27/10/2023: When simplicity is combined with quality and care....In the immediate surroundings of Spoleto, obviously you can get there by car. I ate very well this evening, even the house red wine was excellent. Appetizer of chicory and broad bean purée followed by black celery stuffed with baked meat and a final dessert filled with cooked cream, made even more delicious by a black cherry sauce. I had the fantastic impression that everything was freshly prepared. The portions are generous. I would say that all the ingredients that count are there!
