We wanted to try Kairos since we were staying nearby. What can I say? It's surprising to enter what is, for all intents and purposes, a village bar, and then, after walking through the door, find yourself inside a welcoming and very well-kept place. The menu is so beautiful, we struggled to decide which one appealed to us most. In the end, we opted for their charcuterie and cheese platter (very generous and high-quality), a tagliatella with truffle, and a tagliata with truffle. Everything was delicious and made with ingredients of undeniable quality. Last but not least, the place is very welcoming and friendly; it was a pleasure to stop and chat. Recommended!

Campers discovering the culinary delights of Italy, hailing from the Tuscia region and wandering through the isolated hills and marvelous castles of the Todi region, near Todi, we stumbled upon a remote village of four souls, Izzalini.
As we sat at our table, we were immediately greeted with a small welcome aperitif, followed shortly by an appetizer of lard on toasted bread and onion parmigiana! We were already ecstatic!
When the first courses arrived, I couldn't believe it!
A Deruta ceramic plate so large that not even my grandmother had one! Piled high with white hare ragù with handmade tagliatelle! My wife had tagliatelle with deer ragù. At that point, we mustered up our courage and grabbed our forks; we ate until we could stomach it!
Unfortunately, I don't have any concrete documentation of what happened, but I can assure you it's not a place for the faint of heart!
Be careful who enters, because the culinary experience here will infect you and drive your palate crazy, and you won't sleep at night, because the only thought that will cross your mind is coming back here! At Kairos...
