02/02/2024: I read the review from a few days ago by a certain Giusi Magnolo. I often frequent this place and THAT EVENING I WAS THERE, I was sitting at a nearby table, I heard everything. Magnolo asked "am I sure the pizza isn't frozen?" the owner replied that he prepares the dough himself and lets it rise for 72 hours. At which Magnolo (or her companion, I don't remember which of the 2) begins with "and who tells me that you really leaven for 72 hours!". He basically called him a liar. Furthermore, from the beginning they had both behaved arrogantly (for example already in the way of asking what was available as a drink). The owner DID WELL IN LETTING THEM OUT OF THE PLACE... Some people should think about the proverb "the way you knock, it will be opened". If it had been me I would have responded VERY badly, but instead he very calmly invited them to go to another place. Among other things, Magnolo said "I want pizza but I'm allergic to yeast"...!!!! I want to see her, making pizza without yeast ahahahahahahah!!! .. but what do some people smoke?????? As for MY experiences with this place: I've been coming there for years, the pizza is good (very digestible), there was a period in which I was gluten intolerant and they had organized to make some loaves just for me (if not Are these kindness and attention to the customer...?), the cuisine is good, the ingredients are fresh, the environment is rustic but welcoming, they are kind and honestly I have always felt very comfortable. Maybe it's because my mother carefully taught me good manners... (as you knock, so it will be opened to you)...

Il servizio e il pagamento non sono tanto consoni alla qualità della carne ripeto qualità della carne .....una porzione di patatine e un panino mi sono costati la bellezza di 28 euro e 40 centesimi.....p.s. se sete de Roma nn ci andate haahhahahaha se lo merita
