04/05/2026: I've never written one-star reviews because I'm against criticizing small businesses and the efforts of others... but there's always a first time. I've been frequenting the restaurant for several years, and while I've always found some of the clientele unsatisfactory, especially on weekends, the decor, the products, and a certain personal affection have always drawn me back. Today I returned after a few months away. I went to see the menu and was given the QR code for the digital menu. I scanned it: a menu appeared that REQUIRED me to enter my email address and agree to the sharing of personal data, otherwise I would be unable to view the menu. Since this was illegal, I asked for a paper menu. The waiter, a skinny young man with close-cropped dark hair (perhaps his name is Patrick if I understood correctly), nervously and excitedly told me they didn't have a paper menu and that by law they were required to ask for my email address and personal data, which was completely false and illegal. But while he's telling me, he enters his email address and WITHOUT my consent checks all data sharing and gives me access to view the menu. I walk away to avoid the argument. After a while, my friends and I decide to move from the outside tables to an inside table the waiter points out to us. The evening now progresses, but around midnight he tells us it's about to close, thus implicitly asking us to leave our table (we'd sat down half an hour earlier). Detail: the official Sunday closing time listed on Google is 1:30 AM. We linger at the table for a while longer while the room empties and they're alone, and at a certain point we start to see the aforementioned Patrick wandering around our area, throwing dirty looks. The end is that after yet another "approach," we clearly see him whisper, "Get the fuck out of here," then he approaches us and says, "Are you okay, guys?" before walking away with a smirk. A friend of mine asks us to leave immediately because he was feeling intimidated. Result: We reluctantly leave at 12:30 a.m., and then the shop closes. We won't be returning, and I'm considering reporting it to the relevant authorities regarding the data sharing requirement.

18/04/2026: I'm back after months and can only confirm what I've already said. Amazing pizza...offered in dozens of flavors with unique and delicious combinations. Obsessive care and attention to the raw materials used and prepared with passion. On top of all this...the staff is extremely kind and knows how to turn a simple stop for a pizza by the slice into a special moment of sharing! Well done! 10 out of 10

15/02/2026: I went to Carta Bianca for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend, both nineteen, and I believe the average age of the customers was the main criterion for assigning us a table... because more than a table, it was an emergency station in the bar's corridor. Instead of sitting in the restaurant, they basically parked us in a dark corner, without lights, with a privileged view of the waiters passing by and the bar counter. The atmosphere was as romantic as a bus stop at 11 PM. The best part, however, came with the pizzas: charred on the outside and sad on the inside. They looked like they'd emerged from a carbon archaeology experiment. Cutting them was difficult, eating them even more so. The service was rushed, zero attention, and the general feeling of being there just to fill an empty space. Valentine's Day was supposed to be a romantic dinner, but it turned into an episode of MasterChef survival mode. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but between the corridor table and the black pizzas, I'd say it's an experience not to be repeated. ⭐️ one star, and I was generous because at least the exit was lit.

09/06/2026: Very good pizza and pasta. Pizza is excellent stone oven and well made. Also authentic sardic dishes and strong pasta di mare (different kind) Super fair prices for wine. And tasty wine. Some of the waitress could be seen as a little bit grumpy, we adress this to us being reall bad in italian. But the chefe she is really friendl and fast. Thanks for a really nice stay.

27/04/2026: I stopped in during my lunch break. Everything was excellent, from the first course to the second course, and the dessert was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, at this lunchtime, you don't even get a sandwich anymore. I'll definitely be back.

19/04/2026: Vibe Caffè A truly delightful bar, run by Matteo, a young bartender who clearly cares about his guests. I was here for our friend Simonetta's birthday and we had a wonderful time: the atmosphere was perfect, the company was great, and the buffet was generous and well-prepared. Special mention for the pappardelle with wild boar sauce, truly superb! If you're planning an aperitif or event, this is definitely the perfect place. Highly recommended!

27/05/2026: Another bar/pastry shop has moved east, and the effects are immediately visible. Forget the upscale establishment it was until a few months ago.
