I loved it. The healthiest and most delicious pizza I've ever had. I've never seen such authentic dough. The master pizza chef even has his own books, and they've won several awards over the years. Don't make the mistake of going there just because it's an ordinary place. But the best part was the warmth and friendliness of the owners. It was a real find. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

14/06/2026: Suffering from growing pains. The lady at reception was very kind. The restaurant was empty, I didn't understand why they said it would take half an hour. And they looked like they were in the restaurant. I didn't understand. More than 50 empty seats. But anyway, I ate a sandwich at the café. It was good. Wonderful bread. It has potential.
12/06/2026: While traveling along the Chianti Route, I made a quick stop for a tasting/direct sales. Inside, everything was very modern and well-presented. The shop offered wine, oil, and delicacies for purchase, and the service was very friendly and unobtrusive. I didn't visit the hotel or restaurant. The location certainly benefits from its position on the road just past Panzano and is definitely worth a visit. The wine was very good, at least to my taste. I'm taking a few bottles home with me.
