13/07/2024: Sono di firenze ed ho scoperto questo squisito ristorante grazie a thefork . La location è davvero elegante, potevamo scegliere tra la sala interna impeccabile e il giardino esterno curatissimo . Il personale è perfetto, fanno sentire il cliente un re. Sono andato con mia moglie, Abbiamo iniziato con dei piccoli antipasti superlativi e proseguito dal menu alla carta scegliendo due antipasti , un primo e un secondo . tutte le portate erano deliziose. Credo sia il migliore ristorante in Toscana , se la gioca tranquillamente con il ristorante del four seasons che comunque è molto più costoso. Antipasto : seppie voto 10, uovo voto 10, risotto voto 10, pesce voto 10. Caffè voto 10. Voto complessivo 10- , con il - perché non permettono di pagare con thefork pay .

15/06/2024: Chef Claudio has perfectly combined tradition and innovation, his dishes are an explosion of flavours, well balanced and aesthetically perfect. The service was impeccable, the dining room staff, in addition to being extremely professional and knowledgeable, is also very friendly and kind. The environment is very well looked after, the garden creates a pleasant atmosphere with lots of greenery. I recommend anyone to try this experience and to rely completely on the staff, they are exceptional!

04/08/2024: I was a bit disappointed by this restaurant. It got such good reviews and we had seen the menu online. We chose the restaurant based upon the menu because we had some dietary restrictions. The menu at the restaurant was much smaller as they said they were closing for holiday the next day so their menu was much smaller. The bread was literally hard as a rock. The pasta was very Al-dente. The cheese plate was delicious but would be better if it had a few more pieces of fruit. The staff seemed a bit short with us but it could be just that we spoke no Italian. This was our most expensive meal and least favorite in the area.

10/08/2024: Pizzeria worthy of the name. Many particular and refined pizzas. Fast service despite the place being full. Large spaces outside where you can eat with a bit of refreshing wind. Parking near the pizzeria quite easy to find. At the end of dinner, ammazzacaffè is also offered.

10/08/2024: Huge choice of pizzas, really good. Very good yogurt foam. Extremely friendly staff from the booking phone call to when we went to pay. It is the ideal place to eat a good pizza in a very pleasant environment. Highly recommended

20/08/2024: Truly a wonderful experience. One of the best locations and offerings Florence has. My wife and I visited while on our honeymoon for one night. Carolina at the front desk helped us with a breathtaking room overlooking the river. You could tell she enjoys her job and cares about how her guests enjoy the experience. Also Iacopo with concierge helped us plan an entire itinerary. He could tell my wife was concerned about limited time and helped with this without her even asking. Greatly appreciate the team at Westin!

18/08/2024: We visited the Osteria dell'Oca in Florence with high expectations, but the experience was somewhat disappointing. Although the meat was well cooked, it did not stand out as we expected, and the service was inattentive. Furthermore, when reviewing the account, we found an extra charge of 20 euros, and when we pointed it out, they acted clueless. Considering the quality-price ratio, there are other restaurants in Florence that offer a much better experience. I wouldn't go back.

27/08/2024: Magnificent and delicious meal, impeccable and friendly service. Update: We returned to Nugolo on our last evening in Florence to experience the tasting menu. It was a wonderful family evening. All the dishes were delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. One of our very good memories of our two weeks in Tuscany.

11/08/2024: Title: if you can't manage all those places, reduce them. The amount of people there in the first and second shift is shocking, chaos even in the orders, one waiter in particular arrives and while you are giving him the order he gets lost around interrupting you by moving away to arrange any other customers at the table... and guess what happens then? Commands that arrive at random and distant from each other. Absolutely good quality food and you can feel it, with generous portions. I absolutely do not recommend Saturday or Sunday (when I came). For the rest, a restaurant with a lot of potential... but the number of waiters or how the service is managed needs to be reviewed.

22/05/2024: I have to say this was a brilliant find. The service was son friendly and the food was delicious in this cafe well worth a visit. Sweet potato fries cooked to perfection and the burger one of the best I’ve had

22/07/2024: Great vibe. Family run casual local spot. Delicious pizza (really it’s pinsa) and good advice on wine. They offer wine by the glass, bottle or sfuso (tap/bulk). You could easily walk by and not know what delicious pizza (with a delicious peperoncino salsa on the side!) you were missing. Top it off with a gelato from up the street in piazza tasso. Happiness.

17/07/2024: Excellent wine bar, away from the tourist hustle and bustle to taste a wine in a place full of authenticity. We were warmly welcomed and very well advised. Beautiful place and nice welcome, I recommend!

26/08/2024: Simply the best in Florence. The staff is very accommodating and kind, the dishes are tantalizingly tasty, and the wine is perfect. I highly recommend any of the pasta dishes, and the Florentine bistecca is the best in the city that I've had so far! And especially, the cheesecake is a must-try. Make sure to stop by when you're in Florence, you won't regret it!

24/08/2024: What a find! Typical trattoria in the center, under the Duomo and despite this with acceptable prices and generous portions (not quite like those of the trattorias outside the center but not even a pittance). Quality ingredients, fast and friendly service that made me feel at home. I didn't find it at all "touristy" in terms of prices, portions and authenticity. When I return to Florence I will definitely come here. An affectionate greeting "la Calabrese" (my new waiter friends in the dining room will understand). Ps. Absolutely try the cuddles served as traditionally, dry and light.

19/06/2024: Great pizza spot outside of the hectic centre of Florence but easy walking distance from there! We had a Vegetariana and a Diavola with a mixed salad to share. The dough was beautiful - one of the best we've had in Florence. The cheese, sauce and toppings were all great too and good to see it cooked in the stunning oven!

30/05/2024: Characteristic stone location with small outdoor space. Fixed menu with starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses with side dish and dessert. Good red or white wine in a carafe. The service is informal and fast, the host is courteous and welcoming with a typical Tuscan accent. The light-hearted atmosphere made the lunch enjoyable. I recommend it and will return

03/05/2024: I was on May Day with my wife, daughters and son-in-law, we really stayed for 10, excellent food, friendly waiter/owner and absolutely honest prices, good house wine and I hope to be able to return soon perhaps with better weather than Wednesday😁
