Sympathy of the Lady: zero minus! (Who among other things we believe doesn't know exactly what's on the menu!) We'll avoid another possibility!

13/02/2025: Premetto che ero stato qui qualche anno fa', e mi era piaciuto molto, si poteva mangiare alla carta, a differenza di quanto è successo adesso! Questa cosa mi ha dato fastidio...siamo stati costretti a scegliere un menù "percorso " tra tre tipi di menù e ci è stato imposto di scegliere lo stesso menù per entrambi......non va bene!!! a mio parere chiaramente!!! Comunque ho gradito antipasto e dessert, primo e secondo da dimenticare.....la mia compagna non è riuscita proprio a mangiarli..... Ho speso troppo per quello che ho bevuto e non ho mangiato!!! Servizio così così

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

02/01/2025: Locale piccolo ma carino, si mangia bene. Il menù è piuttosto piccolo e non è assolutamente un problema, anche se i prezzi sono un pochino alti.. d'altra parte si paga anche "l'esperienza ". Quello che mi ha dato un po'di disagio è stata una delle signore che doveva fare delle "sceneggiate", facendo finta di dirigere un'orchestra e alzando la musica ad un livello molto forte... scene a me non risultate simpatiche. Sarà che gli altri tavoli erano con persone che conoscevano le proprietarie, a me ha dato disagio.

28/12/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretensions or expectations, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience. We weren't very hungry, coming from two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered for two, 2 appetizers (they deserve an honorable mention) that shocked our palate, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that overwhelmed us, I included the photos because the eye also appreciated them (beef tongue and amberjack head), we then had a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 that (no offense) were not up to the level of the rest, although good and finally a very good dessert. Wide selection of wines and very good also in drinks (we had 3). Total cost €106 for two, very well spent. They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done, well done!

06/06/2025: Classica serata tra 4 amici, e se vuoi mangiare dell’ottima carne che raramente trovi in giro è questo il posto. Materia prima superlativa, servizio eccellente. A fine cena Stefano si presenta ad ogni tavolo per accertarsi che tutto sia andato per il verso giusto Si è fermato a parlare 5 minuti con noi, e nel discutere dei tagli di carne e delle combinazioni insolite presenti nel menù, si capisce quanta passione e dedizione sono messe in ogni singola proposta. L’assortimento di amari scelti da Davide ti fanno concludere la serata in maniera impeccabile, sicuramente influenzati dal modo in cui te li racconta uno per uno, un viaggio!!! Il conto è giusto per quello che mangi, un antipasto, un secondo, bottiglia di vino (una in 4) e un dolce smezzato, 50€ a capoccia Che dire, una certezza come sempre!

01/06/2025: Dopo la brutta esperienza vissuta a L’Aquila , posto già recensito , dove vigeva il motto paghi follemente ergo tutto e’ molto pregiato ( non vero ) , mi imbatto in questi bel posto in quel di Perugia .. ottima la carne , sia la costata di chianina sia la tartare , ambiente moderno, pulito e personale cortese . Prezzo della carne assolutamente onesto e realistico. Molto consigliato

02/02/2025: Excellent dining experience in a welcoming family-run environment. The pizza offered with fresh and refined products is delicious. Many choices with combinations ranging from north to south. Excellent value for money especially for the quality of all the products offered. Definitely a place to try, see you soon.

15/04/2025: They ruined a 50th birthday cake. The writing on the cake was supposed to be a simple sentence in capital letters, but instead it came out as a very crooked and smudged sentence, I tried to go over it with another color instead of removing it directly and redoing it... After years of experience I absolutely did not expect this disaster, when at the time of booking they told me that it would be easily achievable. Really very disappointed.
