23/08/2025: A unique and rare experience! You need to book well in advance because the place is very small, which makes it all the more magical. Caterina is a top-notch host, who, in addition to her superb cooking, brightens the evening with her cheerful disposition. You can tell she loves her job, and it shows in her dishes! The menu, hand-prepared to order, changes daily. I recommend trying as many dishes as possible because you won't get to try everything else again. We've been coming for three years, and I always try to return. The negative reviews about the management and the size of the place are laughable: if you're not suited to this type of experience, avoid coming and write a false review of such a magical place! Caterina is the owner, cook, and waitress! I don't think you'll have the chance to experience this anywhere else!

21/09/2025: After a lovely stroll around Orbetello, we relaxed in this lovely and welcoming place. We dined on a delicious grilled chicken salad with vegetables, a cheesecake for me, and a tiramisu for my husband, all accompanied by background music from the TV in the living room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

19/09/2025: Excellent value for money. We ate very well for a small price. We went twice to try both the grilled meat and the burgers (both delicious). The service was also excellent. If you want a side, try the potatoes with rosemary and pancetta instead of the classic fries, because they're worth it.

01/10/2025: We stayed at Villa Preselle for our honeymoon in early September, and despite the weather being unpredictable for a brief time, it was absolutely perfect! The view is splendid, typically Tuscan, and creates a magical atmosphere. The villa's restaurant is excellent, with delicious and refined dishes. We would especially like to thank the waitress who looked after us: she was lovely, friendly, and very patient with our somewhat broken Italian. A huge thank you to all the staff at Villa Preselle for their warm welcome and professionalism. This stay will remain an unforgettable memory. We recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed here last year in August 2024 for our second wedding anniversary and had the best holiday experience ever. The standards were perfection and everything from the buffet breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms which were daily cleaned by the staff, it was just nothing but exceptional. Andrea the owner has created a magical place where relaxation meets genuine Italian culture. We returned this year in September 2025 and were greeted warmly by the lovely receptionist, Paula. We brought our 2 friends along with us and stayed in apartment 7 which overlooked the pool and Tuscan olive fields - villa preselle also grow and farm their own olive oil. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and we always felt like we could ask the staff for recommendations on where to go to nearby. The menu is fantastic with lots to choose from and not to mention the aperol and Hugo spritz by the pool 👌🏼 this is one of those places that we will never get tired of going too and we hope to one day start a family of our own and bring on holidays to meet our villa preselle family ❤️ My recommendation to anyone that books here is to: - hire a car. It’s very helpful getting around Grosseto and we had a day trip to Siena. - visit Pienza in Val de Orcia which is were the house from the iconic Gladiator movie with Russell Crowe is made - have pizza in Pizzeria Lan Vigna. Papa Gianni and Mama Luisa have been making pizzas from their home for 40years. Papa Gianni makes all of the pizzas whilst his children and grandchildren are the waiters. Such a friendly and wonderful Italian experience and the pizza is just INCREDIBLE THANK YOU VILLA PRESELLE FOR THE MOST AMAZING HOLIDAYS. We will be back soon 🫶🏼💕

16/10/2025: We found this place by accident while driving back from Sicily to Poland. We only stayed one night. It's a wonderful place. A true Tuscan atmosphere. For a moment, we even considered staying another day, but after a three-week vacation, homework called. I highly recommend it. It's a beautiful place, a wonderful restaurant, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It definitely exceeded our expectations. ❤️ Thank you for such a short stay. We left this morning. Kisses to the kitties.

11/10/2025: Simply excellent! We had a huge room at a reasonable price, everyone was friendly, our dog was welcome, and the food in the attached restaurant was good. The breakfast was also decent by Italian standards.

01/10/2025: Rintocco is exactly what you're looking for as a vacationer in Tuscany: authentic food, super friendly owners and waiters, local drinks, and great value for money. A clear recommendation: the pizza and the beef fillet are particularly delicious. The beef fillet cost €18 and was a relatively large piece and very good. Reserve in advance!

22/09/2025: Hands down some of the best food we have had in Italy and some of the best pizza we’ve EVER had. Wonderful owners and staff. Great location. Beautiful town. Honestly, that food was insane. We are coming back tomorrow. I can’t leave Italy without more of everything I ate. And more. Absolutely charming.

08/10/2025: I've been there more than once, even though (luckily 😅) I live a 5-hour drive away... The quality of the meat and the perfection of the cooking justify the miles, costs, and reputation of the place. The service is punctual, competent, and courteous. The wine list is noteworthy. Must try at least once in your life.

07/08/2025: We visited this restaurant for the first time last night. There were three of us, and on the advice of the very kind waiter, we ordered an excellent selection of cheeses and an excellent loin to start. Next, we were served a perfectly cooked Irish Angus Grass-Fed, tender yet flavorful. Also, courtesy of the owner, a pleasant surprise was provided for my son: a taste of Wagyu Sendai, truly exquisite and melt-in-the-mouth. The entire staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and kindness. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

13/09/2025: The best of the best! Come hungry and adventurous. The staff and the chef were absolutely wonderful. The chef came out to our table 3 times and said goodbye to us out to our car. It was so sweet!

Eccellente cucina toscana, con qualche spazio per quella romana. Da provare assolutamente l'uovo con il tartufo, uno dei migliori che abbia mangiato. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
