22/08/2024: Abbiamo pernottato a Ferragosto in questo agriturismo in frazione Lutirano, per due giorni, nel comune di Marradi, sperduti tra il verde delle colline, con pochissime abitazioni nei paraggi. L'appartamento in cui siamo stati era spazioso, rustico, con soffitto alto, confortevole e discretamente arredato. Mancano sia l'aria condizionata che il televisore. Totale assenza di segnale 3G/4G, ma presenza di connettività wifi. Peccato per le zanzariere alle finestre, applicate in maniera approssimativa, che permettevano alle vespe di entrare dentro. Angolo cucina sufficientemente attrezzato, anche se carente di coperchi e teglie da forno. La strada per raggiungere l'agriturismo è per lo più ben asfaltata, con pochi punti di sterrato e alcuni restringimenti di carreggiata. Preferibile passare da Palazzuolo sul Senio, facendo attenzione a evitare il sentiero completamente sterrato, il cui accesso è consentito solamente ai residenti e al personale autorizzato. Parcheggio sterrato attiguo alla struttura. Nelle vicinanze dell'agriturismo sono presenti svariati sentieri CAI, per potersi fare delle passeggiate/escursioni in cerca del fresco, magari lungo fiume. Rapporto qualità/prezzo favorevole, considerando la concorrenza. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante, con possibilità di pranzare/cenare in giardino, riparati dagli ampi ombrelloni messi a disposizione.

06/12/2025: There isn't a single dish, not even one, that's slightly below par compared to the others: all dishes are exceptionally well-executed, sometimes even superior to dishes served in medium-high-end restaurants. Whether it's fresh pasta to cook, pre-cooked dishes like lasagna (exceptional, better than many lasagnas in Bologna), roasts, or even side dishes. Even the chestnut cake, from Marradi, is the best in the area. Congratulations, ladies.

26/08/2025: We spent a weekend with friends in this group vacation rental. The house is clean and well-organized, with large dorms and smaller rooms, some with en-suite bathrooms and others without. Mr. Carlo, a fantastic host, acted as our guide, especially on a nighttime walk in the woods, which was so much fun. Teresa, the cook, keeps the kitchen immaculately clean and tidy, prepared delicious lunches for us with fresh ingredients. They were incredibly kind and always available (I also had to prepare food for Lola, my big dog), and they pampered us. They even accommodated us with breakfast, making us cookies and cakes. And all for a truly competitive price. Highly recommended!!! I would definitely go back!!! We had a wonderful time and felt truly pampered. Some info: - Since I always have trouble with the type of road, I'll start by saying it's easily accessible by car, with no steep roads or gravel bends. - Dogs are allowed. - Suitable for large groups (there were about thirty of us). - Rooms are furnished with beds only, but for an additional fee, you can have a pillow, pillowcase, sheets, and blankets. - It's also possible to self-manage the house, but in my opinion, it's not convenient, and it's quite difficult to figure out how much it would cost beforehand because everything you use has a price. It's easier to calculate if they prepare all the meals. - It's a vacation rental for groups, so don't expect a luxury hotel; you have to adapt. But, most importantly, for me, it's very clean.
