18/04/2025: We had a very enjoyable dinner here. We felt lucky to get a last minute reservation on a Friday evening and were surprised that the service was so friendly and unhurried. The atmosphere was relaxing and unpretentious. I would gladly return.

18/04/2025: The tasting menu - non-vegetarian version was delicious. Plus well-paired wines. Very nice service and the unique atmosphere I asked for. I recommend!

16/03/2025: Rude and dishonest staff. They arbitrarily refuse to split bills when multiple individuals, each with their own order, want to pay separately using more than two credit/debit cards—clearly to avoid fees, which, by the way, is against Italian law. They simply claim that “it is not possible” or that they “don’t have time,” yet the manager had time to argue with me for 10 minutes about it. This dishonest practice should be reported. Their excuse about staffing is not the customer’s problem, and accommodating separate payments from different individuals is a BASIC service, not a special request.

06/04/2025: Wow… what an unexpected find upon our arrival to Florence . Great friendly staff and the food was amazing !!! Mickey our hostess was lovely and made us feel right at home ! Thank you ! We will be back for dinner !

03/04/2025: El servicio fue increíble y amable. La ensalada osteria estaba deliciosa al igual que el aceite de oliva de la casa. Toda la comida parecía deliciosa y no hay platos llenos que vuelven a la cocina, que es un gran sig. Bellissimo!

12/04/2025: I had dinner at Dim Sum last night: a beautiful setting, honorable mention for the fresco on the ceiling and the truly special bathroom sink. I ordered lardy ravioli and sweet and sour pork ribs. Everything was really excellent, the sweet and sour sauce truly delicious.

12/04/2025: We were greeted nicely as soon as we entered. The atmosphere was very nice and also clean. I got the homemade noodle with beef which was good and also we got spring rolls and dim sum.

28/03/2025: Siamo andati in questo locale per un aperitivo cena business, il servizio buono il cibo normale il problema è stato il conto. prima di tutto chi ha preso la Comanda ha suggerito un vino al bicchiere non ha specificato il prezzo ( altrimenti per due bicchieri al costo di 22 euro l’uno avremmo preso una bottiglia ) in secondo luogo nel momento del conto ci arriva la sorpresa e il chi ci fa il conto si rivolge a noi in modo alterato alche ho dovuto chiedergli di parlare italiano e smettere di parlare ai miei clienti che già non era nella posizione di continuare a parlare in quel modo. Una persona che parte prevenuta e perché si sente in difetto di ciò che sta facendo. Non ci tornerò più e sicuramente non ne parleremo bene.

10/04/2025: The pizza at Antica pizzeria Reginè, located between Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito, is exceptional. I went to this place on the recommendation of a friend and I found my ideal pizza. I recognized it immediately, as soon as it was served to me in a wooden box, for its appetizing and inviting appearance and for the perfect distribution of the ingredients. The consistency of the cornice and its interior is perfect, of the right thickness, you can eat it the way I like it, holding it in your hand without the risk of sagging. It is well leavened and very digestible and the flavors harmonize well thanks to the excellent quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended! 17/04/2025: This is an Italian restaurant. If you are American and expect anything like home, go across the Arno to tourist area. The food is excellent. Service was great. They fit us in without a reservation as long as we could finish in an hour and half. I laughed because as an American that's easy. They were even kind enough to call a taxi for us.

13/04/2025: Good experience, excellent pappardelle with wild boar and leek flan with parmesan fondue. 4 stars only for the stew which was not excellent although good overall.

06/04/2025: Met by pure chance about two years ago. For someone like me, who doesn't eat offal, the lampredotto and green sauce sandwich was a shock!!!! Today I found with great pleasure the friendliness of the Marchetti brothers and their phenomenal sandwich!!!
