27/11/2025: This was the most delicious restaurant I ate at during my trip to Italy. The risotto was simple yet delicious, and the scaloppine al pepe verde was impressive.

23/11/2025: Located in the center of Assisi, a few steps from the Matteotti parking lot, this restaurant is quite large with plenty of seating. Extensive and tasty menu, from appetizers to dessert, including pizza and pinsa with a variety of flavors. Very good food, generous portions, and average, yet reasonably priced. Friendly staff, good service.

28/02/2026: Trattoria located in Spoleto Alta, characteristic, family atmosphere, fabulous cuisine. Must try the stangozzi with truffle and mushrooms 👍 To return.

18/02/2026: My girlfriend and I went for lunch on February 14th. Everything was impeccable, from the service to the food. Fresh, high-quality products, highly recommended!

18/12/2025: Truly excellent pizza, very friendly service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. A positive experience, the only flaws were the dessert and the coffee, which I personally didn't like. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

29/10/2025: Honest priced, amazing pizza! I loved the dough and the freshness of the pizza. The place itself is small and cosy, the service is friendly and fast, and the prices are great! I really loved the experience pizzicheria gave me and I will definitely come back.

17/07/2025: Arriviamo alle ore 12, ristorante ancora vuoto giustamente, noi chiediamo se possiamo stare fuori. Ci dice ok anche se il meteo dava pioggia, ci mettiamo comunque fuori dicendo che al massimo ci saremmo spostati dentro visto che i posti c’erano. Come molte persone quando sono in vacanza, approfittiamo del bagno prima io, poi il mio compagno e infine il mio bimbo di 1 anno a cui cambiamo il pannolino. Torniamo tutti al tavolo, solo il bimbo doveva finire di mangiare ma inizia a piovere quindi chiediamo di poter entrare. Da lì il proprietario scocciato ci dice che avremmo dovuto pagare i doppi coperti ( precisiamo che non c’è nemmeno la tovaglia ma un tovagliolo e le posate) e che siamo stati 20 volte in bagno lasciando anche il pannolino maleodorante del bimbo, che avremmo dovuto portare con noi in giro come si fa con i cani ( sue testuali parole). Sconcertati siamo andati via sotto il diluvio con il bambino che aveva ancora in bocca un pezzo di pane, senza finire le polpette che avevamo richiesto nuovamente ( due polpette pagate 8€) . Pessima esperienza di ospitalità, oltre che comunque le mie penne erano veramente dure.

30/06/2025: In un angolo di spello, un ristorantino accogliente, in una viuzza arieggiata.le tovaglie a quadretti rossi e la gentilezza del cameriere sono un buon biglietto da visita. Mangiato una buona pasta al ragù di agnello, una buna uona qualità prezzo in centro. Grazie 😙

28/12/2025: We gave it a second chance about a month later after a very disappointing first time due to the wait and total chaos in the dining room! This second experience was terrible, with a 20-minute wait to order and an hour and a half for two pizzas, which arrived undercooked! The waiter was kind and friendly, but at the cashier we were mocked for expressing objective reservations about the food and service! This isn't how you work! Last time!!!

23/12/2025: Excellent hummus, which you wouldn't expect to find in a pizzeria. Delicious, well-topped pizzas. A large space suitable for group dinners.

31/08/2025: It's not easy to find such a refined and authentic seafood restaurant in Umbria, but this place is a wonderful exception. Super-fresh dishes, prepared with care and flavor, generous portions, and a well-curated wine list. From appetizer to dessert, every course was an experience. The raw fish was top-notch, and the seafood pasta... simply perfect! But the real added value was the company of the owner: a delightful, passionate person, capable of making you feel immediately at home. His friendliness and hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. In a world where service makes the difference, here you truly notice the passion for hospitality.

18/03/2026: The place is cute, just inside the city walls. Friendly staff, good ingredients, but the house wine is a bit less so. The wait was long, even though there were few people, but I have to say our table really put the kitchen to the test, with almost everyone ordering a different dish. Fair prices.

15/03/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant on Spello's main street. Excellent first courses with mushrooms and truffles. Service was good, though a little slow, but understandable given that it was a Saturday night and the place was busy. Prices were fair. Overall, highly recommended.

30/11/2025: 12:45 PM, November 30, 2025: I enter the half-empty place and order two red bitters from the clerk at the counter. She asks me if we want something to eat, and I tell her if she can bring chips and olives. We sit at a table in front of the counter and watch the barista perform a long, drawn-out pantomime: first she starts cleaning the counter, then she makes a coffee for someone who has come in, chatting pleasantly with the same person, then goes back to cleaning the counter (you know, hygiene is important!!), then she makes another coffee for another customer, then turns her back to do who knows what other activity. Even the person next to our table realizes this isn't normal and makes a sarcastic comment about the barista's behavior. Meanwhile, it's 1:05 PM, and there's no sign of the bitters, let alone chips and olives. We get up, get dressed, and leave, jokingly saying "thank you," and the phenomenon even replies "please." Next time, we find the same bartender, we'll save time and look for another bar. Good luck to her.

24/01/2026: Artistic hotel with friendly staff. Convenient parking and not far from Spoleto's city center. Welcoming and clean rooms.

15/01/2026: A hotel near Spoleto, conveniently located if you have a car. The rooms are very different; I've attached photos of the one we stayed in. Besides the bare, poorly lit, and graffiti-filled feel of a train station underpass, we also found the room quite dirty. The pillowcase of one of the two pillows had a hole in the center, in a clearly visible spot, and one of the towels had a black shoeprint (I've attached a photo), something you wouldn't want to put in a guest room if you saw it, and if you didn't, you're just distracted. The multicolored carpet on the floor was covered in stains and scuffs, and if it had been a solid color, it might have looked dirtier than it actually was. Furthermore, the room didn't have an adjustable temperature, and I felt a bit chilly (it was early January). The bathroom was okay. For what we paid, we made do, especially since we organized this trip at the last minute, but you can definitely find better. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and there were machines for juices and coffee/tea/hot chocolate, etc. So, all things considered, the location and price were the reasons I chose this hotel, and they lived up to their promises, but the room and bathroom could be greatly improved. I recommend it only to those who are content.
