01/08/2024: Hello everyone, Last Saturday I celebrated my graduation in this restaurant that I already knew, it was a beautiful evening and we ate really well, with attention also for a friend of mine who has celiac disease and honestly it is a place to be recommended with kind staff and highly prepared cuisine. ❤️

The place made me fall in love. 4.5 for the menu, extensive with vegan products, I recommend providing a guide for non-experts on the ingredients used. I also recommend putting a calorie guide for those who are health conscious. 3.5 stars for the prices, decidedly above average, even if partly justified by the use of particular products. 4 for staff; not quite as jovial as I like, a little too formal and detached 1 star for the toilets: very beautiful to look at, but terrible smell. 08/21/24 I was there today for a mid-morning snack. I confirm that I am in love with the location: beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Excellent menu as always. Prices above average, but understandable (1 soy cappuccino, a slice of baked cake and a smoothie, 11 euros) Staff: friendliness and smiles are not mortal sins; you can improve Fixed bad odor problems from bathrooms. It is the best place (perhaps the only one) where you can spend a relaxing hour

16/08/2024: Simple and genuine cuisine, young staff and fast service. Located between a dirt car park and a small tourist port, cars occasionally pass very, very close to the tables. Everything outdoors under an awning or square umbrellas with plastic tables and chairs; paper tablecloth.

16/08/2024: We went because it was recommended! We were amazed by all the typical appetizers, tagliolini with truffles, and the Florentine steak, with delicious baked chips! All accompanied by two local wines and three homemade desserts! All very good, pleasant atmosphere. Reservation is mandatory, otherwise it will be difficult to find a place. Also highly recommended for the walk around the very characteristic village

14/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant in Magliano inside the walls, typical Tuscan dishes, appetizers, homemade tagliolini with truffles, Florentine steak and exquisite desserts, friendly and nice staff for an unforgettable experience

20/07/2024: The organic farm is located in the middle of the countryside, among olive trees and fruit trees. We were welcomed by the owner who immediately made us feel at home and spoke to us about the philosophy of the farm, his love for his land and his work; of the return to the roots and the recovery of the ancient peasant recipes that his wife prepares with the products from their garden. The courgette parmigiana was wonderful, made with courgettes and flowers picked early in the morning; not to mention the water cooked with vegetables from the garden. Honest prices. Super recommended

19/07/2024: Trovato per caso nel tragitto tra Sorano e Sovana in un pomeriggio torrido, ci accomodiamo nella sala climatizzata ed è subito un sollievo. Scambiando due parole con il titolare scopriamo che il cibo è prodotto da loro o al massimo da aziende nei dintorni, ed è bio. Partiamo con verdure miste sott'olio dove la punta di aceto le rendono appetitose, e un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, tutti formidabili, accompagnati da una marmellata di melone stratosferica, mai provata prima. Al posto del pane abbiamo chiesto la loro focaccia al rosmarino, cotta al momento, buonissima. Passiamo ad una zuppa contadina con brodo di verdure e pomodori freschi, con quadratini di pane raffermo chiamata acquacotta... Ho sentito I sapori del passato e della tradizione, da farci abbonamento. Infine una parmigiana di zucchine e fiori di zucca, ovviamente raccolti in giornata, che era una favola. Chiudiamo con una fresca fetta di anguria. Parlando con i gestori abbiamo notato la passione per questo lavoro, nonché tanti sacrifici per mantenere una qualità che raramente si incontra, ad un prezzo più che onesto. Un vero agriturismo, non un acchiappa turisti. Complimenti continuate così

27/08/2024: Visited the place yesterday. Its magical, situated beautifully in an old village, amazing view. Serving local food, delicious startrs, pastas, pizzas, wild - boar dishes, steaks, amazing desserts . All was delicious. Enjoy.

29/08/2024: Informal bar in Follonica in the non-pedestrian part of Via Roma, with a "bicycle" theme and run by very helpful, friendly and kind people. I made an unusual request (a thermos of hot water because I'm Argentinian and drink mate) and they made it for me without any problems. I underline that in other places in Follonica they looked at me strangely and told me no, that that "type of service is not done". Instead they calmly filled my thermos and didn't charge me for the service. Courtesy and professionalism.

13/08/2024: Good quality village tavern. The products are local and well prepared in the Roman-Maremma area. The cacio e pepe and gricia are more than valid and served in the tonnarello variant. The classic fettuccine with white wild boar ragout is also worth a try, tasty but not excessive. The braised Cinta Senese pork cheek is very tender, yet firm. The side dishes are good, but a dutiful emphasis goes to the artichoke alla giudia of Roman declination, crunchy and well drained, in short, not to be missed. The desserts are all delicious: zuccotto, tiramisu and three chocolate semifreddo. If you are in the area, it is a location not to be missed in a village that is extremely nice to see and with a special view of the Grosseto Maremma. Prices are average (€€).

26/07/2024: Small restaurant in the village of Sorano, local dishes, varied and complete wine list. Friendly staff. There aren't many tables so it's best to book.

22/07/2024: We had dinner in this place during a trip to the area and we were delighted: the environment is taken care of down to the smallest details and the cuisine is of high quality; furthermore the owner is very attentive and kind. It is possible to taste traditional Maremma cuisine, prepared with zero km ingredients. The wine selection is excellent; I recommend tasting the artemisia and vinsantheo: excellent! It seems strange to me that at the Sorano spa, following my request, they told me that there were only a couple of restaurants in the town, without also recommending this suggestive and refined place. Absolutely worth visiting!

24/07/2024: We did a tasting at this winery. Awesome place. The owner Michele and his family are truly welcoming people. The red wine is very good. We recommend this wonderful experience to everyone!!!!

18/07/2024: Tasting of different wines with a generous aperitif for €25 in a magical place with a beautiful view. Everything was delicious, very friendly and helpful staff, super value for money. To do!
