15/06/2025: I am sorry to write a not entirely positive review, about a place where I stop often, but the attitude of one of the ladies serving at the counter, really annoyed me and not having had a real chance to reply, maybe more. I was the only one in the entire line, at least while I was there, to have said hello first of all and to have asked please, two pieces of schiacciata, with the filling that my girlfriend and I preferred. Since a whole one arrived, hot from the oven, I asked the lady who served me, if it was possible to have two pieces of that, instead of the two slices she had initially taken, already on the counter. I was responded to with unjustified resentment, as if I had created controversy and been rude, when in fact, I only politely asked to change schiacciata. Unlike the other customers in line, I wasn't even asked if I was eating in or taking away, but instead, my receipt was "slammed" on the plexiglass by the lady, who without even looking at me said: "Listen, take it and go to the cashier". I replied in a very restrained manner, so as not to create inappropriate spectacles, but you don't behave like that. I know what it means to work with the public, in the summer, on weekends, in the heat and even in certain circumstances, with rather disabling health problems, but I have never allowed myself to behave in such a rude manner. Not to mention that my girlfriend and I have been frequenting the place for years and have always done so with respect and education. The same that the brunette lady, with short hair and a Casentino/Arezzo accent, missed tonight.

09/06/2025: We ended up here by chance and were thrilled. All the dishes we had were delicious (from the starters, to the main courses, to the desserts). Smiling and kind staff, trattoria-like atmosphere and prices. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Since I have known Daniela who has worked there for years, a polite, helpful and very kind girl and Luciano the owner who makes a delicious schiacciata... with the company we often go to the chalet il valico to eat their schiacciata also to spend a bit with them, when obviously, there is not a full house because believe me it is always full there... Last night Saturday we were there to eat with the whole company we noticed that a shop assistant, a certain Stefania the blonde, is a rude, arrogant, grumpy person with her way of being arrogant towards others, she never greets customers and answers badly to everyone, she does not know what it means to be in the public, she must stay closed in her home within the four walls to reflect the wickedness that she has inside, because a person like that must be alone and not in the public because she with the people who bring her money to pay her salary at the end of the month must only show respect... she must do a bit of a soul-searching of her life before being out among people... I swear I have seen a bad person like her but the wickedness that she has inside is fine alone in a remote forest ... I hope that the owners notice all this.

09/06/2025: First time for me and my partner, unique and rare place with a view of the vineyards of one of the most renowned wineries in Tuscany. But my review doesn't stop there... I wanted to talk in particular about Seba. He accompanied us from the choice of appetizer to an excellent steak (I've eaten very few that were this good) not to mention the wine, I definitely think he made us drink one of the best wines in the winery. A guy who loves his job and knows how to manage any type of customer need, very attentive to detail and in accompanying you to the best choice for a good dinner. An infinite thank you to this guy. I will definitely return to Quartino and one of the main reasons is precisely for his presence. Bravo bravo bravo Seba. See you next time ❤️

23/06/2025: The schiacciata is very good, perhaps one of the best in Consum, the service is fast and the food is very good when I go to Consum, I always take their schiacciata

08/06/2025: The sauces for the first courses were excellent, the service was slow and non-functional, the quality/quantity ratio was inadequate.

02/06/2025: for the record.. the more often I come to Italy, the less and less places like this exist. Simply good food, unpretentious ... Good service Good Chef Good prices ..had a couple of nice pasta dishes here with the family for lunch today and plan on coming back for the Bisteca di Fiorentina tonight!
