16/11/2025: What a lovely place! The food was fantastic, 5 stars without a doubt! The service was friendly and helpful, if a little slow. But the setting... wow! The view of the lake is spectacular. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a party with friends. And if you need a place for your event, absolutely!

20/10/2025: I found myself in this place for an organized wedding, the staff were kind and helpful as bread, enchanting place, movie-like atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone, you made me spend one of the best evenings I've ever been out, compliments also to the chefs.

01/11/2025: True Tuscan hospitality just steps from the Duomo. The Osteria offers traditional dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed pici and ribollita, and to finish, desserts (tiramisu and apple pie with ice cream). The staff was impeccable and incredibly friendly.

10/11/2025: Small place with a wide selection of pizzas to take away or eat in (minimum 1 pizza per person to sit down and the price increases by €1) but it's worth it. We ordered ours to take away, delicious.

29/09/2025: I believe this hotel deserves a five. The views of the city are remarkable. The service is impeccable and the rooms are clean with all the amenities one would expect. Nicholas was without a doubt, the best hotel host I have ever experienced in all my years. He and his staff constantly went out of their way to provide one on one personal service. From putting on dance music at night to greeting us in the morning with fresh food and champagne. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel above the city of Florence.

25/08/2025: A gem in a beautiful city. Close to the heart of Florence with the beauty and calmness of the countryside. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, every need anticipated. The food, the room, the courtyard, the pool, all well designed and convenient. Beautiful location. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Recommended by a friend.

The atmosphere is pleasant and refined, serving a wide variety of Florentine specialties, including fried foods and traditional pasta dishes. Portions are slightly below average. Extensive selection of local and international wines. Friendly service, but the bill is slightly pricey, likely due to the historic atmosphere and location.

07/11/2025: This was my first meal in Florence, and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was great, and the Korean staff made it easy to learn about the food and wine. The servers were friendly and attentive. I had a T-bone steak and a pasta dish, and it was perfect for two. I highly recommend it!!!!!
