07/08/2023: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante sul mare molto alla buona. Purtroppo persino.considerando la sistemazione fronte mare il cibo risulta di scarsissima qualità e insapore. Abbiamo ordinato pizza, antipasti di mare, tartare di gambero e cozze alla livornese. Tartare insapore e ghiacciata, misto mare dozzinale con surimi e guazzetto di moscardini annacquato, buone invece le cozze unico piatto che si salva. 26/07/2023: Cena con amici. La location non è una sorpresa visto che frequento Principina dalla nascita, comunque suggestiva e veramente con il rumore delle onde. Servizio giovane e volenteroso. Antipasti gustosi, i primi piatti medi, la lista dei vini modesta ma adeguata.Se la gestione si impegna non ci vorrà molto per migliorare un buon punto di partenza. Unico aspetto veramente negativo la tovaglia all’americana in materiale plastico, terribile.

14/10/2023: We were looking forward to this trip and mostly stay at leading hotels of the world ( which this is) We read it had been renovated 2022 .. where ?? It is so dated , and not in a quaint way , terrible drain smells permeate the bedroom and corridor , when we complain someone with can of air freshener comes ! Second day same awful smell . The bar and lounge areas are bland soulless places with pelican knickknacks dotted about , we where the only ones sat in there as it was worse to sit in room . Looks like original 1950 carpet on the stairs .. the restaurant , after reading reviews on here regarding the quality of food we avoided the Michelin star one , staff at the grill where very friendly but the food is equally disappointing ( sea bass with clam sauce was watery no taste and the added potato’s tasted re heated , fish portion tiny .. the prices are horrendous .. 46 euros for salad .. no dressing , lettuce tomato and 4 small prawns . So beware ! The views are lovey so is seating area by the sea

30/07/2023: Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, selten solch einen schlechten Service in einem Sterne Restaurant erlebt, keiner schenkt Wein oder Wasser nach, die Gerichte werden komplett den falschen Personen zugeordnet und geschmacklichen sowie optisch, einfach nur durchschnittlich. Für mich, der schon in vielen Sterne Restaurants zu Gast sein durfte, auf keinen Fall einen Stern wert. Allein der Blick entschädigt, rechtfertig aber niemals diesen horrenden Preis. Ganz schlimm ist die Tatsache, dass man vorher nach veganen und vegetarischen Speisen angefragt hatte und dann die Speisekarte des Zweitrestaurants in die Hand gedrückt bekommt, in der bis auf zwei Gerichte ( Nudeln mit Tomatensoße und Parmigiana) nichts vegetarisches zu finden war. Man hat es allen Anschein nicht nötig sich mit solchen Gästen zu befassen. Eifach nur peinlich……
