Many of their own production, such as oil, cured meats, etc. They have an excellent and important cellar. Excellent choice for meat. The preparation is very careful. The staff were very welcoming, professional and very kind. I highly recommend and recommend booking.

Immediately warm and courteous welcome, with a nice word towards the little girl (which is not to be taken for granted). Fast service, very kind, helpful and smiling staff! And spectacular food. Highly recommended ❤️

26/01/2025: Located in the village of Capalbio (small but very characteristic) is this fantastic trattoria (parking is a bit difficult to find but I understand the context). I personally ate the meat. Overall, I can say that I found excellent quality. I will definitely return to taste other specialties. 08/03/2025: Incredible place, extremely tasty food, impeccable service and the chef is a sweetheart, he gave me a bouquet as a gift for Women's Day. The best meal I had on this trip to Italy, I recommend it to anyone passing through Tuscany.

26/02/2025: Excellent pastry bar. We stopped last summer for a snack with the family and I have to praise the pastry chef for the quality of the products, including ice cream. Nice place and clean. A wonderful and sweet break.

22/02/2025: We had the pleasure of discovering Tatiana's pastry shop almost by chance, on the occasion of my birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised. His kindness, combined with impeccable professionalism and a selection of high quality products, made the experience even more special, despite the limited space. The venue, welcoming and intimate, offers a spectacular view and has a small area with around four tables. The absolutely delicious croissants are so tasty that it would be difficult to settle for just one, especially accompanied by a perfect cappuccino. We can't wait to return!

02/03/2025: We went here for our 20th anniversary. The moment I tasted the first dish I knew I had chosen well. I told the waiter to tell the chef that the food was awesome (in Italian) and he said thank you, then apologised because the chef was not in and he had cooked the food. He went on to modestly inform me that the chef was much better... How much better can it get? This place is fabulous.

23/03/2025: Third time dining here. Came back for the food and hoped that the previous service experiences were rare bad days. Unfortunately it was not. Very disorganized. I know in general there is a shortage of wait staff in Italy, especially in these more rural locations, but other restaurants have found ways to cope. Quality of locally sourced ingredients are excellent. But the chaos of the restaurant (tons of kids, which is normal for a Sunday but still adds a layer of noise that isn't enjoyable for many plus dogs whining, and the exasperation of tables trying to get servers' attention) combined with the very random music, and terribly slow and at times very tense service isn't worth it. 20 minutes for water. Another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Another half hour for apps and drinks to arrive. Another 40 minutes for entrees. Instead of fresh ombrina arrived frozen swordfish. I really want to enjoy this place, and the staff under other circumstances seem to be nice, but it feels like the organization was formed by someone without restaurant experience. All that said, they have an amazing view on the beach. If they could at least be faster with the water, bread and drinks, the waits would be more forgivable. I will probably wait another six months before I try again.

31/12/2024: Spacious, modern, elegant room with large terrace with a view of the sea, wonderful to say is an understatement. Courteous, efficient, competent staff complemented by a chef who invents tasty and high-impact dishes. Rich assortment of especially local wines, well-stocked bar and excellent coffee. Definitely worth returning and recommending to those looking for tasty specialties

08/03/2025: Clean and warm hotel, owner, Mr. Valter very kind and hospitable. Possibility to dine in the hotel at reasonable prices and very good food with generous portions. Breakfast both sweet and savory, with very good homemade desserts. Convenient location to many sites of interest. I definitely recommend
