22/10/2025: …on the occasion of my trip to Tuscany!!…with a group of people!!…from an agency in my city!!…I stopped for lunch here!!…at the “Il Portico” farmhouse!!…so I am in Capalbio!!…and I am precisely three kilometers away!!…and this structure is located!!…in a quiet location!!…immersed in the wonderful nature of the Tuscan Maremma!!…I was served a good appetizer!!…a good first course!!…followed by the second course and then a fantastic tiramisu!!…all typical products!!…with the true flavor of Tuscany!!…dishes brought to the table by the owner!!…he did everything!!…zero waiting time!!…what can I say!!…I ate really well!!…here at the “Il Portico” farmhouse!!…the authentic dishes of Tuscan cuisine!!…yes!!!…I would gladly go back again!!…🍽️🎉👌💯🔝⬆️‼️

27/09/2025: An incredible taste experience. Everything was spot on. We ordered: Cod meatballs, Spaghetti alle vongole, and grilled octopus on a salad of bread, pickled vegetables, and olive oil. The tiramisu is a top 3 in Italy. Absolutely amazing. We'll definitely be back, it's worth it. Definitely the #1 choice in Marina di Grosseto.

15/01/2026: Excellent cuisine! The staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly, even with the little ones. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, cooked with imagination and flavor. The portions are generous, with a first course and a second course, plus a side dish. The prices are reasonable, considering the quality of the dishes. There are only a few seats, but there's no disturbance between tables. Excellent!

26/12/2025: A lucky find, since not many restaurants are open on Christmas Eve. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, perhaps because we were the only customers. The English translation of the menu was incorrect, and what we wanted to order was either not available or simply not on the menu. Wine prices were only listed per bottle. In the end, we ordered three portions of pisi with duck ragu—the food was delicious! All's well that ends well!

05/11/2025: This is a must-visit in the area. The food is FANTASIC and the owner is one of a kind. It was our son's birthday and she really made sure he had an extra special evening! This was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Outstanding!

15/03/2026: I visited Il Carrettino 100% Gluten Free in Grosseto, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is a true reference point for those seeking completely gluten-free cuisine, yet also capable of satisfying those with no intolerances. The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. I'll definitely be back!!!

15/03/2026: Everything was excellent! We ordered two appetizers and two first courses and were satisfied with everything. The menu is very convenient, divided into vegan, vegetarian, meat, and seafood options. The staff was kind and attentive.

15/03/2026: We stopped here because we were passing through on our trip. It was a pleasant stop, both for the kindness of the all-female staff and for the delicious dishes. An excellent and tender wild boar cacciatore, a truly flavorful tripe dish, an amazing vegetable flan, and a noteworthy tiramisu, all at a truly fair price considering the quality of the dishes. Not to mention the truly welcoming and serene atmosphere. I recommend it and hope to return!

09/03/2026: Good pizza, but adding €20 to two Capricciosa pizzas for adding some asparagus (about 10 pieces) seems excessive to me. That is, ONLY the two Capricciosa pizzas are €37...be careful when you go to check...free parking. To be precise, we ordered: one appetizer of crostini only, two Capricciosa pizzas with one additional ingredient (asparagus), one water, one small Coke, and one coffee. Total €60.50...to align with other pizzerias in the area, as they aren't gourmet pizzas...

28/09/2025: Sunday lunch at Claudia's...just like home! Everything is freshly made and of excellent quality. Try the cantuccini she makes, they're delicious. Also recommended for the hostess's friendliness.

21/09/2025: Spectacular food: we had pici with white ragù and rabbit with olives. The pici are homemade and you can taste it, and the rabbit simply melted in your mouth. Ms. Claudia manages EVERYTHING herself: kitchen, service, cash register, reservations... she has incredible energy. I understand that the service is slower than usual for these reasons, but in my opinion it's absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good, traditional food, a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and has that extra bit of patience to support someone who, in my opinion, puts all of herself into the work she loves. P.S. Lunch was accompanied by delightful bossa nova music (at a very moderate volume, of course), which I found perfect for the atmosphere.

01/03/2026: The only small flaw is that the main courses are almost all grilled meats, but the quality of the food is unquestionable. The Maremma tortelli were excellent, and then I opted for the fried lamb: exquisite. The wine list is very extensive, and Elena offers valuable advice.

22/02/2026: Well, what can I say? A guarantee for years.... Restaurant at the end of Via di Braccagni near the railway..... From appetizers to first courses, second courses, side dishes and sweeter side dishes..... I had tortelli with wild boar, fried lamb and boiled spinach.... Coffee, grappa.... A good meal to spend a Sunday in company..... Normal prices, not too high.... Generous dishes. Good mixed house appetizer with Russian salad, 2 crostini, one with livers and the other mushrooms, black olives, beans, tuna sauce with veal. 5 Maremma tortelli with wild boar sauce. Second course: 4 pieces of fried lamb, nice plate of spinach, alongside Torna della Nonna, coffee, grappa, water, wine (a red Capatosta).
