18/04/2025: Almuerzo el martes de abril. Cappeletti bien hecho en caldo, un excelente filete localmente ptoducido con papas asadas y luego tiramisú. Muy bueno y de precio modesto. Tienen una impresionante selección de vinos de Umbría. Muy recomendable.

30/08/2025: I had dinner here last night with my family. What can I say? It was a fantastic evening from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and quaint, set in an ancient cellar with stone walls and antique doors, yet not at all stuffy. We were served by a very kind, friendly, and professional lady, whom I sincerely thank for her hospitality! And now for the food, a 10/10 for the chef! The dishes were sublime: classic appetizers and innovative traditional first courses made with fresh pasta and quality ingredients. The tagliata was so tender and melted in the mouth. The finale was explosive, with delicious, freshly prepared desserts! What more can I say? I hope to return, and well done! A round of applause to all of you!

Ma diciamo che sono in linea con la cittadinanza di Foligno, dove l'educazione e la cortesia non esiste. Per i prodotti devo confermare lo zero perché sembrano usciti da una pasticceria anni 60 e forse hanno quella data. Non lo consiglio

21/11/2025: The road seemed endless, a never-ending journey...but once we arrived, the atmosphere was completely different. We were greeted so kindly by the receptionist, Angiel, who immediately noticed our tiredness. Without even asking, he offered us a coffee, a rare courtesy nowadays. He showed us to our room, which was beautiful, decorated in authentic Umbrian style. Warm, clean, and welcoming. We found the same attention in the restaurant, where we ate wonderfully and were served impeccably. The place is truly enchanting, even in the fall. As already mentioned, we will definitely return in the spring or summer to use the pool.

09/11/2025: A place where you eat well, but above all where you feel good. Highly recommended for those who love authentic and sustainable food, far from the hustle and bustle and close to nature. We'll definitely be back to try the accommodation too... I should point out that we had dinner with The Fork. It allowed me to leave a rating, but a system bug prevented me from writing a review... 26/10/2025: Our first meal in Assisi! Table in a corner. Excellent wine! Delicious food and attentive service. We were only English-speaking guests dining there, but friendly staff made this a wonderful experience 😀

03/12/2025: We couldn't try anything because they closed 45 minutes before the time posted on the door, and a girl with dyed hair served us rudely, forcing us to order takeout only. They only had half the ice cream flavors listed on the sign; they didn't even bother to cross off the ones they didn't have, something that would take 15 seconds.

31/10/2025: Terrible experience. We paid for water and the chef's entree we didn't order, which I didn't even try... embarrassing! The girl who took our order was truly rude and speechless, a place so renowned for its excellence... But it's just a "Perugia-style" dish, and it turned out very poorly.

02/11/2025: We were a party of 6. The appetizer was very generous, followed by two main courses: stringozzi alla spoletina (excellent) and penne alla norcina. Braised beef with mushrooms for everyone, green beans, a baked potato, dessert, water, and house wine...all more than good and more than reasonably priced. The hostess was very polite. Those of us who relied on reviews weren't wrong. Go with confidence and you'll eat well for the right price, even less. Well done!
