La Divina Pizza In Firenze

Very nice service and great homemade pizza! The lady is wonderful!

By far the best pizza in 20 years of coming to Italy. 25yr old sourdough starter, organic flour and freshly cooked ingredients. This is in a different league to the usual pizzas especially in central Florence. Owners were super friendly.

I had already been years ago and for the first time it had made a decent impression on me... last night I stopped by chance because I was in the area and in a hurry with two friends to whom I wanted to treat myself to dinner... pizza not bad with good ingredients but the big surprise was when I looked at the bill calmly at home which already at the payment gave me the impression of being excessive... for two slices of pizza each, three beers and a water 74 euros... calmly I wanted to understand what justified this expense... everyone has their own prices but paying a medium beer double the price of a small one already seemed a bit strange to me then the big surprise was 10 euros for the cover charge for 4 for a glass and cutlery on a small table outside that at the beginning we didn't even have and we were leaning on another smaller one for 2... in hindsight I also understood all the Florentine-style familiarity maintained throughout the dinner by the owner who more than divine (as she "boasts" of having been nicknamed I would find it more appropriate to define "clever" for the bill presented to her thinking perhaps to have enchanted us first with his linguistic vein... so let's pass on the sourdough starter and the ingredients he claims are all 0 km etc etc... but paying 74 euros for what we ate is an absolutely inadequate price... especially since by paying for the slices of pizza by weight in the bill at the end you don't even have evidence of this but only of the total cost without any reference to the weight... considering the rest this therefore raises further doubts... needless to say I won't be returning.

This lovely pizza restaurant is run by a great owner couple. Each pizza is made with care and the dough is a dream – crunchy yet soft. The rest of the ingredients are top quality. It’s a fantastic pizza experience for anyone willing to explore past neapolitan pizza! 10/10

Excellent pizza, original flavors, not only in taste but also how you feel it in your stomach, light and not salty and the tomatoes are super fresh . Service is traditional, like a family run place, not like a chain, I love it, humanity at its best ! . The Panakota was the best I have tried in my life, balanced and not packed with sugar, deep chocolate flavor, strong fresh strawberry flavor and the cream was very smooth and full of taste like no other . Great service so very kind and helpful! The real Italian cuisine and way of making you feel like home ♥️ pizza paste is biologic and super yummy! Would 100% recommend, away from the touristy crowd, good prices! Gotta love Italian food 😍

A delightful find, close to the Duomo, very snug offering pizzas and sandwiches using super quality fresh products, with a wonderful selection of toppings and fillings, everything is made to order. You can even order a glass of wine or a beer whilst you wait. The service is very friendly. Pop in, you will love it!
