Osteria All'Aglione

07/06/2026: A friendly place for all walkers. I was alone and they made me feel really comfortable (unlike another osteria that made me feel very uncomfortable). The staff is really kind and fun, the food is good, and it's a place where many walkers stop to eat, so go alone and leave with a group. Thank you so much!

03/07/2026: Fantastic pizza! Super light dough and unique combinations. It's a shame some pizzas were missing, but I was still satisfied. The place is very welcoming and the staff is helpful.
16/06/2026: We've been here several times and are generally always satisfied.
The food is good and appetizing, although the pizzas this time weren't quite up to the standard of our last visit.
The service is generally friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately, this was the second time we've been less than satisfied with the server who initially served us. Promised small items like salt, pepper, and oil weren't brought despite our request, so we had to help ourselves. After a colleague took over, everything was very attentive and friendly again.
Since we enjoy coming here, this comment is expressly intended as constructive criticism.
We'll gladly come again.

05/05/2026: We wanted to have dinner in San Piero a Sieve during our hike on the Via degli Dei. The friendly man who greeted us asked if we had a reservation. After I said no, he showed us to a table.
A young woman took over our table.
We were given the pizza menu. Actually, I didn't want pizza, but something else... In short, what bothered me was the assumption from the outset that tourists only wanted pizza and ONLY handed out the pizza menu, and the woman didn't give me much time to decide... afterwards I understood why... quite a few people arrived who had reservations.
Nevertheless, the pizza was excellent :), great value for money!
01/04/2026: Nice, quiet place, good food. I really enjoyed the crostini; the focaccia (bresaola and parmesan) was good. The beer was also very good. Prices were average.

23/12/2025: We returned today. The owners are incredibly kind, you can see how much they care. We had the best deep-dish pizzas we've ever had, incredibly soft, and the dessert was delicious too. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautiful. I recommend eating at the restaurant itself. It was a wonderful evening, they deserve it.
21/12/2025: My partner and I went there yesterday, December 20th. It's been a long time since we've had such a good pizza! We'll be back.

02/09/2025: Politeness first. My mom and I came in for an aperitif. We ordered two non-alcoholic drinks, and my mom politely asked for some snacks. The bartender replied, "I only have two hands," with an annoyed expression. Rudeness is synonymous with ignorance.
If dealing with customers is a problem, then I highly recommend changing careers.

02/05/2025: Organizzazione e servizio indecenti.
In 4 per mangiare un piatto di tortelli a testa ci abbiamo messo due ore.
Già all’arrivo siamo stati all’ingresso senza essere considerati per almeno 10 minuti. con la proprietaria che ci è passata accanto decine di volte senza neanche chiederci chi fossimo.
Fatti sedere e ordinazione presa 30 min dopo. I piatti sono arrivati dopo altri 35 min.
All’uscita altri 10 minuti alla cassa per poter pagare perché nessuno veniva.
Il tutto condito dalle lamentele delle persone che avevano prenotato il turno success ma non venivano fatte accomodare.
Una vergogna.
Prima e ultima volta.
09/03/2025: Prenotato per 12 persone con 1 seggiolone e un passeggino circa con un mese di anticipo per il secondo turno delle 13.30, ci fanno aspettare fuori circa per altri 30 minuti, finalmente alle 14.00 ci fanno entrare e non riusciamo neanche a sederci perché tavoli troppo vicini, sala troppo piena e il tavolo era stato apparecchiato per 10 persone sole.
Dopo vari battibecchi con la proprietaria perché ci voleva fare sedere per forza, nonostante non ci entrassimo perché le persone a sedere non si potevano muovere (troppo stretti) abbiamo deciso di andarcene senza neanche mangiare.
Una grande delusione perché potrebbero tranquillamente prendere meno persone per turno, e poter curare il cliente in maniera migliore.
Non posso dare giudizio al servizio e al cibo perché non li ho provati personalmente .
Ah dimenticavo
Non portate torte da fuori perché non le accettano neanche con scontrino fiscale

Non lo consiglio vivamente per tavoli numerosi

20/12/2024: Pizza è una sicurezza.
Peccato che quando abbiamo prenotato non ci abbiano detto che eravamo tra cene aziendali.una bolgia impossibile, niente pizza perché da aspettare secoli....
O cene aziendali o tavoli privati.
Speso un esagerazione per mangiare quello su cui ci hanno pilotato loro.
Corpo mio fatti capanna piace a tutti, ma meglio non sdegnare secondo me
