18/05/2026: At Osteria Dal Moro in the famous village of Montemerano in Tuscany, we had lunch right next to the splendid terrace, enjoying a breathtaking view. Incredible cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and impeccable service. The traditional dishes are prepared with the highest-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. There are typical dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar, Montemeranese-style tripe, and a specialty, "L'acqua cotta," simple yet delicate and wonderful dishes. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back; highly recommended, especially for families!

03/05/2026: I stopped by this pub to watch a Formula 1 race (they have SKY) during a weekend in Follonica. The beers on tap were very good, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly and courteous. I'll definitely be back!

16/04/2026: We booked for 15, including 8 adults and 7 children (we specified over the phone that we had 7 children aged 7 to 10). We entered calmly and quietly, but were greeted by the staff in an unprofessional manner. At the entrance, a waiter addressed one of the children, who was simply talking, saying "quietly and quietly" instead of a good evening and welcome. Naturally, we pointed out that if the children were bothersome, we could leave, and so we did. We had a three-day vacation planned in the area, and the restaurant was convenient for lunches or dinners, but obviously we preferred more welcoming places. A terrible experience that lasted 2 minutes. PS: The restaurant owner's response to this review shows how incredibly courteous he is.

The cuisine was excellent: especially the braised chicken and verjuice, a true delicacy. To finish, a homemade tiramisu-style dessert with a base of cantuccini biscuits... A round of applause. Sincere compliments.

05/05/2026: This place should be on your must-visit list. It's a masterpiece from the entrance to the finishing touches. All the dishes are delicious. The owner meets you and guides you like a child, from choosing the dishes to choosing the wines! His cellar is another gem... We'll definitely be back.

12/06/2026: If you want to escape the tourist crowds in Pitigliano and enjoy a meal in a natural setting with homemade food, this is the place for you! Good parking and the owners are attentive and friendly. We'll be back!

09/06/2026: We stopped by Agriristoro Focacceria La Dogana in the afternoon while traveling from Pitigliano to Sovana. We contacted Giovanni by phone and he invited us to stay, and we were grateful for it. He is a Maremma native, just like the location, which imbues you with Maremma. We were welcomed, well-served, and pleasantly pampered, sharing the wonderful personality of our host. From the kitchen, Giovanni's wife, Monia, offers authentic dishes and a great ability to meet our expectations. If we were to return, we would gladly return for seconds. For those who are waiting to hear about the price, let's just say it's fair... very fair for everything they offer. Excellent and highly recommended.

04/06/2026: The pizza is very good. The pasta was only lukewarm and the portion was very small for the price. It wasn't filling. Even the large salad didn't add much color to the plate and wasn't enough to satisfy my hunger. However, if you just want pizza, this is the place for you. I wanted to leave the large plate with the small, almost cold portion of pasta, but they seem to insist on it.

23/05/2026: A delicious lunch with authentic local scottiglia, a second course with Moroccan influences, very tasty! Finally, a very refined dessert made with unique cooking techniques. Excellent!

07/05/2026: Family-run inn, Massimo welcomed us warmly from the start, recommending tours and itineraries, and chatting with us after dinner, making our stay very relaxing and making us feel right at home. Room (number 6) is a decent size, with everything you need for a stay. There's also a minibar and snacks. The inn's restaurant offers a wide-ranging, high-quality menu. They use local products, and the quality is evident at the table. Excellent wine cellar, with many varieties from both local and international producers. Location is a bit out of the way, but not far from the main towns of the Val d'Orcia. I definitely recommend this inn to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The owners welcome you with warmth and attention, making you feel like a guest before you are a customer. We tasted magnificent pici with tuna, excellent black spaghetti with shrimp and asparagus, surprising sea urchins with truffle and quail eggs, and delicious squid with artichokes: carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful dishes that showcase excellent ingredients. It's a true restaurant, where you can sense the passion for this craft. The bill is absolutely fair and fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, the sourcing of local products, and the overall experience it offers.

20/05/2026: Unmissable! Traditional Maremma cuisine prepared with passion. Generous dishes at a more than reasonable price. Very attentive and never intrusive service. The restored ancient cellar is worth a look! A word of advice: save room for the tiramisu!

10/05/2026: Family-run business serving typical Maremma specialties. Very friendly service. Mom and Grandma are in the kitchen, son and daughter in the front of house. Beautiful vaulted cellar. Good value for money.

26/04/2026: A tiny, meticulously maintained osteria in the alley. A few dishes, but authentic and explained with passion. The pici with aglione and pici with Chianina ragù are top-notch.
