04/03/2024: A wonderful little restaurant with a warm host who immediately makes you feel at home. The dishes are excellent, at their best. The wild boar goulash and the beef cheeks are a real treat. We also had roasted potatoes and, as a recommendation, whole Roman artichokes fried in olive oil (you can eat them completely with the stem!). The desserts are to die for, don't forget: Vin Santo with Cantuccini, the best I've ever tasted, made by the host's wife. An absolute culinary highlight! Thanks Emilio, we will come again!

01/04/2024: The rating is an average between the food and the service. Quality food, good starters and excellent carbonara. Negative note about the service: Very long wait. Two and a half hours for an appetizer and a first course. I understand that it was Easter Sunday but all this waiting is inconceivable, and then the waiter: haughtily, "we are working, you are sitting". I would definitely go back for the food, absolutely not for the service.
