The staff are very friendly and attentive, though perhaps a little small to handle the summer crowds. The place is simple and clean, with on-site parking available. Excellent home cooking and amazing homemade desserts.

Trattoria serving typical local dishes, with a modest €16 appetizer. The first courses are good, but not to die for. The wild boar ragù was good, and I tried it with the gnocchi. The gnocchi were perhaps a little undercooked. Excellent desserts... truly delicious! Fast and courteous service.

We went there for dinner with friends and I must say we had a great time. The owners were professional and friendly, and the food was excellent. Everything was made with care. A family atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. I recommend it. 😊

Hotel-restaurant with ample parking, including for trucks. I really liked the authentic feel of the place, probably born as a lunch stop. The restaurant thrives on what it offers (i.e., authentic Maremma cuisine), not on the echoes of Lucio Corsi. The restaurant is also open in the evening. Prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients used, and dishes are lovingly prepared according to tradition. Friendly service. Highly recommended!

03/08/2026: Very kind and friendly staff. Spectacular food, from starters to main courses and side dishes. Chestnut-filled ravioli and roasted porcini mushrooms were excellent. Very reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back.
02/08/2026: Simply perfect experience at Barilotto! I have to offer my sincere compliments to the entire restaurant staff. The atmosphere is fantastic: welcoming, meticulously crafted, and with a warmth that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, what can I say? I had the pappardelle with ragù, and it was absolutely the best I've ever eaten in my life! The quality of the ingredients is evident. But the real news is something else: this is the very first time in my life I've managed to finish the entire plate at a restaurant! I usually leave something behind, but this dish was so spectacular that not even a drop of sauce was left. Top-notch venue, amazing food, and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

25/05/2026: A beautiful and very well-maintained property! The rooms are tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily! The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the restaurant also impresses with the outstanding quality of its food! We lacked absolutely nothing, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Preselle! The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything was simply fantastic! Grazie Mille
24/05/2026: A place nestled among vineyards and olive groves, where time seems to stand still… with only the birdsong to break the silence. The staff are very friendly and offer excellent advice on places to visit.
