09/11/2025: An absolute dream. We (6 women) were pampered beyond measure. Friedel, the hotel owner, anticipated our every need. The food was excellent, the room was gigantic with a wonderful view of the rose garden. A perfect holiday to relax and unwind. With a swimming pool and sauna.

09/10/2025: We spent a wonderful week here as a family in the Luxury Panorama Suite. The view is simply unique, surrounded by nature, and you can immediately unwind. You rarely find the peace and quiet you find here. The rooms are very spacious and new, and the sunny balcony invites you to relax. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner is also really good. Our highlights were the schnitzel, the spinach lasagna, and the Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes). Thanks also to the entire service team. Best regards!

12/01/2024: Posto adeguato con sala ristorazione Intima e cucina più che adeguata sia come qualità che come scelta. Servizio ottimo e prezzi proporzionati. Cenato due volte e due volte entrambe in maniera adeguata

17/09/2023: Una distesa esterna ricavata sul lato dell'edificio, comoda con una accoglienza cortese. Ottimo risotto bresaola funghi ed erbe alpine.

27/10/2024: Chiusa Klausen, quanti ricordi di bambino, Ho vissuto in questa splendida realtà Altoatesina per due anni, l'autostrada ancora non c'era, giocavamo io e Marco, liberi nei prati con Diana il cane Lupo che non ci mollava mai, i masi ci davano il succo di lampone da bere, la loro ospitalità non è mai cambiata. Il ritorno dopo tanto tempo in occasione del Törggelen, presso questo locale del Gallo Rosso, Ii masi di qualità dell'Alto Adige, assieme ai nostri cugini sudtirolesi, é stata un'esperienza bellissima, non solo per l'ottimo cibo e vino, ma soprattutto per la genuina accoglienza ricevuta dalla famiglia Kainzwaldner. Raccomandato assolutamente, esperienza che faremo, spero con più calma per visitare oltre alla medioevale Chiusa anche Sabina e dintorni, il prossimo anno.

29/07/2024: Fantástico restaurante en el centro de Naturns. Deliciosa comida y una gran vista a las montañas circundantes. Se siente como en una plaza italiana: ) )

23/10/2025: Very live worms in the tightly closed bag! Send details and photos to customer service, implying that it is a conservation problem but the bag was still new! He wanted to offer us samples but NO thank you, never again!

11/09/2024: Leckeres Essen, tolle Aussicht und eine sehr nette Wirtin. Waren während unseres Urlaubes gleich 2x hier und kommen gerne wieder!
