Very cute café that was very close to our Airbnb. The waitress was kind and very warm the café overlooks very nice countryside of Umbria.

We wanted to try Kairos since we were staying nearby. What can I say? It's surprising to enter what is, for all intents and purposes, a village bar, and then, after walking through the door, find yourself inside a welcoming and very well-kept place. The menu is so beautiful, we struggled to decide which one appealed to us most. In the end, we opted for their charcuterie and cheese platter (very generous and high-quality), a tagliatella with truffle, and a tagliata with truffle. Everything was delicious and made with ingredients of undeniable quality. Last but not least, the place is very welcoming and friendly; it was a pleasure to stop and chat. Recommended!

Campers discovering the culinary delights of Italy, hailing from the Tuscia region and wandering through the isolated hills and marvelous castles of the Todi region, near Todi, we stumbled upon a remote village of four souls, Izzalini. As we sat at our table, we were immediately greeted with a small welcome aperitif, followed shortly by an appetizer of lard on toasted bread and onion parmigiana! We were already ecstatic! When the first courses arrived, I couldn't believe it! A Deruta ceramic plate so large that not even my grandmother had one! Piled high with white hare ragù with handmade tagliatelle! My wife had tagliatelle with deer ragù. At that point, we mustered up our courage and grabbed our forks; we ate until we could stomach it! Unfortunately, I don't have any concrete documentation of what happened, but I can assure you it's not a place for the faint of heart! Be careful who enters, because the culinary experience here will infect you and drive your palate crazy, and you won't sleep at night, because the only thought that will cross your mind is coming back here! 14/04/2026: A magnificent experience in every way. On the recommendation of some colleagues, we discovered this restaurant and can say without hesitation that it is truly excellent, distinguished by its quality, elegance, and customer service. The location is splendid, and the warm and refined atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. Being in the center of Perugia, parking is not the easiest thing to find, but I recommend the Saba Piazza Partigiani car park, which is easily accessible via escalators; from there, it's a truly pleasant walk. The telephone reservation was quick and handled with great courtesy. The service, impeccable from start to finish, deserves special mention: the waiters were competent, discreet, always attentive, and capable of guiding the customer with precise and interesting explanations of the dishes. The cuisine is simply extraordinary. The truffle-based dishes were excellent, prepared with great care, balance, and quality ingredients. You can sense a great passion for cooking and an authentic attention to detail. Each course was a true pleasure, truly memorable. A high-end restaurant that combines professionalism, hospitality, and truly memorable cuisine. Sincere compliments to the entire staff for their work, which is evidently passionate and highly skilled. A place absolutely worth a visit, and one we will be delighted to return to.
12/04/2026: Food and service were amazing. We had dinner there and we had so many options of food with black or white truffles. Totally recommend it. Tartar and beef fondue were put of this world 😍

16/04/2026: Historic restaurant and hotel. It is located in the center of Norcia. Managed with love and passion. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and welcoming. The food is magnificent and presented with taste and elegance. The staff is kind and friendly. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but the atmosphere in the dining room was particularly pleasant, as if, even though everyone was alone, there was a sense of togetherness in sharing the moment, inviting a nod, a smile, a word. I was happy to be here. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
09/04/2026: The place is truly beautiful and charming, but in my opinion it's way too big. They've packed too many tables into the smaller rooms, and the echo of voices was a bit annoying. ​On a positive note, the service was quick, very kind, and very friendly. ​As for the food, the portions were generous, but unfortunately the quality didn't entirely convince me; it lacked that extra something. Ultimately, the price seemed a bit high and not quite commensurate with what we ate.
