16/04/2025: Die Pizzen waren gut und die Pizzabäcker nett. Die Bedienung war meiner Frau gegenüber grundlos unhöflich. Wir weden nicht wieder kommen

07/03/2025: Ambiente piccolo, molto molto chiassoso, pizza piccola, impasto sottile e poco cotto, prezzo elevato. Attesa di oltre 45 minuti alle 19, su 6 pizze una non è nemmeno arrivata, nessuno dei camerieri se ne è preoccupato, dopo un ulteriore sollecito è arrivata subito ma non era all'altezza delle aspettative. Non ci tornerò.

01/01/2025: È un posto che consiglio , sono tutti gentilissimi e ti regalano i dolci e ti fanno gli sconti i prodotti sono buonissimi di qualità e saporiti vi consiglio vivente di andarci ci hanno regalato 15 biscotti e ci ha fatto lo sconto di 2 euro€

08/02/2025: Die Alm ist sicher eine der gemütlichsten im ganzen Skigebiet, aber die große Nachfrage hat zu höheren Preisen und nicht unbedingt gleichbleibender Qualität beim Essen geführt. Ob die Knödel (gute Idee, ein Tris in der Suppe) wirklich hausgemacht sind oder nicht doch aus der Fabrik kommen?

04/10/2025: A thoroughly enjoyable stay – highly recommended! We were fortunate enough to spend a few days in this beautifully situated, family-run hotel – and it was a highlight in every way! From the moment you arrive, you can sense the loving design and attention to detail that permeates the entire hotel. The location is ideal: The Plose cable car is within easy walking distance, making it a particularly pleasant start to a day of hiking or skiing. The bus connection to Brixen is also seamless – perfect for a trip to the picturesque old town. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is largely driven by the warmth of the Stockner family and the entire team. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and always concerned about the well-being of their guests – you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Another highlight is the wonderfully designed wellness area: tranquil, well-maintained, and with a heated outdoor pool that provides relaxation even in cooler temperatures. The breakfast is exquisite – select, high-quality products ensure a delightful start to the day. The evening menus are an absolute experience: exquisite flavors, creative presentations, and lovingly prepared – a true treat that you look forward to every day. 18/08/2025: This hotel is truly recommendable! The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting, and the staff welcomed us warmly from the very first moment. We felt completely at home, almost like we were at home. The food was excellent, with a wide selection and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are particularly noteworthy. They anticipated our every need. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay!

20/08/2024: Locale accogliente e familiare con varietà di piatti buonissimi. Complimenti alle signore gentilissime che ci hanno consigliato i loro piatti!!!

09/08/2024: Atmosfera speciale panorama stupendo la cucina non poteva essere da meno. Piatti ottimi , in particolare i piatti tipici ladini con prodotti del maso e la semplicità e spontaneità della titolare e del suo staff. Citare un piatto sarebbe fare un torto al resto del menu. Tagliatelle alla selvaggina superbe.

14/03/2026: I walk in and the clerk is doing the dusting on the shelves with a rag and gloves. She sees me and puts the rag down. She doesn't wash her hands, obviously wearing the usual black anti-hygiene gloves, and starts making my cappuccino. I also get a donut from a "pastry shop," which has nothing to do with pastry. The donut wasn't fresh, and the cream was at room temperature, dark yellow, and sticky. I left it, got up, paid, and left, and I won't come back again.
