25/06/2025: Yes 2000% for this place where the kindness of the service, (with explanations of the dishes and in French), is in perfect harmony with the local or non-local dishes (but always prepared locally). The salami has matured to amaze you, the octopus is to die for, the beef fillet with truffles is succulent. It's hard to find someone who wouldn't find what they're looking for there!

09/06/2025: Walking through the streets of the center of Florence, we came across this family-run tripe shop, attracted by the desire to taste one of the most authentic specialties of Florentine street food: lampredotto. The owners welcomed us with great kindness and, during the wait, they passionately told us the history of lampredotto and their business, making the experience even more fascinating. And what about the lampredotto and the boiled meat? Simply exceptional! So good that we went back three times in just two days. A must-see place for those who want to taste the true flavors of Tuscan tradition.

08/06/2025: Beware, this is a nasty tourist trap. Avoid! Extremely inflated prices. 7 euros for an under-flavored Campari soda. A "cocktail" is added to the bill. The service is incompetent and rude! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Fast forward three years. Back then, the owner's explanation was nonsense and wrong. Now, three years later, the next generation has taken over. Little has changed. The prices, the friendliness: none. A tourist trap. What a shame.

01/05/2025: The food and price were excellent, but if I have to highlight one thing, it's the waiters—very attentive, affectionate, and friendly. They immediately became one of our group of friends; they even bought us a shot, even though we didn't order anything excessively expensive. Highly recommended.

02/05/2025: We’ve traveled through Italy for the last 8 days, and this was our best dining experience. Aside from the food, our waiter Stefano was the highlight. He took his time & helped us with each food selection, then would follow up suggesting the perfect wine for our main course, & again for dessert. I was shocked out how inexpensive our bill was. I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough!

04/07/2025: Brought my visiting family here on Monday night and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff really made us feel so welcome and were so friendly- speaking both Italian and English to us. The food was amazing. It was the highlight of the day! Will be back!

03/07/2025: The best restaurant in the entire city center. The owner (Claudio) is very kind and friendly. They have all types of dishes, from Tuscan cuisine to more elaborate dishes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ☆☆☆☆☆

06/07/2025: It started to rain, and I was looking for a cafe where I could take shelter, when I was drawn in by the stylish terrace and went inside. The shop was bustling with customers, and a staff member in a tuxedo kindly served me. I ordered a cafe latte and chocolate. Both were delicious, and they even gave me a complimentary mini cream puff. There's a plaza in front, so I recommend a sofa seat!

03/07/2025: Three weeks ago I returned to Florence and went into this pub. An Irish pub on Piazza Santa Maria Novella I used to come here every night 25 years ago when I was doing my military service. I don't remember if the name is the same but the area is. At the time I had met all the managers who welcomed me with a smile but who, for understandable reasons, are no longer the same. I went in, took my usual Kilkenny (Red Ale) and felt like a 24-year-old again (I did my military service post-graduate). The atmosphere and kindness were the same, however. If I were to return to Florence, (I have lived in Northern Europe for almost 20 years now) I would definitely come back here. It was a great moment, thanks for the thrill I felt when I entered.

25/06/2025: Friendly bartenders who offer samples of any draft without being asked. Moderate selection of European drafts and liquors/liqueurs. As reasonably priced as any pub in Firenze considering beer in general is at a bit of a premium here.

24/06/2025: Good food, and if you eat at the restaurant the gluten-free pizza is very good. But there is a problem with gluten-free pizza on delivery. Every time my pizza arrives completely decomposed, all the ingredients do not stay on the pizza, and it is a disaster. Instead that normal pizza of my partner never happens. It is strange, I understand and also a problem of movement in transport but it has not without that only the gluten-free pizza arrives like this and the others do not.

15/06/2025: I liked it very much. Modern restaurant, lots of space, not crowded, several halls. The staff is friendly, easily explains the dishes in English. The food is very tasty, the meat is perfectly cooked. Everything was great.
