10/02/2024: Discovered by chance, a place of the Italy of the 60s, friendly, welcoming, excellent fish cuisine, seafood risotto perhaps a little salty but full of flavour, well-made seafood appetizer served with care, super final coffee, honest bill, from return!

18/01/2024: Locale ampio arredato in modo semplice ma accogliente e personale molto cortese. La cucina qui la fa da padrona pero': piatti curati sia per l'occhio che per il palato e soprattutto molto gustosi. Ampia scelta anche di specialità siciliane. Il prezzo: giusto. Orecchiette con cime di rapa e salsiccia buonissime e Gnocchi ai tesori di Sicilia STREPITOSI . Brave, se passo di qui tornerò volentieri ad assaggiare gli altri piatti.

31/03/2024: What a joy when Sara called me to tell me that a table for 4 had become available. In the restaurant where I spend my summer evenings. Fabulous fish, generous portions, normal price considering the goodness of the fish. All this at the port of Scarlino, a fairytale atmosphere. I will return again in the summer to eat your top-notch dishes outdoors

23/09/2023: The approach on a single-lane, largely concrete path, the entry control is something special, the location and view of the location are magnificent, the restaurant conveys a quiet and relaxed feel-good atmosphere. On the other hand, the food was served in plates that were not preheated and only lukewarm. They were e.g. T. tasted bland, the fish in a square shape was not cooked through, the onion was only slightly caramelized, oil, pepper and salt were missing.

03/08/2023: Very suggestive location of a historic residence equipped as a Reails Glamping B&B and apartments in the countryside near Scarlino. Amazing view from this hill which you have to climb along a road that is first dirt road and then slightly asphalted, very steep and narrow, but it's worth it. Destination to be reached by following the signs for BeVedetta whose restaurant is called 'Rosso Corbezzolo'. This restaurant is normally open to hotel guests only and some tables are reserved for outsiders (Adults Only). Highly refined fusion cuisine based on quality local products taking into account seasonality (the menu changes every 3 days). For our dinner we took: #2 Grilled octopus with bean puree; #2 Bavette with cuttlefish ink, seafood and pistachio pesto; #1 Pistachio tiramisu; #1 Ricotta mousse with salted lemon crumble and sautéed peaches; #1 Bottle of San Gio' di Poggio l'Apparita. As mentioned, the menu often varies, therefore there are 4 choices available between Starters, First Courses, Second Courses and Desserts which allow you to maintain a certain tender quality and certainly manage the kitchen in the best possible way. Congratulations to the Chef and the property for the environment, the style, the furnishings and the quality of the food offered at a very fair price. We will definitely return if we are given the chance as we are external customers and not staying in the structure.

16/01/2024: the place is beautiful!! even if some things seem not to have been taken care of for a while (the wood hasn't been sanded and repainted for a few years, instead it would be an operation to be done annually! the stereo speakers work and don't work; the entire swimming pool flooring would be worth reviewing...) for the food it's not the best but there is the zero distance restaurant or Vittorio 1 minute walk away.

01/10/2023: Super tasty, authentic food, great service. We were here in the low season, so the terrace was unfortunately already "closed", which is certainly fantastic in summer with the view. The interior can still do something with the ambience (for example, more comfortable lighting), but this was more than made up for by the great, personable service.

04/10/2023: Dinner mid-September 2023 Excellent hospitality; we arrived very early but they welcomed us, while they were still having dinner, on the terrace and with a drink we enjoyed the view. I'm writing this post only because I don't remember having ever eaten such good and beautifully cooked meat (sliced ​​meat with caramelized onion). Certainly thanks to the meat but not only. I hope I can come back to eat it again! I'm not a newbie to meat, far from it...
