11/05/2024: La migliore pasticceria e rosticceria di tutto l'alto Adige. Cannoli e cassatine e tutti i prodotti siculi di ottima qualità.. se vi recate non giudicate l'apparenza ma la sostanza dei prodotti.

18/02/2025: Rude disrespectful and ironically not very justified staff and security. You can’t stand or sit around the premises. When kindly asked why the only answer given: because this is Ministry of Justice. Why you cannot peacefully stay around is still unknown. I was alone, speaking in Italian. But the men speaking felt like they just needed to express their authority. I hope internal business of the institution isn’t reflected by the men working on the outside.

31/12/2024: Sono stato in questo forno a Bressanone e ho acquistato quattro bretzel da gustare a casa. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza si è rivelata deludente. Una volta aperto il sacchetto, ho notato un odore particolare, che mi ha ricordato la salsa cocktail, quella rosa che si usa spesso per i gamberi. Già insospettito, ho assaggiato il primo bretzel e sono rimasto basito: il sapore era decisamente… di pesce! Anche la mia ragazza, che li ha provati con me, ha confermato questa impressione. Non riesco a spiegarmi come un prodotto da forno che dovrebbe essere salato e tradizionale possa avere un gusto così fuori luogo, a tratti nauseante. Non so se si tratti di un errore nella preparazione, ma sicuramente non è ciò che mi aspettavo. Unica nota positiva: la leggerezza dell’impasto.

07/10/2024: The place of my childhood. We were on holiday there over 40 years ago. I have never forgotten it and was now able to pass this experience on to my daughter. Just beautiful. If you want to switch off, enjoy nature, or are looking for a starting point for hiking or cycling tours, far away from the hustle and bustle and in absolute silence and clear air, you will be warmly welcomed here.

18/03/2025: Wir hatten das Glück den Tisch im "Erkerstübele" reservieren zu können.... Ein wunderschöner, uralter Raum - noch dazu war man ein wenig getrennt von anderen Gästen und konnte den Abend ungestört genießen. Die Wirtsleute hätten kaum freundlicher sein können. Unsere drei Gänge waren sehr, sehr gut, es gab nichts daran zu mäkeln Meine Hauptspeise (Hirschgulasch) war von der Menge schon überschaubar, wie es mittlerweile überall der Fall ist, aber nach drei Gängen sind wir trotzdem pappsatt heimgegangen.

07/01/2025: Con l’inizio del nuovo anno siamo tornati in questo ristorante che riteniamo sempre uno dei migliori tra quelli da noi frequentati la domenica. Sempre gentilezza e simpatia di gestore e personale di sala ma questa volta abbiamo avuto anche un’ottima sorpresa menù rinnovato grazie forse anche dovuto al nuovo chef che ci ha preparato delle ottime pietanze rielaborate a modo suo, e nonostante si mangiasse benissimo anche precedentemente, un tocco di novità fa sempre piacere. Qualità sempre eccellente ad un prezzo onesto e questa volta in occasione le nuovo anno abbiamo cambiato anche la nostra scelta del dessert con la degustazione di un panettone caramellato in padella servito caldo con il gelato alla vaniglia buonisssssimo. Torneremo presto come al solito. Grazie

18/10/2024: Fuimos a este restaurante para almorzar después de leer sobre él. Para nuestra consternación y decepción, el restaurante es SOLO PARA HUÉSPEDES DEL HOTEL. Hubiera sido útil mencionarlo en la página web. Espero que este aviso salve a otros viajeros de cometer el mismo error.
