In realtà offre la possibilità di gustare buoni piatti della tradizione umbra, accompagnati da ottimi vini. Il servizio è molto cortese, il menu non particolarmente ricco ma gustoso. Abbiamo condiviso un abbondante ed appetitoso tagliere "Saltatempo", poi, per secondo, una gustosa "porcaccia con patate" e una tagliata, il tutto accompagnato da un buon Montefalco rosso. Per finire un tiramisù Consigliato per un pranzo non molto impegnativo. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

11/03/2025: Con un collega prima di un convegno ci siamo fermati a fare un pranzo veloce da Saltatempo. Io ho preso l antipasto vegetariano e lui la pizza umbra ripiena di verdure e formaggio, e poi ci siamo divisi un carciofo con pecorino e miele. Due calici di vino con 2 tozzetti al sagrantino a testa e 2 caffè: 60€! L'ho trovato leggermente caro.

Scelta per puro caso mentre ritornavamo da un viaggio,e tutti siamo rimasti deliziati dalla qualità veramente super degli affettati e formaggi,anche i primi hanno fatto la loro figura ma la carne cotta sulla brace al momento è stata superlativa,veramente succulenta! E non sto esagerando credetemi! Accoglienza e cordialità top! Non c'è una carta di vini,d'altronde ci dobbiamo ricordare che stiamo in un'osteria e maggior parte dei prodotti provengono dalla stessa azienda agricola ma se ti fidi e assaggi quello della casa..ahhh che te lo dico a fa 🤤 !!! ( lo dice una sommelier Ais) Una piccola pecca però c'è...mannaggia mannaggia i dolci poca scelta. Ma il proprietario ci ha proposto un liquore ai fiori di sambuco....eeee tanta roba. Quindi nel complesso direi Ottimo qualità prezzo.

18/02/2025: I had dinner at this place on Valentine's Day. I would like to point out that despite the "celebration" day, the place was not very full, in fact we found a place without booking. We sat down around 8pm and were immediately offered a welcome entrée. Here is the first negative note: the entrée was nothing more than a spirit served in a glass, without anything to eat (you could have served some tarallo or breadsticks). In short, without having eaten anything you have a nice drink of this spirit which, instead of quenching your hunger, destroys your stomach. We took the order: 2 plates of beef gyoza and 3 sushi rolls. Second negative note: A table who arrived after us (but who already knew the staff) ate before us who had arrived earlier and they managed to both order and eat in about an hour (at 9pm they were already out of the restaurant). This was very frustrating because on the contrary, we had to wait 40 minutes before putting something under our teeth and in all of this the only thing we had ingested was the shot served as an entrée. After 40 minutes of waiting our 3 rolls arrived, nothing to say about these, the rolls were good and well presented. We waited another 20/30 minutes but the Gyoza didn't arrive so I asked a waitress who replied that the beef Gyoza were out of stock. (We had ordered them an hour before and when we ordered the beef Gyoza they were there! Who knows who ate my Gyoza). I know there was a mistake on the part of the waitress on the Gyoza and obviously it's not a fault, to err is human, but I wonder, how is it possible that ALL the staff (at least 4 people) don't realize that a table of two people is waiting over 40 minutes to eat and no one comes to ask if we want anything else or if everything is ok? The impression I had was that of a place that tries to be chic, serving water in the glass and serving an entrée (conceptually wrong), but which then totally forgets about the basics such as giving two peanuts or taralli while waiting and taking care of customers in times of need. In fact we were just completely forgotten all evening. I would like to point out, however, that I do not believe it to be a mistake made by a single person but by ALL the staff. We had a table near the counter, very visible to EVERYONE but no one ever bothered to come and ask us if we were missing something or if we wanted anything else, rather I saw empty tables being cleaned while we waited for someone to come and serve us. In the end we left at 10pm (after two hours) without having eaten practically anything. (3 rolls in two). At the time of the bill nothing was deducted from us and we paid a flat 60 euros for: 3 rolls 1 water 1 beer. I leave this negative review because the "dinner" was expensive and the staff was practically "absent". Some advice to the owner/staff: 1 - You must eat something with the entree, especially if a spirit is served. I don't think the people who come to eat in your restaurant usually eat beforehand, so they have an empty stomach! Serving a spirit without even a peanut and making you wait 40 minutes for a first course is a mistake. 2 - It is not correct to serve tables that arrived later (even if they are "friends" or regular customers) this is very annoying for customers, especially if they have to wait 40 minutes before putting something under their teeth and are forced to look at who arrived after eating. 3 - After you make a mistake you try to fix it by offering something or giving some discount to make up for the bad impression. However, not even the bottle of water was taken away from us.... Personally I won't go back there again and I wouldn't recommend it for a dinner! Rather, it's a bar trying to do some sushi. If you want to drink it's OK but for food I would recommend going somewhere else. In short, it is one of those places where you spend WELL and eat LITTLE.

18/01/2025: Norma is the place to be. Young, professional, capable and motivated staff. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. All the sushi we tried were excellent, as were the other appetizers. Really good cocktails (one leads to another). Last but not least...there is also the possibility of playing chess. Memorable experience.

26/06/2025: Super positive experience! We stayed at the Roxy for a week, 4 of us, two adults and two children. The rooms are a little dated but equipped with everything and above all clean, the only slightly negative point is that they are not very soundproof. Varied and good food. There are always two choices between first and second courses, always white or tomato pasta for children and an infinite number of vegetables and appetizers. The "Le Lido" beach is fantastic, reachable in just 5 minutes on foot passing through the pine forest, it is really convenient, then with the super all inclusive you really have everything from ice cream to drinks whenever you want, every day at 11 and 17 you can eat an excellent pizza made on the spot by them. Inflatables and games on the beach. For lunch we used the beach restaurant, convenient and excellent! The hotel had two swimming pools, one for adults with a hydromassage and one with a galleon for the little ones to slide, my children had a lot of fun. But the thing I appreciated most of all is the kindness of all the staff, both at the hotel and on the beach, always with a smile and ready to satisfy the requests of the customers. A strong point is also the animation present but not annoying, friendly and very nice with the children. I would recommend the Roxy hotel especially for the quality-price ratio.

02/05/2025: In direzione Assisi da Civitanove Marche , stavamo cercando un posticino dove mangiare un boccone e ci siamo imbattuti in questo posticino che potresti anche non notare. Due sorelle che trasmettono il gusto della vita. Il loro locale è la loro casa che diventa in un attimo anche la tua perchè te lo fanno capire. Esce l’anima che arriva nei piatti che cucinano al momento con tutto freschissimo . Risultato: tanto gusto, sapore. Provate tutto ciò che consigliano!

08/06/2025: Disappointing restaurant. Despite the very few people eating, we had piles of empty plates on our table for a long, long time. The waiters were not interested in coming to see the conditions of the table, something that has never happened to me in other restaurants. Furthermore, the menu has many errors regarding the allergens in the various dishes. Some waiters, when asked for information on allergens, were unable to answer, which is a serious problem given the allergies in my family, and for others in general. It is not possible that a breaded chicken has shellfish as allergens!! And this is just one example, the menu is full of these errors. Furthermore, the cleanliness is not the best, we received temaki on a completely dirty support, see attached photo. Too bad, the place would also be nice, but it is not worth it despite the fairly competitive price.

08/06/2025: Sakura is one of my favorite places to eat! The menu has a great variety, and everything I’ve tried so far has been really tasty and well put together. The presentation is always nice, but not over-the-top — just clean and appetizing. As a vegan, I really appreciate that there are plenty of options for me, which isn’t always the case in other places. The prices are fair, and the service is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a good meal without breaking the bank. 🤗

18/01/2025: After a walk in Val Sorda, my partner and I, passionate chocolate tasters, started looking for a place where we could drink a good hot chocolate. Also attracted by the "chocolate experience" sign, we entered specifically asking the owner if the hot chocolate was made by them and not through preparations. He obviously responds positively and lets us sit. Unfortunately, 2 cups of freshly stained milk arrived at the table with a powder resembling Nesquik in which the typical industrial chocolate chips for desserts had been added. The product in question was clearly a far cry from a steaming, thick hot chocolate. For two chocolates we spent €8.50, while we were still seated, the music was turned off by the employees behind the counter, indicating that someone is in a hurry to close the place even though there are still customers at the table. A really bad and disappointing experience especially in relation to the fact that the place passes itself off as a chocolate shop.
