This has got to be the best restaurant experience I’ve got in Florence. The service was really good. The food was amazing we had the pasta gluten-free and they are really good with preventing cross contamination. And the desert was really good, especially the pistachio cheesecake the owner of this place Gabriel was really funny and talkative and he made the experience really good. This was my graduation and my girlfriend asked them to surprise me with a candlelit cake. She is amazing and Gabrielle took the assignment with all of his heart. He put on we are the champions music gave me a nice speech and he made a nice toast to me and congratulated me. Lastly, my girlfriend has eaten here multiple times before and she has always been very satisfied with service and with the food she is coeliac.

Easily the best meal of our holiday. A proper restaurant setting, serving top quality Tuscan food with nice atmosphere and great service. The attention to detail and level of care for gluten free customers is exceptional.

The food is good but quite expensive, and the side dishes with the meat are meager.

Excellent gluten-free ravioli, lasagna, and gnocchi. They have two menus, certified by the AIC.
