Essenza In Grosseto

The food selection was really good, the sandwiches in the bar area were really nice. The service seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests and stressed.

Our go-to place, my best friend and I, whenever we can fit in our schedules, meet at Essenza for dinner. There are always new dishes to discover, all delicious, and the staff is always friendly. The desserts are fantastic!

The food is made with top-quality ingredients. We had a really good ice cream cone; the chocolate and ginger flavor was amazing! I also recommend stopping by, especially since they have a good selection of products for sale, including buckwheat pasta and pasta made with timilia flour. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and the staff is very helpful and makes you feel at ease. They serve excellent coffee blends.

We stopped by for a coffee and ended up with a delicious dream breakfast and a cappuccino with homemade hazelnut milk that was out of this world. The girls were so kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back 🥰

Compliments to the chef, excellent food. It's a shame the menu is so short: it only includes 2 appetizers + 1 platter + 2 first courses + 2 second courses + 2 sandwiches. There's nothing else. Desserts aren't on the menu, but you can choose from those offered daily at the bar. There's a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, including many organic sodas and combucha. Despite being a vegan-friendly place, even carnivores/omnivores will enjoy their food. 😀 The dining room is very large and well-decorated, with many books on the walls and old wine bottles as accessories. Contemporary decor, with a predominance of black, brick, and light wood. Friendly and helpful staff. Less than 30 seats available, all indoors. Reservations recommended. A zucchini appetizer, a plate of tortelli, a fillet steak with a bread basket (smashed bread sticks are absolutely delicious), plus a kombucha, a tonic, and a bottle of still mineral water = €66. Very high prices, especially for a city like Grosseto. Quality certainly comes at a price, but perhaps too much here.

The best restaurant I've ever had lunch/dinner at!! I initially went to Essenza for breakfast, which offers a vast selection of delicious and unique desserts. I then returned a second time for dinner and then for lunch. The dishes were original, delicious, flavorful, and truly exceptional!! Well done, keep it up! 🥹❤️

Best vegan restaurant I've tried. For dinner, I ordered their truly incredible veggie fillet. The breakfast puff pastries don't make you miss the "animal" component at all. The reasonable prices are also a big plus, especially for the "Piano Essenza" option at lunch. Highly recommended for vegans and non-vegans alike.

My partner and I had dinner here tonight. We've both been vegan for 10 years, and we've eaten at many vegan restaurants throughout Italy, and we can safely say this restaurant is in the top 3! Perfect for convincing any omnivore skeptic about plant-based cuisine. Every dish is a feast for the palate! We'll be back as soon as possible 💪😎
