15/04/2026: Having only visited Japan and Florence, I can’t say if this is the best Japanese restaurant in Florence, but I would be surprised to learn of a more authentic one in Florence. The food was very good, and the service was excellent (far more attentive than most restaurants I’ve patronized in Japan). The food seemed pricey given the portion sizes; though I have no real basis for price comparison in Florence. Most importantly, the rice was well cooked. I appreciate the served rice being grown in Italy. Serving additional rice varieties from Japan could elevate the experience.

04/12/2025: Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime! A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.

07/04/2026: Delicious food, excellent service, and the guys and girls were so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, but it was too hot. I'd happily go back and recommend it if you want to try authentic Asian cuisine. It was a perfect evening.

The chef's dishes are interesting and delicious. The service is courteous and efficient. The location is welcoming, with relaxing furnishings and music. Reservations are recommended. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: An incredible location, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, with impeccable staff. If you want to eat authentic, delicious Rolls, even if they're expensive, this is the place to be!! You pay a la carte; there's no such thing as a subpar all-you-can-eat, but you pay for each dish you choose. You should definitely order them all, as they're incredibly high quality! It's worth treating yourself to this treat every now and then. :)

18/04/2026: I called to clear up some doubts, not knowing the place, about whether the menu was à la carte or all you can eat. After asking, I was told that the kitchen offered both options, both à la carte and all you can eat, and the latter cost €27.90 per person. So we decided to book for two for the all you can eat menu. When we arrived at the restaurant, we sat down and, looking at the menu, some doubts already arose. We asked and they told us that the menu was only à la carte and that they don't do all you can eat. They didn't mention on the phone that they offer the service, and that obviously we had made the wrong reservation. We insisted, but nothing. They told us to get up if we didn't want to eat in the restaurant. Now I say, everything's fine, we would have stayed, but respect and consistency come first. I'm sorry, they don't do this just to catch customers.

22/03/2026: I went with my friends; it's a truly wonderful place. The welcome was excellent, the lady was very kind and helpful, and you could tell from the fish that it was well-preserved and very fresh. I've been there several times with my friends and parents, and I think I'll go back without a problem.

20/03/2026: For me, the quality/price ratio is above average for AYCE restaurants. Plus, the restaurant is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options for celiacs. A very welcoming and attentive atmosphere.
