25/07/2025: We've been several times already. Lovely place by the sea. Very good and carefully prepared food. They just need to change the menu instead of just the daily specials. And redo the menus and wine list, which are a bit tired for a place like this. ❤

25/07/2025: Fair prices for the quality and service. The tasting was excellent; we were satisfied and impressed by the flavor and quantity. Excellent service, attentive and friendly. The wait of a few days for a reserved table was well worth it. The tasting is recommended, and the wine list is well-stocked.

06/08/2025: We kicked off our Tuscan vacation at this Osteria, and it couldn't have gotten off to a better start: we sampled two first courses, pici with ragù and gnocchi with duck breast, and shared a second course, the typical peposo, a delicacy so tender it melted in your mouth. Excellent wines and impeccable service. The location is stunning! We'll definitely be back!

03/08/2025: A real disappointment regarding the fish appetizer, I complained and they didn't charge me, but it was really low quality and not very fresh as regards the octopus! Very kind staff!

02/08/2025: It deserves 5 stars overall. Let's start with the truly charming location within the medieval center. Tables are arranged to the left of the walls, and despite the crowds passing by on the next street, they manage to leave you comfortable at your table because they're recessed and covered. The welcome was truly superb; the lady greeted us (reservation required) with a glass of prosecco. We sat down immediately and ordered four fish courses. The dishes were generous, excellent value for money. It's impossible to leave unsatisfied with the food. The catch of the day was truly fresh, as were the raw fish dishes we ordered by phone, which were truly superb and were fulfilled (not everyone!). The mixed fried fish was batter-light, so you could taste the flavors of the fish underneath. And then we moved on to the desserts... what can I say... all homemade by them. We had two cheesecakes that were totally unlike anything you've ever tasted. I don't know what spread they use, but it's creamy, not gelatinous, and even without the topping, it was superb. Definitely a place you MUST go if you want to eat well in Castiglione della Pescaia. I thank the entire staff for their helpfulness, and we congratulate them once again. A truly well-deserved 5 stars!

20/06/2025: For service for two they are few for the busiest times but they do a lot of work. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is magical, the souvenir photo with the polaroid: priceless. In the week spent in the area we made it a recurring stop. Well done

26/07/2025: Three of us came and had a wonderful time... the cuisine at Tigre is truly superb, accompanied by a fantastic Ilaria who ""pampered"" us, truly served and revered. It's truly an experience worth trying, I recommend it to everyone. I sincerely thank the Rifugio restaurant for everything they offered us.

28/07/2025: Pizza al taglio per tutti i gusti. Impasto ottimo e sapori genuini, probabilmente il posto migliore per una cena veloce a Porto Ercole. Dopo le 21:30 fanno anche le crepe con la Nutella, ottime anche loro!

04/08/2025: L’Osteria del Fritto non avrà la vista mare ma è un posto originale e ben curato. Avvolti da un discreto sottofondo musicale vi troverete accomodati ad un tavolo, ben organizzato con semplicità e buon gusto. Vivrete una piacevole situazione grazie da un ambiente curato, la gentilezza/competenza della titolare e di tutto il suo staff egregiamente condotto. Cena a base di frittura di pesce, leggera e saporita accompagnata da un buon bianco fermo. Che dire, l’ho scelto per le precedenti recensioni che, decisamente, confermo e sottoscrivo. Da considerare se volete trattarvi bene ad un buon costo! I coperti non sono molti, ma con una prenotazione e un pizzico di fortuna, nella disponibilità della gestione, io ho spuntato un tavolo all’aperto! 🥳😉

20/07/2025: Superb gelato. I got the large cone and it was truly huge! So many unique flavors and combinations (rice cake, bread, butter, and jam, etc.), but the Peruvian fondant was an experience. If you like fondant, this is truly a treat!

A small cone costs 3 EUR only and you get 2 flavors. this size/portion is perfect for those who don't want to get too full or for those who can't decide on just 1 flavor 😉 I had the pistachio and salted caramel which were both delicious. The place has many tables outside, some with a view of the harbor, however if it's "rush hour", there might be a long queue for the shop itself and for the tables. Worst case grab the ice cream and sit in the main square. Enjoy!

16/07/2025: A restaurant with limited seating in the center of Follonica. Excellent ingredients, cooked to perfection! The service could be improved; they didn't bring olive oil with the meat or sauces with the fries, nor were we even asked if we wanted condiments. Other than these details, highly recommended.

08/06/2025: What can I say, finding a restaurant like this in the heart of the industrial area of ​​Follonica was a real surprise, the very polite welcome from the staff and the warm and welcoming interior of the place with an open brazier, make you forget the outside right away. The fried tagliatelle with balsamic vinegar and the three types of bread made by them and offered were a welcome thing, the appetizer consisting of quality cold cuts and cheeses was truly excellent. The first course, the tagliatelle made by them (a little thick to tell the truth they were thicker than pappardelle) with cherry tomatoes and Chianti butter were something really good. The Chianti sushi on the spit instead was a real joy for the palate with the meat worked and cooked really well. All completed with water and house wine which was not bad at all. Dulcis in fundo all the meat processing done in sight in front of the brazier. Compliments. Highly recommended.

27/07/2025: A very nice restaurant in a truly charming little square, quiet and tidy. We ate really well, everything was excellent, both fish and meat, and above all, with a touch of imagination and creativity, both in presentation and flavor. The young woman who served us was impeccable, kind, and knowledgeable. She was alone, at least the night we were there, and despite the ever-increasing rush, she kindly stopped and explained the dishes and wine well. It's not easy to find such harmonious service and cuisine. Excellent. We'll definitely be back.

22/07/2025: Heerlijk gegeten. Als hollandethad ik een hamburger besteld maar stond raar te kijken dat dit zonder broodje was. Ik moet zeggen een heerlijke hamburger met kaas en een eitje erop. Heerlijk van smaak. Pasta was ook lekker. De espresso maakte het verhaal compleet. Aanrader gewoon lekker .
