When you go to Umbria, you expect top-quality meat, as well as legumes, crescia, and delicious first courses, all seasoned with a good, crunchy olive oil and washed down with elegant, robust wines.
At the Tennis Club, the food is excellent; the owner and her staff are extremely kind, and the setting is delightful.
The prices are reasonable and adequate, definitely average.
Highly recommended, also for its proximity to St. Peter's Basilica, which is packed with masterpieces.

03/11/2025: A great tasting lunch experience with my daughter.
We had two portions of bruschetta, which were truly delicious, especially the mushroom one.
My daughter had a first course, gnocchi with sweet cheese and truffle, and I had a seasonal second course, stew with polenta (the only flaw was the very small amount of polenta compared to the meat), but both dishes were very good.
We finished with a dessert, a classic panna cotta, and, as far as I'm concerned, a spectacular zuppa inglese. Bravo!

Gli affettati, e la guancia molto erano buoni.
Bisogna prenotare specialmente quando ci sono feste a Spello.

17/12/2025: The pizzas and other items are very good. Easy to digest if eaten in the evening. A good selection of bottled beers. Excellent for quick lunches and takeout. Parking is very tight. The service is good, and the tables are well-spaced despite the limited space available.

15/04/2026: My partner and I came for a few relaxing days to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were simple but comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and kind. The spa is very well-maintained and quite comprehensive, truly excellent for relaxation! The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and of excellent quality. Another highlight is the restaurant, excellent quality and generous portions! Perhaps the prices were a little above average, but given the quality of the food and the portions, I was happy to pay them. The location was also excellent, close to the lake, perfect for excursions or walks, and not too far from Perugia.
I highly recommend the property, I hope to return!

01/08/2025: The food was not the best to put it nicely, they had enough vegetarian options. But i would not take someone there who is a some what picky eater. The service was good, the server did not speak alot of english but everything went smoothly. We think the place was better before the earthquakes and that they might have lost money due to a lack of tourist

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional.
You can eat on-site, and the adjacent parking is convenient.

Gluten-free pastry shop and bakery, a dream for us celiacs...
The staff were all friendly, the price was reasonable, truly a dream! A must-see pit stop for those coming or going along the E45.
