I had a fantastic steak and tartare, the meat was truly delicious and tender...I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it...PS: It was a small price compared to the quality.

I was in the area on a business trip and was recommended to stop for lunch.

We went exclusively for a good steak, and, frankly, that's exactly what happened.
Excellent meat, flavor, texture, and perfect cooking.
We drank an excellent bottle of wine (Ser Lapo Riserva 2022).
The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff are very pleasant and friendly.
The only small flaw is the loudness of the diners, which doesn't allow us to fully enjoy the family atmosphere.
Very satisfied.

The ricotta-truffle roll is extraordinary: delicate, earthy. I'd come back for that alone. Carpaccio and tartare are both standout starters, and if you're feeling adventurous, don't skip the bone marrow from the quinto quarto, roasted on embers and eaten with a spoon. Deeply satisfying. A true Tuscan gem hiding in plain sight.
