07/01/2026: The owner is very kind and friendly. We got along well even though we don't speak Italian. The appetizer of crostini and pickled vegetables is delicious. All the meat dishes are good, and the ravioli, although it looks like a small portion, is quite filling. The fries were very good too. The pandoro dessert, a Christmas special and homemade, was delicious. The town of Montepescali is charming and very peaceful.

21/10/2025: Wonderful restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious: the steak I had was outstanding, and the pasta and spaghetti… simply a culinary experience in every bite. The service was excellent, with warm and courteous attention throughout the evening. The owner is a lovely person who pampered us and turned our visit into a real celebration, and at the end he served us the best tiramisu I’ve tasted in Italy! The atmosphere is cozy, fun, and inviting for anyone looking for a perfect dish and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended! ממליץ בחום

The wine list is particularly interesting, offering both exceptional wines and great vintages, as well as equally high-quality, more accessible wines. We notably discovered a single-varietal Ciliegiolo, delicious and perfectly showcased, a symbol of the restaurant's commitment to promoting the products and wines of Manciano. In the kitchen, everything is precise and perfectly balanced. The dishes are rich in flavor, prepared with passion and skill, without ever becoming excessive. The seasonings are precise, respectful of the ingredients, and each element finds its natural place. Special mention goes to the fresh pasta, which is a testament to true craftsmanship: the texture, taste, and precision of execution are perfect and immediately apparent upon tasting. 12/01/2026: Today, I had lunch with some friends at this restaurant, which I've been frequenting for a long time. For a vegan, Essenza is a guarantee, featuring top-quality, organic ingredients. The dishes will satisfy even the most discerning vegan, and the menu offers a wide selection. From classic Maremma tortelli to beetroot tortelli with creamed turnip greens, which I thoroughly enjoyed, to refined and delicious main courses, and finally, a variety of desserts to enjoy. For non-vegans, I recommend trying it for yourself; you'll have an experience you'll want to repeat. The place is very charming and welcoming, and the staff is professional, kind, and attentive, ready to accommodate your every request.

02/12/2025: My husband and I went for lunch last Sunday, passing through Pitigliano. I ordered an appetizer of cured meats and crostini, asking for nothing on one of the crostini except a drizzle of olive oil. They explained to me that this substitution wouldn't involve tasting the new olive oil (no one had asked for it), but "regular" oil. I wonder how much more this substitution would have cost compared to the livers on the menu. I found the comment really distasteful...thank goodness we were just passing through!

18/09/2025: We visited with family a few years ago, and tonight we were chatting about summer restaurant experiences. I must say that the memory of how pleasant the experience at this trattoria was has remained indelible in all of us. The vegetable pot, the suckling pig, the garden, the model of a farm a few kilometers away that we then stopped by to buy... I hope to visit you again someday. Thank you for the pleasant memory.

16/10/2025: We found this place by accident while driving back from Sicily to Poland. We only stayed one night. It's a wonderful place. A true Tuscan atmosphere. For a moment, we even considered staying another day, but after a three-week vacation, homework called. I highly recommend it. It's a beautiful place, a wonderful restaurant, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It definitely exceeded our expectations. ❤️ Thank you for such a short stay. We left this morning. 11/10/2025: Simply excellent! We had a huge room at a reasonable price, everyone was friendly, our dog was welcome, and the food in the attached restaurant was good. The breakfast was also decent by Italian standards.

02/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant a month ago. The atmosphere was lovely. The menu was extensive and appealing. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and the wild boar cacciatore were very good. The desserts were also delicious, all homemade. The service was a little disorganized, but that's okay!

09/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times. Every time we stay at the Saturnia Resort. Unfortunately, this time, even though we tried to book at the end of September for November 1st, they decided not to accept our reservation. We were 10 adults. All with gold credit cards (in case the owner had any doubts). He replied, "Things have changed." Well, change them as you wish. We'll never come again, not even when we spent €1,000 as a couple in low season. Maybe it's convenient for us to be ripped off during those periods. I recommend "La Stellata" to everyone. The owner is also friendly and welcoming.

24/11/2025: We had dinner at this little trattoria in the middle of the Tuscan countryside and the food was divine! Everything was truly excellent, but trust me, try the red tagliatelle with beetroot, served with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms: AMAZING!
