29/03/2024: Excellent address, the staff are adorable and attentive, the atmosphere is very friendly, the prices are very reasonable and above all it is delicious. The staff speaks very good English for non-Italian speakers. We highly recommend. Excellent restaurant, the people are all kind and adorable, the ambience is great, the prices are totally reasonable and, most importantly, the dishes are delicious. They all speak English for those who don't speak Italian. We strongly recommend them.

17/12/2023: Ambiente molto bello, adatto sia a pranzi/cene in famiglia o amici che di coppia. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene con una spesa adeguata alla qualità del cibo. Servizio ottimo.

20/11/2023: Perfect place to relax. A few minutes from Caldine station from where you can reach the center of Florence in a few minutes. The apartments near the swimming pool are quiet and with the right comforts.

05/04/2024: We went to "le Lance" on a quiet day midweek (Thursday) and the place wasn't even crowded. It took us 2 hours to eat an appetizer (divided between two people) and a second course. When we arrived we were seated, asked if we wanted some water and for the next 20 minutes no one was seen. More than an hour passed between the starter and the second course. The meat is excellent, but the PICI first course is very salty. When we asked the waiter if there was a long wait (while waiting for the second course) the answer was that: "his colleague had taken the order, so he didn't know anything about it". Nice place but nothing special. Tables close together and the room very noisy.

01/04/2024: Cucina tradizionale molto buona, porzioni abbondanti, bel locale con splendida vista su Firenze. Servizio curato ma in un paio di occasioni non impeccabile. Conto adeguato.

10/12/2023: Da 40 anni passo le mie vacanze a Fiè , sono in loco in hotel a mezza pensione per cui per il pranzo devo provvedere autonomamente . Dopo aver provato senza soddisfazione i ristoranti del paese quest'anno sono andato allo Tschafon . Ottima scelta . Locale sulla strada non appariscente con bel giardino sul retro . Ho mangiato bene in ambiente simpatico con personale gentile e prezzi nella norma.

31/03/2024: I stayed in Monforte over the Easter weekend 24th and had dinner in this place on Saturday evening. Although the town is not very popular, I saw the place always full and popular; the owners, Sicilian, are very friendly and kind. There were three of us and we took three pizzas, all three very good. Advised! Three pizzas, a dessert and a drink for a total of €50, super honest.

06/02/2024: Made a reservation in Belgium for 6 people and were looking forward to the evening, but they decided to be closed without notifying us. Dressed up nicely for nothing and came to Monforte. Shame.

09/01/2024: Good quality gastronomy that saves your life when you really don't feel like cooking. You can eat on site and they also have pizza and some espresso dishes. In spring/summer it has a large green space with tables and chairs and games for children, music at aperitif time. Very pleasant

16/02/2024: I went for the first time yesterday for lunch with my husband, excellent food, different choices in first courses, second courses, various salads, fruit salad, yogurt, puddings... menu designed to perfection by expert people. Spacious and very clean environment, welcome by 10 people, all smiling and professional, during the summer you can also stay outside. I highly recommend it and I will certainly return

24/03/2024: Nothing short of wonderful Among the appetizers, on the cutting board, I ate one of the best pancettas I have tasted. As the first of the tortelli with pecorino fondue and crispy bacon, I was about to cry from how good it was. To end the dinner, since it was a birthday, they made a handmade bongo, of a higher standard than any pastry shop I've gotten it from. In addition to a friendly, efficient and professional staff, a very well-kept place. All just 15/20 minutes by car from Florence (large parking nearby), in the most beautiful hills in the world Absolutely worth trying if you get the chance

31/03/2024: Excellent pizza. Very nice service. Even without a reservation, we spontaneously got a table with a time budget of one hour - that was no problem, the order was taken after 3 minutes and the wonderful pizza was already served after about 10 minutes.
