the customers themselves pointed out that some ingredients were missing, hastily rushing to fix it. Spoiler alert, I should have been careful too. They then started preparing my pizzas about 10 minutes after I arrived, and they delivered them to me late and in a hurry. Once I got home, I discovered that out of the four pizzas I'd ordered, two had the wrong ingredients, meaning they were missing. Furthermore, as you can see from the photos, the employee in charge of the round pizzas practically burned all of them except the Margherita. Not only mine, but I'd already noticed this on other pizzas that came out while I was waiting. The quality is always excellent, both in the dough and the ingredients, but between the wait times, the poor organization, and the mistakes made during the preparation of the pizzas, I'd say it's not quite there.

17/01/2026: My husband and I visited this place because of the name; we're fans of Troisi and his latest masterpiece, Il Postino. It's a small place—I recommend booking—but it's cozy and decorated with themed photos and phrases on the walls. We shared a Neapolitan fritto misto, delicious and plentiful, and a pizza each. I found it to be one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've had in Umbria. Not rubbery at all, very easy to digest, and with an exceptional tomato sauce. Unfortunately, we were so full we couldn't try dessert. But we'll definitely be back. The staff is quick and friendly. Close to Gubbio's historic center, but with easy parking. The price is more than fair. RECOMMENDED!

28/12/2025: I had reserved a table for the evening, but when we arrived, the reservation wasn't listed. They eventually seated us anyway. The pizza arrived wrong, and they had to remake it. Many of the ingredients listed on the menu weren't actually available. The pizza wasn't at all like a Neapolitan pizza, but it was toasty.

03/04/2026: I've been going to this place since it opened. In my opinion, the quality/price ratio and the service provided by the staff were a 5, but over the years there has been a general decline. It's not just a matter of this location, but of the entire Old Wild West chain. The portions are smaller and the prices have gone up. However, the BBQ ribs are excellent and in my opinion it's still worth eating here. Plus, the BBQ and OWW sauces make the already tender and flavorful meat very tasty and appetizing. The location is certainly always a highlight, aesthetically pleasing, and it's always a pleasant environment, a great place to chat with friends, even when it's packed.

01/04/2026: Very good food arrives quickly I recommend everyone to go there

30/12/2025: Extremely bad experience at the restaurant... Christmas placemats that weren't even available at McDonald's. The wine list was practically nonexistent; after ordering wine twice and it wasn't available, we had them choose. The steak was unspeakable (it smelled like it was freezer-fed and, despite being cooked, it kept leaking—a positive note, we weren't charged for it). Otherwise, it was acceptable, but clearly, I'm not a professional.

16/12/2025: A well-kept and welcoming hotel, with warm and comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable and made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was one of the highlights: very good and carefully prepared by the housekeeper, although I would have liked a wider variety of fruit. Dinner was good, but in my opinion the price was a bit too high for what was offered. Overall, the hotel seems to be trying to be "daring" with its prices, despite remaining a simple establishment without any particularly luxurious amenities. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the spa due to a strong musty smell, an aspect that could definitely be improved. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the value for money could be improved.

18/03/2026: In Assisi, you go up and down... Even to enter shops and public establishments, there are steps to climb... For someone with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair, it's truly difficult! Luckily, this business had thought of this and set up an outdoor area accessible to disabled people! So we stopped for lunch here. And we were lucky! In addition to being greeted by attentive and kind staff, we ate really well. A generous and delicious platter of local cured meats was served to us, accompanied by a delicious local wine. We left satisfied, even if the bill was a little (just a little) more expensive than it looked... But that's to be expected, given the tourist traffic here.

18/03/2026: This restaurant in Assisi has a very pleasant atmosphere and the service is exemplary. The food was delicious; I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant in the enchanting old town of Assisi.

14/11/2025: I would never go back. I had planned a pleasant evening, to chat with my friend and enjoy a good dinner. They had tables set up for a private party with 20 children running and screaming all over the room. Unbearable. Bye!!!

24/01/2026: We were in the Veneto region visiting friends, and they booked us at this beautiful and welcoming restaurant. The food was a 10/10. From appetizers to main courses, all the dishes were excellent. High quality and beautifully presented. The restaurant manager was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The price was good considering the quality of the food. Anyone who thinks they can spend little and eat well is completely missing the point. The five of us spent €210 with wine and water, including three appetizers, three first courses, and two second courses. The bread on the table is toasted, diced, and seasoned with salt and oil—it's absolutely mouth-watering! I recommend stopping at this restaurant if you're in the Veneto region.

24/04/2025: Ogni volta che vengo è sempre una certezza, ottimo cibo , personale gentilissimo, locale tipico Eugubino con cucina casalinga e di qualità, tutto fatto a mano, con ricette della tradizione, consiglio vivamente!!!!
